A couple months back, I went to purchase a few games. I went to click on the checkout tool and confirmed my purchase. The website froze and then the page refreshed. My shopping cart still showed all the items I had just attempted to purchase suggesting the transaction did not complete successfully. I attempted to checkout again. The same thing happened. Rinse and repeat a couple more times and I give up for now. Next, I open my email to see 4 duplicate purchase confirmations/charges, all for the same items. I go to my account and sure enough, I had bought everything in my cart 4 times.
I immediately wrote Gamivo and did not hear back. I am a busy person who works roughly 12 hours a day 5-6 days weekly and wasn't able to circle back to this until 3 months after the fact. Finally I was told that they did indeed respond to me, but somehow that never got to my email. "After checking your orders, we can see that the keys had already been delivered to you. In this case, we will not be able to cancel the purchases." "As for the keys bought by mistake, please refer to our previous messages and be informed that if you would like to be refunded for the orders and have not redeemed the keys, we can offer to resell them." Clearly, these keys were not bought by my mistake. The website glitched and purchased several. They are not willing to rectify the situation and refund me. They want me to attempt to resell the keys.
Additionally, a charge for a subscription service was added to my account very sneakily. I started getting monthly charges for Gamivo SMART I did not anticipate. I immediately attempted to cancel but had difficulties determining how. Ultimately, it is at the bottom of a page in one of your account settings that is small dark grey text on a slightly darker grey background. Several dialogues pop up asking you to stay with swapping positions of proceeding to cancelation. I asked to be refunded for at least the charge that was made that day. The response was "Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund it. Once you cancel it, you will not be charged for the following months."
Shame on you Gamivo. Your customer service and glitchy website is on the verge of fraud. I strongly encourage extreme caution when using this service and wish you better luck than me. I wish I could pick 0/5 stars.

Es un cagada el Servicio Smart, os la cuelan doblada como introduzcas algun codigo de descuento que haga activarlo y aun que hablan de ello no te advierten como tal, a la minima que os la cuelan os cobran 2,45 € por un servicio que alomejor ni te importa...
Es la segunda vez que me la cuelan, Nunca mas Gamivo
PD: el servicio bot Gift, fue fallido y tube que contatctar el Soporte tambien de la pagina la cual se encargaba de esos bots. Un desastre completo NUNCA MAS "!
El soporte para nada le preoucupa perder clientes, solo se encarga de que Obtengas el producto de cualquier otro Problema basicamente " te fastidias" haber estudiao.

The Smart Service is a s, they activate it as you enter a discount code that makes it activate and even if they talk about it they do not warn you as such and they unconsciously give you access to the service, as soon as the Service is activated they already charge you 2.45 € Spain taxes for a service that you might not even care about...
PS: the Gift bot service, was failed and I had to contact the Support also of the page which was in charge of those bots. A complete disaster NEVER AGAIN "!
The support don't care losing customer at all, it only ensures that you obtain the product.
