After filling out a few details I was given an estimate and a number to call based on my preferred selection of quotes. The first two selected company's quoted didn't pan out, but the 3rd one did, as they say 3rd time is a charm. I was connected with Ian Van Hoose my insurance, and he worked brilliantly at getting me the perfect policy to fit my needs. It was like talking to an old friend as he skilfully guided through the labyrinth insurance nuances to find the perfect policy, making it the easiest part of my car buying experience. After the online Zebra insurance quote left a few questions I called and worked with a very well informed agent who answered my questions and completed the process of securing home and auto policies. I'm confident I have the correct coverage at competitive prices.
I had high hopes for this site after seeing the commercial. I filled in the requested info and expected to see the promised quotes. Nope. It simply redirected me to the various advertised insurance companies. It was just a lead generation site. What a waste of time.
Weird agent said she would remove something from account then after the payment went threw informed me she could not and would have Someone call me back? I don't know if agents child in the background had her discombobulated
So this was not my first time using the zebra this is why I chose to go back. The agent was setting up my policy was not paying attention and pulled all 6 months out at one time I was on the phone for over 3 hours then never could figure out how to refund my money and I eventually had to go to the bank and dispute it so now it's going to look like I tried to do a fortunate transaction with insurance so what I did is we insured our car with a whole another company this is ridiculous that's something you guys took almost $800 out of somebody's account and did not try to fix it.
I was outstanding. I have been using them for several years and never had bad service it has always been outstanding. My agent is fantastic always bends over backwards to make sure all my needs are meet
The only reason I gave one star is because when I applied for quotes they asked general questions about my car history, then they started asking questions about my credit score and how many years I went to college. What does any of that have to do with what kind of insurance I'm getting. I been insured for a while and no one ever asked odd questions so they can base them on how much I pay. If your giving me insurance based on how long I been in college I don't want to do business with you. No thank you zebra
I read that if you wanted to compare automotive insurance rate, try this service. Supposedly, it not just a data gathering site, but would actually provide quotes. I input my info, and about 10 different companies popped with potential quotes. Of those, only one gave and actual quote. All this rest listed the exact same coverage and amounts, and if you wanted more details you had to click on "Quote". Well, then that takes you to that particular insurance company's site, where you have to input all your info again. You are able to change the amount of coverage on The Zebra, which affects the broad quotes - and I was able to improve the coverage, and increase the price, as expected. But - the price I was given, with the closest approximate coverage, was $100 more per month than I'm currently paying. I have yet to find any auto insurance company who has been able to beat USAA's prices and coverage.

I am so impressed with the service I received. Chris is so experienced and helpful. Due to a lot if income changes, we had been without insurance. Chris helped me get a rate that is lower than what I had paid before! I was so shocked. He helped me through all the process. I can totally understand why he is now promoted in the company.
I went through the process of entering info to obtain a multiple quotes. Total waste of time. Not even affordable quotes, nor either all Insurance companies included. You enter all the info, than you click a button next to a company name they gave you, that will brought you to their individual website to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN!.
Complete waste of time. Plus no reasonable prices what so over. I called individually Insurance companies I know and got me the best quote
I called Ian Tuesday night about a lower car insurance rate. My progressive rate was to go up $30 a month. He was patient with me getting my information together. Liberty mutual was almost $100 cheaper.
I am so impressed with how well this worked for me. The representative was so nice and very informative. She made sure I got the lowest rate possible although I don't have the greatest driving record.
For once and advertisement actually worked. At my leisure, and with hazzel, I compared top rated companies and saved over $500 a year insurance. Downsize I could have completed this on-line research a year ago and kept that same amount of hard earned cash in my bank account!

I was with a different brokerage for 10 plus years. They quoted me a policy that would cost over $200 a month and claimed that was the only offer they had. I left them and Zebra was the first company I called. Gabriel was absolutely wonderful with professionalism, expertise, and all around super helpful. I interacted with a couple of other team members and they were also just as helpful and warm/friendly. Lots of appreciation for the team and company.
After years of paying high premiums Chris took the time to explain to us exactly what I was paying for and worked with me to find something that was above the California legal requirements- but was nearly half of what I was paying annually!. He was even able to get us extended road side service and still saved us $2,000 a year!
The process is quick enough however at the end it gives you a list of insurance companies with no quote just links to click on to get a quote from them, basically starting the entire process over. You can just do the same on your own. No need for this service.
Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
