Wife's name spelled wrong, date of beginning my policy grossly in error. I think that the people who work there are only incompetent because the company cannot train their workers properly.

I was told my monthly charge would be $89. I got to the Tag office, and they told me I had to call and update my VIN. I did, and they told me someone didn't put my VIN in correctly, so my monthly charge would go up $100! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the second time I have used The Zebra to find reputable Auto Insurance at a reasonable price. The first time, they found me a Full Coverage Policy for the same price I was paying just for Liability. This time they found me an Insurance Company that gave me the exact same coverage for $400.00 per year less than I was paying. HARASSMENT! I've been getting phone calls ALL DAY EVERYDAY from Asian women insisting on transferring me to someone for an insurance quote. Every time I block an area code and prefix they call from a new one. I've emailed The Zebra twice asking them to remove my name and phone number from their database. If you use this company you will have to change your phone number afterwards. These people are evil!

I tried this website because of the excellent reviews and some online commentary. Our premiums for auto insurance with our current insurer had shot up despite our excellent record and no claims, But even with all the discounts, lowest coverage and bundling of home and auto insurance the lowest quote was at least twice as much as my current insurance, and the second lowest was three times as high! Disappointing, and I wasted time filling up all the information. How did they get such high reviews? Are these genuine?

So this was not my first time using the zebra this is why I chose to go back. The agent was setting up my policy was not paying attention and pulled all 6 months out at one time I was on the phone for over 3 hours then never could figure out how to refund my money and I eventually had to go to the bank and dispute it so now it's going to look like I tried to do a fortunate transaction with insurance so what I did is we insured our car with a whole another company this is ridiculous that's something you guys took almost $800 out of somebody's account and did not try to fix it.

I was with a different brokerage for 10 plus years. They quoted me a policy that would cost over $200 a month and claimed that was the only offer they had. I left them and Zebra was the first company I called. Gabriel was absolutely wonderful with professionalism, expertise, and all around super helpful.
