They drag thier feet to deny your claim. They use 3rd party contractors that cancel constantly. Endurance is not worth the money save what you would make in a payment into an interest barring account then use that in to fix your car in lieu of making them money.
I was robbed by endurance insurance. My car was at a dealership with a transmission issue. My claim was denied but they still wanted to take my money. Please people do not buy this insurance. Do your homework first
Endurance is a used car after market warranty seller who takes money easily and then makes it hard for folks to stop payment. They try their best to deny claims. They don't require a notarized odometer reading to sign up but require it to terminate. They come across as a scam to get money, deny and not deliver while continuing to take and making termination extremely and egregiously difficult. Creating that kind of burden on the customer is an abusive and undue hardship on anyone. They do not offer a termination on their website making their scam more prominent, IMHO. I called to cancel my policy as I recently was laid off. Chris (Agent/Manager) assisted me not only answering all of my questions but he was able to lower my payments with discounts so I didn't need to cancel the policy. Chris was extremely helpful and I appreciate him very much.
I do not recommend them because they do not tell the truth. I got the platinum, the highest coverage. Once it comes time to use it, they will give you a hard time and will not approve your claim. It is a battle. Everyone is very nice at first, but then when you become a member, they are ruthless and have an attitude.You have a 30 day waiting period before you can use and and milage you must drive both before your policy can be used but then after the waiting period and you try to use they will try everything in their power to find reason to refuse your claim scam and then when you try to cancel and ask for your refund they say refund can only be done with the first 30 days the same amount of days that you have to wait before you can use your policy to see if any good not to mention plus you have to drive a 1000 miles as well. They are no good do not trust You will end up having to pay for the diagnostic fee when they refuse your claim.

Gave me the run around when trying to cancel. Kept charging my Visa, Then told me I needed to have a form notorized in order to cancel.

I received a letter saying that my extended warranty could go up from $150-$500. I called to explain that I signed a contract and wouldn't be paying them anything extra. Mike Sanchez refused to let me speak to Rebecca Patterson, as she is an "executive with the company." (The letter is from her.) He said "I don't know what you're trying to pull here." When I got rude with him, he tried to back pedal and say that he was trying to help me as he sees I have no coverage. That's a lie. This is a step up from the scam phone calls asking us about our vehicle's extended warranty. I chose one star because zero wasn't an option.
Recently had a $ 2400.00 repair on a 2008 Toyota Sequoia with over 250K miles at a local Toyota Dealership and all I had to pay was the $ 100.00 deductible! Repair was approved in less than 3 hours with the proper paperwork from the dealership sent to Endurance. Repair shop has to do their part to get any repairs approved which is totally understandable. Would recommend Endurance Auto Warranty to anyone. Thank You Endurance Auto Warranty!

I am still waiting on my car to be fixed it's been in the shop since December 2023 4months later we are still waiting on the repairs to be approved. They send a 3rd party and they confirm now they want an entire breakdown of the engine I had to pay out of pocket $2750 for the breakdown the cancelled my claim and said that the breakdown took too long when I have been waiting on them for 3 month the breakdown took one month and they said that was too long

This is a SCAM through and through. I tried filing a claim for work that was completed and told it would be denied without even looking at what was done to my car because the dealership didn't call them before doing the work. I know that the service that was completed is covered under my contract but because of a technicality they won't even look at it. I was originally sold on this contract because supposedly they were easy to work with, but this has not been my experience. Avoid at all costs. I will pursue this further and report them to the BBB if this situation is not made right.

This company is a joke wouldn't call us back told us they are sending someone to look at our vehicle then made up a excuse why they didn't come and won't be. What a way to scam someone out of there money witch shouldn't be a thing and you have no higher power to talk to this place needs shut down its one big joke. Wouldn't repair my vehicle cause they said it was a pre exsisting issue.
Endurance requested the dealership to do tear down to see what was wrong.

