I have been having issues with Endurance Warranty paying any claim for repairs on my 2019 Ram 1500. On my last claim, my repair that should have been fully cover was denied because of a less than 100 mile difference from a carfax report from two years ago and the mileage from the time of creating the policy. I had to go back and forth with this company about the carfax report being incorrect and I was told that the carfax report is never wrong and I gave them the wrong mileage. I had to contact the dealership and get a statement emailed confirming the mileage at the time of purchase and the mileage listed in the carfax was inputed three weeks after the service was completed. After those documents were approved by endurance, I was sent an email stating that the claim would be processed and that endurance would contact the repair facility. I called the repair facility on 30 May 2023 and let them know that endurance said that the repairs would be covered. On 06 July 2023 I was notified by the repair facility that my truck was ready for pickup. After I arrived at the repair facility, I noticed that I owed the total bill and endurance had not contacted the dealership. The representative from the dealership contacted endurance to process the payment and was told that the claim was denied. I called endurance on 07 July 2023 and was told that they would not honor my claim because I authorized them to fix the vehicle. This company already had all the repair information including parts and labor from the claim that they told me was covered under my policy in May. This company has made every effort to deny paying any claim and has scammed me not only of my monthly premium, but also two repair claims. I would leave them negative stars if I could!

I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they "Didn't get them email" but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check. Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told they check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did "Not Make the Batch" to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it "didnt make the batch". She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest.

Think twice, then think twice again about conducting business with Endurance Warranty Services, LLC

BBB Review tells the tale https://bit.ly/2wVzrXc

They're like dealing with a penny stock boiler room operation:

https://lnkd.in/eYTQ_uC
Endurance will then re-sell your extended warranty policy to Allegiance Administrators who are "a real joy" to deal with.(aka National Administrative Service Co., LLC)

Here are the folks who run this operation:

If you have a high-end vehicle they will not PAY OUT! They will make-up a blatant lie! ENDURANCE said they wouldn't warranty my vehicle (2017 Range Rover). The first reason they said it was because I only had the policy for 25 days, and I only put 400 miles on it. I proved them wrong and showed them I had the vehicle for two months and driven over 1400 miles. Then they changed their story and came back to me with the vehicle had grime and corrosion, and it was my fault. Land Rover/Range Rover dealership told them this was not true. The 3rd party adjustor said it was probable but could not say how it happened. ENDURANCE is saying what they want so they wouldn't have to pay the costs because they are high. The mechanics and service manager spoke to them but they didn't care. I am going to get a lawyer. I don't know what else to do. Before this they told me the mileage was wrong on the odometer but when I proved them wrong, and they listened to my taped calls they realized I told them the truth, which was their mistake. I find this company shady. I would appreciate any suggestions how to deal with this company, ENDURANCE. The oil pump let go and they are saying for the amount of grime and the amount of time I drove it, does not match up. I brought the car in immediately once it started leaking. The dealership checked the vehicle and the Range Rover had no issues before I purchased the vehicle. I would gladly get a letter from the dealership for proof. ENDURANCE does not care, nor would they listen to Land Rover/Range Rover, so my only choice is to start a lawsuit.
Everyone is nice that works for them but their hands are tied and can't do anything.I pay over $600 a month for a warranty! DO NOT USE ENDURANCE!
