I've been searching for a new insurance provider for a while and was disappointed by the quotes I had received from other companies. I tried out Zebra and Blake Trew was extremely helpful, professional, and patient with me. He answered all of the many questions I had, always with a joyful demeanor, and left me feeling confident in my insurance choices. If I ever need to switch my policy in the future I will be sure to return to the Zebra based off of my experience.
If you want to save time by comparing multiple companies at once don't bother with site. After giving zebra.com all your information instead of giving you a quotes that give you a list of companies that they think would give you the best prices then you still have to re-enter all the same information into each one of those individual prices to get the dollar amount other sites can get you at least an estimated dollar amount without having to redundantly enter the same info five and six times
She made me feel like I was good with the options around me that she found. I bought the lowest priced one and got away with a sub 300 payment a month. She is the best. Ty so much christie she needs a raise
My previous insurance company Root raised my rate over $110 after years with them with no reason and I stumbled upon Zebra by chance and I'm glad I did! Not only did they beat my previous policy but they also got me more than I was getting. My rate is lower than it previously was including there monthly fee. I highly recommend The Zebra to anyone looking to get GREAT prices with the most bang for your buck!
Dani made shopping for auto insurance very easy. She was knowledgeable and was able to get me the best deal. She was very friendly and personable. She helped me get covered for two cars right away. The process was very quick. I'll definitely be working with her again.
They make you answer a ton of question for about 10 to 20 minutes and then they offer you quotes but youbonly get 5 choices, meaning they probably have agreement with this companies. When you click on the quote, of a companie, they ask you the same stupid questions all over again and then in the end, they ask for your ss# which most likely means they're going to run your credit. If you like to lose a few points from your credit, go through this stupid process.
The Zebra representative very quickly found a great insurance company that offered the exact same coverage that I had on my old insurance policy. But saved me $267! I am signed up with a policy I trust at a better rate. I am thrilled that I contacted Zebra.
Being a skeptic of insurance sites, I have to say that I wasn't expecting the exceptional experience I received when I first reached out. Juanita was patient, informative, and truly made me feel as if she was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely recommend The Zebra if all the representatives are as helpful as Juanita throughout the process!

I spent half hour entering all my info and submitted it and it only brought back two insurance companies. When I try to go into see the quotes they force me to enter all the info again. Site reerks of advertising and steering you to the insurance company's that pay zebra to 'get' you. Missing was the half dozen other insurance companies that also should have quotes. Horrid experience.
I was told my monthly charge would be $89. I got to the Tag office, and they told me I had to call and update my VIN. I did, and they told me someone didn't put my VIN in correctly, so my monthly charge would go up $100! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

It collected info for auto insurance quote and just redirected me to the Auto insurance providers. Where, I have to fill again all these details to get quote. Basically Zebra collected my info and did nothing.

But, depending on the user and their driver profile (location, driving history, etc), results may vary. This means that some users, in this instance yourself included, are served links (possibly along with actual quotes from some carriers and you chose not to click on those) to major carriers where you're asked to re-input your information so they can accurately quote you.

Why did I just enter all my information just to receive a list of auto insurance companies with a link to their website where I am supposed to re-enter all of my information? That makes the Zebra website absolutely pointless.
I had auto insurance with Geico ($1, 420.oo) for 6 months. Using TheZebra.com I pay $1, 076.oo including home insurance ( $925.oo for auto, and $125 for home, all in one package). I am so glad I contacted them.

I went through the whole process of adding my vehicles to get the quotes. It only gave one quote for the vehicles I added and then wanted me to go other websites to get a quote from them. The one quote I received wasnt even from the liability limits I put in the system. Worthless website and now I am sure I am going to get multiple emails from them.
This company is in business for them and not saving you money. Their info is bogus bulls t. The price they quote you is not the price the insurance company gives you! Do not waste your time using this worthless website!
They tell you 10 quotes but after you list all your personal information you only get 3 quotes. They list other insurance companies but you have to go on each site and list all your personal information again on each site.

I found a really good quote and was said that I needed to call to get it. It was the easiest phone call and the service representative was really nice. She explained everything to me and it was a good experience.
