Been a customer since a year or so and it has been fantastic with GAMIVO. Many promotions, products that you cannot find elsewhere, endless payment options, one of the best customer supports that you can find! I had an issue with a key and it turned out that I'm just a dumbass and their Support helped me with the problem and I got my money back. 100/100 over experience.

Anyways, I purchased 75 Steam keys with the intention of boosting my "games owned" badge on Steam. However, only 19 out of the 75 keys registered. It would have been more cost-effective to buy the games individually for $0.40 each on the Steam market. Furthermore, I unexpectedly found myself subscribed to a service I did not register for. I assure you that I have a strong memory and can recall a lot of information. I can guarantee that I never saw a checkbox or clicked on any option that said "get this subscription." The website is misleading and unreliable.

The website is misleading and unreliable.
They are selling keys of a game (through Steam) that is abandoned by its developers and currently not even launching any more. After contacting the developers of the game, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE IN ALL PCs AND THE GAME IS ABANDONED, and so I should ask for a refund. Gamivo support is not giving a refund because the game is still for sale in STEAM. Even though I shared with Gamivo the problem, they still refuse to refund the purchase.

The people complaining about the subscription, need to realize. This is how almost all companies like this work. You really have to pay attention, its the same as G2a I just made a purchase and you have to decline the subscription in 2 different locations otherwise your going to get charged. Three cd-keys purchased online, very fast everything worked smoothly
This site is a scam. They sell codes that have already been activated and at the same time they sign you up for a fee to a subscription to the website which is re-occurring. When I opened a support ticket they responded saying they would cancel the subscription after the first month and would provide no refund for the Game Key since it was already activated. Total scam. STAY away!

I have been dealing with an issue with a used product key. When I requested a refund or a new key they asked me to provide a screenshot of me trying to use the code which I done, then wanted me to provide a screenshot of me talking to Microsoft customer service concerning the already used key which I did. Now they keep asking me to provide more screenshots of the conversation just for a 17 dollar purchase. This is my first and my last time using gamivo.
Please do not try to buy from them, these guys ask continuously for picture ID and credit card/debit info. I never received my steam gift card that I had ordered 3 days ago, for all I know these guys are fraud and steal identity because it never takes this long to make a transaction. They want me to take a picture of my ID at a different angle now even though they said it was good before. Don't trust these scum bag POS.

I have been using GAMIVO for a few years now (screenshots attached) and I cannot say a bad word about them. Multiple purchases (almost 40 orders completed), no issues whatsoever, keys are delivered very fast and the prices you can find there are absolutely amazing.
I had some questions regarding the website, the products available on their platform and their Customer Support was always happy to help/answer my inquiries, and I didnt have to wait 24-48h like on other websites, their response time is very quick.
I have been reading some bad opinions about them and those are full of bs, people are not using their brains these days and are first to complaint about anything.
I can, with all honesty, highly recommend this platform, 10/10 experience every time.

Had been a customer for over 1 year with over 10 previous orders. But now was given "on hold" status and I had to tell what I was going to do with my order. I am going to use the key myself. Then my order was cancelled because according to Gamivo, a Visa debit card is unsafe. You may only use ZondaPay and RazerGold, never heard of them. I always use my Visa card without any problems.

In addition to the game key you buy you are paying for some kind of subscription that you've never agreed to pay for. After you automatically payed for this unnecessary subscription you have to cancel it manually at you account settings. Then receive an email to confirm the cancellation. Otherwise they are going to pay them monthly. The support never refund the money if you haven't done all this. The worst service! Not recommended to use it!
Never ever purchase anything from this site. Like others, I also got scammed. They have been auto charging $4.61 monthly even after canceling subscription. Support is trash. Tried everything and there is no way to stop them from charging me every month.

I have been using Gamivo with satisfaction since 2019. Out of about thirty orders, no Steam key has ever been revoked.
The only time I've had problems with an order, support has been very friendly and quick to respond.

I have found a better deal no long ago with the game included + all dlc for the same price.
I tried to order borderlands 3. They said for security issues I needed to provide my photo ID and a note with their name on it which I did (my driver's license) and then they said for security reasons they were canceling my order. Seriously crap customer service and I'm definitely me. Now I'm waiting on my money back so I can try to find some other website to order the game through. Beyond irritated and so done with them.

Warning! DO NOT purchase anything from this site. They put you on a subscription without your consent. Which automatically charges you on a monthy basis. Once you find out and try and ask for a refund, they do not provide a refund, instead make it look like you can cancel now moving forward. Worst customer service and also most unethical.

They auto-opt-in the checkbox on every purchase. My keys did NOT work and they then opted me into a $4.50 recurring charge that I didn't notice for a long time. Shame on me - but they refused to refund ANY of these and I had no idea this charge was even there. Their opt-out is hidden deceptively, then their final opt-out is disguised as a final button but you have to click a different button to finalize. Everything these guys do is to steal and is done in bad faith. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY. Plenty of other sellers then to support these villains.

Do NOT use this site. They trick you into an auto-opt-in recurring model that will steal money from you until you notice, then never refund you. Then try to opt-out, they intentionally obfuscate where the opt-out is and then move where the final button is to try to keep you in their recurring rev model. This is a very bad faith intentional act to steal and they would be out of business already if they were in the United States. Stay away.