I Purchased Endurance insurance warranty for Over 3 years.
Never missed a payment. And there came a time For extended warranty service. I hired a Excellent High rated company They submitted a Claim and they denied the cost of labor. I will never use
Endurance Extended warranty company again they're very deceiving They're hard to work with once you need The service that you paid for. They're willing to take You're Money And not come through. Beware, they are Not Reliable at all.
I purchased a used vehicle and purchased a warranty for $374 a month. You have to have the warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles to make a claim. At 1600 miles I had a light come on so I brought it to a mechanic. Endurance sent out a claims investigator and said that it was too close to the thousand miles and they weren't going to approve my claim. They never returned my calls. I had to call them every day for two weeks straight and they still denied all claims. It took over 30 days to get an answer, so I had to pay out of pocket for my repair and lose the use of my vehicle for a month. Never again.
Been with endurance for a while now and only used once, needed roadside assistance yesterday and was told i could not be found in the system. Was left stranded. Called this morning and was immediately found using my phone number. I was placed on hold for a while and was then told it would take a while to be put in the system when i asked why was i not in the system in the first place since i am up to date on payments i did not get a answer just a i dont know when you will be available so basicly if i needed help despite being up to date on my payments i wont get help because endurance does not have me in their system but they have taken my money. NOT HAPPY
I bought an extended warranty in March 2022 for my Porsche from Endurance. After doing research I landed on this company as the best warranty for my type of vehicle. After having the service until I cancelled in Aug. 2023. I've had so many problems with this company. I would file a claim and it takes them over a month to respond approve or deny. Then when they deny they try to skirt around responsibilities that honor the contract I signed. After sometime I decided to do more research and found out Endurance does not even cover my type of vehicle. They sub my warranty contract to a terrible company called Consumer Care Direct. Everytime I call in they hangup or send you to voicemail and give me the run around for weeks. This company Endurance and Consumer Care Direct are scams. They do not cover what you sign up for. I was charged $6934 to be treated like there doing me a favor. I want my money back from this scam company.
I called today to cancel my coverage and it took a good 15-20 minutes for someone to get me to the right department. After I got to that person, all she did was to try to convince me to transfer the coverage to another family member, and tried to make a better deal for my plan. Lastly I have fill out a form and have it notarized before they cancel my coverage.never again will I purchase from these people. I guess a didn't do my homework.
Refused to repair a timing CHAIN said it was due to wear and tear. Such a cop out for a chain. Car was in the shop for 19 days due to endurance and their awful policies. Horrible wait times when calling. Never offered a dime after I canceled. Terrible company terrible customer service after the policy is started
Endurance denied me twice after the mechanic called and when I complained about it, I was told I had the wrong coverage. I had told endurance that I wanted total coverage when I first signed up for the warranty. I told them I wanted to cancel the service. Then the manager that I had been transferred to after a long wait said it up to me if I want to cancel but that's how the company makes a lot of their money through cancellations. He talked me into signing up for a warranty package that will cover more, the one that I should have had in the first place. After a couple of months paying for the new warranty package I was thinking of if I was to take my car in for a new problem and get endurance denial again that would be more wasted money for no service. I did lose a lot of money with the sign up fees, payments made and the car repairs I had to make. I did cancel. Make your choice and good luck!
I had a $3600 claim for timing chain and related issues which is a covered item. They asked for the last three service records. One of the service records didn't show mileage. It was an error by the shop. Claim denied. I had the shop correct the mileage omission error. Claim denied "altered document " Time to go to court
Answer: I have had Endurance for over a year and have not had to use the service yet. I received my Contract, had expert assistance in opening the account, saving money on the Contract, receiving all my document, immediately both via electronic and in the mail at my request. My experience with Endurance has been, so far very favorable. Some phone service problem, but all resolved successfully, going on-line, to my account
Answer: Your salesman told me I was buying the best extended warrenty and I would be covered from bumper to bumper on car repairs. What a lie that was! Then your customer service said that was to bad and they would give me one month free monthly payment. Whoopy-do! I'm angry and fell for your scam!
