Code was ok, seller - 3rd party- was ok.
I bought 2 games already (in 2 years) 2nd time happened 2 months ago. After 1 month of the purchase they started to book monthly fee from my paypal account, without my agreement, without any confirmation. It is fraud and illegal.
Customer service was disrespectful and talking to me like I am a stupid ape who don't know what are they doing.

I wanted to buy a game code, my first port of call declined my transaction for some unknown reason, so Gamivo was my next attempt.
I got a better value code compared to the first, so I was delighted with that.
My only slight disappointment was the pricing structure can be a little vague as to what you will pay and the VIP optional addon charge?.
But this is easily visible on your checkout total.
Bottom line, genuine codes at great prices, will definitely return for morel

Codes are not working! Bought the license keys for Anno 1800 and it did not work. Now they don't want to refund me the money anymore even though I showed them pictures and a evidence that the code is invalid. I am discussing with the support team since days and they are not refunding me the money. I bought it from another page instead and everything works fine! GAMIVO is completely a disaster.
Key worked. Just beware they sign you up to a subscription. They took £2 per month twice before I noticed. Would not refund even though I didn't use it. The original purchase was very vague on the fact I was signing up for something regular. It just said "smart price". If you look into what that means, it means you get a few pence off but sign up to a motnhly subscription. I even then aborted that transaction and purchased at the non smart price but somehow still ended up signed up to the subscription. The replies from customer service were quick but not helpful. I will buy elsewhere to avoid this again.
If you value your sanity I would steer clear, Its honestly like arguing with a 3 year old. They took money for a game several times but refused to give me the game untill I provided photo id... creepy right. When I asked for what purpose and for some basic company information they told me it was private? I'm staying the hell away from them and I would suggest you do the same, though I have to admit the chat log still makes me laugh.
They hide subscription fees in everything you buy. Tricking you into paying for many months Worth of subscription. If you ask for a refund, They shut you out and provide generic robot answers. Customer support is also incredibly unprofessional and does not adress the issue you are having. Don't give these rats any of your money. Go somewhere legit instead.
Warning! DO NOT purchase anything from this site. They put you on a subscription without your consent. Which automatically charges you on a monthy basis. Once you find out and try and ask for a refund, they do not provide a refund, instead make it look like you can cancel now moving forward. Worst customer service and also most unethical.
Totally a scam, don't purchase from them, especially the product key for the Microsoft products, no proper download link for the product, used/fake key get sold. Support is useless to keep repeat the script without resolving issues and refuse the refund, total rip off.
Gamivo use the age old tactic of multiple re-selections of their useless subscription option.
To unsubscribe they have a neutral unsub button and during the process highlight options to cancel the cancellation in an attempt to get you to click the wrong section.
There are a few videos on youtube regarding this if you look about. Additionally, you will notice that they reply and use deflection as a response, or "offer to help" (you cannot get a refund, but as you very likely want nothing more to do with them, they get to mark the review as "attempted to help")
Judging from the massive amount of 1 stars here and 5 stars on trust pilot you can reach the conclusion that they pay for good reviews. Unfortunatly for them, a 2 word google search of "gamivo" and "scam" returns enough of these subscribe tricks to better inform people.
Support is really bad at doing a job, they didn't help me disable auto renewal on first month of subscription and because of that i got second month and i requested refund and they said that i already used some discount code and that they cannot refund me it. Subscription is meant to save you money but i just lost my money with it
This business does not mind how it will get your money. Without asking they enroll you automatically in a monthly payment when you buy any product.
They won't give you anything for the money. When asked to return the money, they won't do it.
Any money taken from bank account without owner approval is wrong. But not returning it after being asked is called stealing. Shame on you GAMIVO.

He sells send a code already sold to a 100 customer. Then they spent a week making you work for them, take a screnn shot then send your purchase history... until you don't want to know anything about my money, that's their method
Bought my son the Disney mega pack key through PayPal. To start, the key was already activated and not by me. They also have a smart subscription that is already checked, not noticeable at all, very deceptive and shows me that the $2.00 "subscription service" when they don't even provide a service for that fee, (they give you discounts that don't even work) they think it will go unnoticed or someone won't go through the trouble to cancel or remove the reoccurring fee. When trying to cancel a subscription (that I never wanted nor was aware I was being signed up for in the first place) it is so hard to find. After an hour of digging you have to go in account settings AND confirm via email. An hour after purchasing I am now going through them and PayPal to get a refund, but am not holding my breathe. Seems they think they need the money more, than their consumers/customers. Not a smart business practice
It took over 2 weeks just to get a refund. When I first say I want a refund direct to my bank account I am told I can be given a voucher for their website. Waiting 3/4 days for responses only to be told I have to wait 48 hours and if I didn't get a response from Gamivo in that time to then message them again. They do not listen to the customers requests at all but instead ignore what they ask and give an alternative when the customer has the right to ask for a refund to their bank as the product was faulty. Never again will I be getting a game key from this website. Disgraceful
I bought 3 game premium keys in 2023. They gave me 3 games from 2012, 2014 and 2016 (supposedly premium AAA games that i never heard off). Worse part is when i gave them a review they constantly rejected it. I mean how on earth a business can reject a review.Scammers

Smooth transaction... Received the Xbox code instantly.
The only negative was having to uncheck the box during the payment page, that would have signed me up for a monthly subscription for their service.
Other than that, no problem using these guys
They are very slow at customer support, taking about a day to respond to serious complaints such as being sold a canceled license key. They sold me a Canceled ESET key. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money. Thankfully, I used Paypal to pay, so I have filled a complaint with them as well. Buyer beware.
This site is a Scam.
I bought a code for PSN.
Couldn't redeem the code as it had already been used.
Called the customer support.
I am being asked for screenshots and information for 12 days now.
I have provided everything and they still haven't resolved my issue.
At this point I opened a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back as I was scammed by Gamivo.
Payed for support,
Got a serial key I cannot register under my own email,
Opened a ticket,
Each time I contact support they contact the merchant.
Now waiting more than a week for this to be resolved.
Not happy.
