This site has to be the worst customer support ever made get run round ignore your complain then if you put bad review on trust pilot gamivo accuses you of not contacting company which i have no support still then reports you how childish i dont recommend to anyone not as adverstised on site you dont receive the service which is bad customer support this is how i feel i cant recomen also for future promoting such as future streamer will go elsewhere for this as gamivo cant be trusted

Ok this site has to be the worse than gamivo and eneba i thought they were bad but g2play.net+kinguin are the worse so much of 24/7 support i have sent several messages im being ignored i hate that bought the sims 3 thinking it was base game but went to redeem on orgin account came up 70 80 90s add on instead i didn't confirm as still redeemable for next customer

Bad treatment by eneba
OK i decided to treat myself with eneba to game codes as with everything what has been going on lately so i dont go crazy bored this site was good at first all other game codes worked and play perfectly till i came across citiesxl version 2012 OR VERSION 2011 PLEASE DO NOT BUY AS THIS STUDIO HAS CLOSED AND GAME WONT WORK EVEN THOUGH STUDIO IS NOW FOCUS LATEST VERSIONS OK
Eneba allows sellers to sell these codes to customers after i contacted them stating game studios have closed how can you allow this is ripping customers off ok i even asked for credit to spent back with them not now if they are ripping me off lost my money

HELP IS THERE ANOTHER SITE THAT PROTECT THIS BY BUYING EXTRA COVER PLEASE HELP WILL BE GRATEFUL SHAME REALLY AS THIS SITE STARTED OFF GOOD NOT NOW
