Gamivo Review: Buyer Beware!
I had a terrible experience with Gamivo and I highly advise caution if you're considering using their platform. First off, the website is extremely confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for. But that's just the beginning.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the automatic subscription sign-up, which I wasn't aware of until after the fact. Be prepared for unexpected charges, and the lack of transparency only makes it worse.
If you purchase a game key and encounter any issues—whether it's a key for the wrong region, or the product simply doesn't work—you're stuck. They have a no-refund policy, even if the key hasn't been used. Essentially, once you buy, you're stuck with it. And don't think you can return or exchange a key if it's the wrong region; customer support will do little to help.
Worst of all, their "bait-and-switch" tactics are incredibly frustrating. At the point of sale, you may think you're getting a good deal, but the actual product may differ from what was advertised, leaving you with an unusable key and no recourse for getting your money back.
Gamivo is all about taking your money and offering very little in return. Their policies are extremely anti-consumer, making it impossible to resolve issues or receive a refund when things go wrong. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
They sell invalid keys and do not accept refund request. The support just says it´s my risk. And the conditions are state in the details. I bought an global key but it can not be activated in my country.
Do not buy at this page.
Get scammed into take the 'smart' subscription. Don't order here unless you want to have the subscription. I tried to look out for it, but it's well hidden.
Got sold a duplicate key and customer service was next to useless.
Managed to get a refund via Paypal. This is the first and last time I will be using these scammers.
After showing them screenshots of my failed activation on Steam. "The Merchant" wanted me to contact Steam direct for the extact Date/Time of said Activation.
On the Steam help page, they said talk to the merchant direct. Again Gamivo is next to useless.
"If you received a duplicate CD key from your retail purchase you will need to contact the retailer who sold you the key. Steam Support cannot issue a replacement CD key. "
And they wonder why I was rude!
Scam. Could be a good website for bulk buying games but they dont even realize that their game sellers are legit the lowest tier's in terms of grading.

I purchased 75 Steam keys with the intention of boosting my "games owned" badge on Steam. However, only 19 out of the 75 keys registered. It would have been more cost-effective to buy the games individually for $0.40 each on the Steam market.
Furthermore, I unexpectedly found myself subscribed to a service I did not register for. I assure you that I have a strong memory and can recall a lot of information. I can guarantee that I never saw a checkbox or clicked on any option that said "get this subscription."
The website is misleading and unreliable.
First they made problem with key purchase! They did not want refund even it is as easy as sending a ticket and any game in Early Acces u can refund easly. So clearly PayPal Buyers protection do not work.
Second they scam me on some Gamivo SMART which i didint pick up and after 30 days they took 20 pln from my account without my agreement or knowledge! And i didint agree to any automatic Subscription on my paypal account. Even i show proof paypal just work for gamivo so they deny any partial refunds claim! So screw paypal as well.
When you buy a game from this website you subscribe automatically and without any information "GAMIVO smart". After a month they debit 5€ and told me I can't refund it although I didn't accepted anything of this service. Pay attention and use another website!

I have been using GAMIVO for a few years now (screenshots attached) and I cannot say a bad word about them. Multiple purchases (almost 40 orders completed), no issues whatsoever, keys are delivered very fast and the prices you can find there are absolutely amazing.
I had some questions regarding the website, the products available on their platform and their Customer Support was always happy to help/answer my inquiries, and I didnt have to wait 24-48h like on other websites, their response time is very quick.
I have been reading some bad opinions about them and those are full of bs, people are not using their brains these days and are first to complaint about anything.
I can, with all honesty, highly recommend this platform, 10/10 experience every time.

I had an issue with a key and it turned out that I'm just a dumbass and their Support helped me with the problem and I got my money back.

Had been a customer for over 1 year with over 10 previous orders. But now was given "on hold" status and I had to tell what I was going to do with my order. I am going to use the key myself. Then my order was cancelled because according to Gamivo, a Visa debit card is unsafe. You may only use ZondaPay and RazerGold, never heard of them. I always use my Visa card without any problems.

I have bought 2-month xbox live code, it was already been used when I purchased and tested it, support didn't even answer for 4+ hours and didn't give me a replacement or refund, I can see why customers are dissatisfied, I recommend you guys not to buy from this website, they are scammers. Buying from users is all good but the site itself adds hidden charges and when confronted about it they take forever to respond and usually ends with them pretty much telling you to go f yourself. Asked for a refund and to cancel subscription and they said no.

Terrible customer service, they do not return the money to your bank account, they only give copied and pasted answers, they do not compensate you for wasting time or having scam sellers, they are also rude to attend, far from the worst store, I recommend never buying here, besides the coupons always fail.
When you purchase something they auto-check a subscription for you called Gamivo SMART. And if you are like me these low payments go under the radar for over 4 months. Disgusting greedy practice. Although I was initially satisfied with the purchases, I will never buy from them ever again as I find this very immoral.
Please do not try to buy from them, these guys ask continuously for picture ID and credit card/debit info. I never received my steam gift card that I had ordered 3 days ago, for all I know these guys are fraud and steal identity because it never takes this long to make a transaction. They want me to take a picture of my ID at a different angle now even though they said it was good before. Don't trust these scum bag POS.
Gamivo does offer some good deals, but they are fundamentally dishonest. Let me explain: when you purchase a product and come to the payment page, there is a (mostly) hidden item that is checked by default. This item is a "subscription" service and Gamivo will continue to charge you for it month after month. Also, try getting a refund for this unwanted subscription and you will be flooded with reasons why the "subscription" is super good for you. They will never issue a refund. For this reason, I suggest buyers go to different cd keys companies.
The photo says it all, trying to purchase a game that has recently decided to double its price and what I find is that this site is even more scummier.

This platform uses deceptive methods to charge unwanted services to the clients.
During the purchase of a game key, they add monthly subscription to what they call "SMART", and they check it by default, then start charging each month a certain amount to you credit card.
Be extremely careful with them and avoid them at all costs, they are not to be trusted and are borderline with a fraudulent company.
I purchased a license key for Win Server 2019 it was invalid and I lost my money since their support never did anything to support me. They asking me to send them a lot of proofs which I sent them them at least 2 times and despite that they were keep asking the same things all the time... After wasting my time with them I abandon the communication...
Try to avoid GAMIVO.com. Despite they are selling used keys they are not offering any support to their clients!
