Thank you for informing us about your experience with our platform. Please bear in mind, we do not sell nor make these keys ourselves, we only offer a marketplace for our sellers, to sell their keys at.
On rare occasions, there can be a mix-up on the sellers side and these issues happen, where a key could not be working as intended, but for such cases our customer support team is always on standby to attempt to get everything sorted out, should a resolution be possible. If you feel like the situation was not investigated thoroughly by our support team, they will gladly take an additional look at it and review it again, so feel free to create a follow-up ticket with us and the investigation process will be continued once more!
