Now that I need them, they did not come thru for Me. Paying for about a year now at 145.00 a month. Now I have to get a. Oil separator and the denied the claim. They said it is not part. What a waste of money. Considering canceling it and also the other new policy that I just took for the newer car, I will rescind that too. Don't fall for their crap.
It took 3 weeks for an adjuster to contact the garage and another 4 days to get authorization to have the repairs done. I contacted Customer Service EVERY DAY. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there was nobody who could help me. I paid a lot of money for this insurance and should not have had all these issues. I needed a rental car due to my husband's health and learned that Endurance would only pay $150! My rental car bill was over $800. I was not informed until week three that I could have gotten an cheaper rate using Hertz.

My repair did not get paid, they canseled a service. Worst customer service I ever had. I signed a contract having a rebuildable title, what is been discussed at the beginning but agent forgot to mention this in the contract and later instead of excepting a mistake they decided to refund a payment then paying for repairs. How convenient is that...so when you pay monthly payments everything is fine but God forbid something happens they give your money back instead. Be careful with this company. Do not recommend at all.

I have a 2006 automobile my dealer has called 2 times now on 2 different occasions for different issues. This warranty company until company never approves anything. Don't waste your money. You're better off taking that same money every month and putting it into an account to save up for the repairs in the future
I would never recommend this company to any other person or business. I was told this car insurance company was the best so I purchased it come to find out I pretty much totaled my car because someone younger woman brake checked me I brought my car to the collision dealership for them to tell me this is not car insurance and they don't cover any but the transmission and motor well honestly do you think I would be paying 290.00 dollars a month every month if they're not going to help me pay for my car if I got into a accident. Absolutely not now I'm stuff with no car no rental car as they promised thank you endurance for helping me out with your help

This company sends me these "repair bill notice" forms periodically as though there is work to be done to my vehicle. I always throw them in the garbage but now they have started sending them to one of my children who does not own a vehicle.
I submitted my first review of Endurance on April 25 describing my problem with trying to get my truck repaired. It is now 2 weeks and still no decision. Please look it up and see what I said. After I posted it I received a reply from Endurance customer service saying basically that they would help me anyway they can. Unfortunately their help is referring me to the claims department which keeps telling me that the claim is "under review". If there was a rating less than poor or one star they would get it from me. Ive received this same response from their customer service several times now: "Hello,
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your claim. In order to best assist you and verify claim details, please contact us by calling *******443.". This is really GREAT HELP as it is a generated message that they send when they get a request. My advice is to stay away from Endurance!
Terrible experience with Endurance. They were pushy to get me into a policy and as soon as I had a legitimate claim covered under the policy terms - they simply canceled my policy leaving me with the repair bills. I spent hours on hold, at least 6 times over the course of a week fighting with them. To add to their snaky way of doing business, they don't cover a rental car during their 72 hour period where they send out a technician to verify the service being done (and they never made me aware of that.)
But the worst part is that that will do ANYTHING to get out of paying a claim. However they are adamant about taking your money. Horrible warranty company to work with per my service advisor. I recommend looking into any other warranty company and save yourself the headache.
Endurance is a complete scam...offered me the best warranty for my vehicle and when it needed servicing they didn't cover anything in the policy...BIG TIME FRAUDS...$140 down the drain just to put in some S.O.B.'s pocket. Would not recommend for any type of car warranty coverage...Endurance is a piece of 💩💩💩💩

Useless highway robbery! The moment I needed a large repair.My value of my car was how they were basing if they were going to help me or not.And never told me that never showed me that there's nothing written for that it's garbage.
My 2014 MINI required a new water pump. In spite of the fact that this is a repair expressly covered by my extended warranty with Endurance, the company refused to pay any part of the repair. The technician, in conversations with the claims agent, was told that there were essentially no circumstances under which Endurance would cover this repair. If the water pump was worn, it was a pre-existing condition; if it was not, it was a gasket failure which is another exemption, etc. The shop said they had never worked with an extended warranty provider that was worse. When I sought an explaination of the denial of coverage from the Endurance Claims department, their agent hung up on me!

Before the pandemic, I would have rated 5 stars. Now they barely rate 3-stars. There prices have almost doubled for membership and their quality of service has gone down, they find you cheap after-market prices and refuses to repair some items they used to repair. If you go in there with a high dollar car, they will replace your parts if the replace them at all with the cheapest prices they can find on the internet. This warranty company is not what they used to be, just think, I turned my whole family on to them, family, I am sorry. They find every reason or make up reasons not to replace a part on your car. Shaking my head. My insurance expired and I renewed within two weeks, and they are giving my repair shop indicating this is a brand-new policy of one month, this must be a pre-existing condition, so they didn't have to pay.
I purchase a Warranty plan in good faith believing they would cover my repair cost as promised. When it came time to use it I was introduced to the small print of the contract. My claim was denied because the tires on my truck had been changed and the former owner had installed tires that were one size larger than the originals. They claim that altered the vehicle. Note that when I purchased the policy I never received a copy of the total contract.
The Ford Dealership told me the tire size had nothing to do with the mechanical problems the truck was having. This is a loop hole they have to deny claims.
The good news is that Congress passed a law called the " Magnuson- Moss Act" that covers this kind of deceptive practices. Look it up, you have rights and I intend to exercise those rights.
Pre-existing is a term of convenience for this company. Losing you over being behind for your account payments wise is acceptable to them. Know that. I can't speak long term but shady. Cancel policy is 30 min hold 30 min trying to keep you then having to get notary to verify your miles in car. When signing up you just say ok and they take your money. Shady.
Endurance doesn't honor their contract with their customers. I needed car repairs twice on my vehicle. And both time the parts that I needed was covered under the contract but instead of them paying for this claim. They came up with excuses to not pay. I wouldn't recommend Endurance poor service. And they don't honor the contract!

Customer bought the top tier warranty. 4 months later the vehicle had catastrophic engine failure. Warranty company would only pay about 25% of the cost when it should have covered all of it, minus the deductible. Beyond shady. Stay far away from this one.
Filed 1 claim denied over phone in 10 seconds no answers! Waste of $$ and time get dealer warranty! Bad customer service everything is miss leading from the start of the purchase! Wish wasn't just a person but a company to try to shut them down! And they can't say I'm bias I went where they sent me!

I will never ever in my life use endurance again. The customer service is horrible. The warranty department is full of big lies. I got a warranty through you guys. You told me I can go anywhere with it. I've been to five dealerships no one except it so I canceled my warranty then you guys didn't wanna give me a refund talking about my mileage that don't have anything to do with it. I'm definitely reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible horrible horrible if you guys could choose any other warranty company go with them and do not use Endurance.

Put in for reimbursement of wipers and oil change. They claimed they never got the claims. My mechanic called to get pre approval for a crack engine block and he was told its not leaking so they won't pay to fix it. When I went to cancel due to buying a new truck, they told me I had a few claims for door fixes and I never had that done. They are not very good about their paperwork.
Answer: I have had Endurance for over a year and have not had to use the service yet. I received my Contract, had expert assistance in opening the account, saving money on the Contract, receiving all my document, immediately both via electronic and in the mail at my request. My experience with Endurance has been, so far very favorable. Some phone service problem, but all resolved successfully, going on-line, to my account
Answer: Your salesman told me I was buying the best extended warrenty and I would be covered from bumper to bumper on car repairs. What a lie that was! Then your customer service said that was to bad and they would give me one month free monthly payment. Whoopy-do! I'm angry and fell for your scam!
