Worst customer service ever!

Monicia, that's her name! Rude, unapologetic, and arrogant.
I spoke w her about the situation of my car being unfixed & sitting in a shop for over 2 weeks. I wanted to cancel the policy.
She arrogantly said "go ahead you can cancel the policy but endurance won't pay anything!"
Clearly it's at their fault why the car is sitting there. They've sent the wrong parts twice! And they won't extend the car rental

First they won't cover the total of the cost repair and the parts sent was wrong. Had to leave the car in the shop longer than expected.
2nd, customer service never return calls even after the automatic "will return call" recording. Even when talking to real person, they will transfer you to a different department and put you in hold forever.
And now I'm still waiting and see if they will extend my car rental due to "of their mistake of sending to wrong parts.smh.

Awful Experience

Just avoid this company all together. It's hard to find companies that will warranty your vehicle that has integrity these days. Everyone wants to find a loophole or sell you a loophole while telling you they will cover everything. Beware of their sales tactics.

Total surprise
April 28, 2022

I'd been receiving notice after notice. I called to tell them I'm not interested several times. Today I received a notice in my married name from 20+ years ago. On the outside of the notice is the record ID. Why would that be for all to see? I'm thinking they got that info after I did a record request from local courts. Am I to expect a notice in every name I've had?

Can we say Ambulance Chaser?!

BEWARE OF ENDURANCE
February 22, 2022

About a month ago I spoke to an Endurance represses who told me all of the coverages I asked for would be included in my policy. Come to find out 2 months later when I took my vehicle into the dealership, none of the repairs I needed were covered. I called Endurance back and they basically told me "well you should've read your contract." Yes I should've went through all 50 fine print pages and read thoroughly, you're right but in reality who does that? I trusted the representatives word and that the company wouldn't lie to me. Huge wake up call for me but anyways don't give this company the time of day, they don't want to help, it's all just business.

Car repair

Endurance is not fair when it comes to approving a claim yo repair your car. They don't tell you all of the provisions you have to meet yo get your cat fixed. I will never take another policy with them. Prople beware.

I've only recently started my endurance warranty but I've spoken to multiple representatives and found all of them super knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I haven't had a claim to file but I feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is covered by their warranty and they make it easy to understand.

Kinda mad I got a letter from them addressed to my dad who passed. They kept me on the phone made me believe my dad had a policy.

After research I believe my dad didn't even have a policy. As administrator of the estate I didn't see any payments to these people.

Also it seems nothing is actually covered really.

Most of these are scams unless you buy them from the dealer beware.

Also how dare you take advantage of my telling you my dad passed and possibly lying about him having a warranty with you when everyone gets the same letter.

They couldn't even send me his supposed policy.

If they can't show me his policy then I'm going to assume he didn't have one.

Every other insurance company can.

Highly suspect.

Do not purchase
November 19, 2023

3 months and $600 into the policy, my repair shop called for authorization to do some work. Nothing was covered that needed repair.
Save the money you'd pay on premiums and start your own repair fund.
You also have to deal with rude agents when trying to cancel and they require a notarized form with your ending mileage.
Useless and necessary hoops to jump through.

Definitely is a scam
August 9, 2023

After I filled out the quote online, someone from my area code called and talked to me about all the benefit and policy coverage then he gave me a quote for over $4k with monthly $165 and $185 deposit to activate the policy. I asked I will look into if send me email with info. But he don't want to hung up, and waiting for the deposit! LOL I told him I am busy and can't pay now. He sounds disappointed, and of course that info email never appear. Therefore, I am sure this is a scam and no claim will be pay when you are in car problems.

They are easy to work with but I have never had a covered repair and my latest one that was rejected was rejected for a really stupid reason. It is completely and entirely out of my control whether I bought the car when the problem appeared absolutely no one notified me of the issue or I wouldn't have bought it, being left with an engine that is killing itself when I have been nothing but loyal and pay a $135/m for nothing is really really distasteful.

Be very Leery!

We supposedly have full coverage under them but they only are covering 2400 of a ******* bill on a motor. The crazy thing is we are a dealer who has sold their product for many years and have had several complaints about them not covering what they say is covered. We have now decided not to sell their product any longer and are trying to get the clients with the complaints to join in a class action lawsuit due to the misrepresentation of their service

Don't sign up with Endurance. My vehicle was in the shop for seven days, for me to find out that Endurance would not pay to repair my vehicle. If I had rented a vehicle, it would have been too costly, because Endurance only pays $30 per day, leaving me stuck with the remainder. Believe me, I called often to find out the status of my vehicle repair request, with no positive answer. I was very dissatisfied with the over all service that Endurance did not supply.

This company is nothing but scamers, they will take your money in heartbeat, and when you needed them they look for every excuse to deny your claim, they will give you the run around until you give up. In my case I am taking them to court I will update

This all happened today, April 22,2024. I called the Customer direct line and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and dialed their contact number and was finally connected to Jason who said he could cancel this policy. After 10 minutes of him talking to me like I was stupid or a child I lost my temper with him. He repeated the same "salesman pitch of why I needed to keep this policy" I explained it was due to medical reasons and that we didn't want any extra expenses. It took me several times asking him to just cancel the policy and not be a salesman. I feel that this company does not train their staff very good and they are very unprofessional. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone.

These people are only out to get your money. I made prompt payments to these people every month, and did not miss one payment. When it came down for me to start a claim, they send you through different loops, to avoid fixing your repairs. Ridiculous! The money I paid them, I could've used to repair my car on my own. After my car stayed in a repair facility for over two weeks, Endurance tells me my claim is denied. Their customer service is poor, and so unprofessional. Endurance will never contact you, to give you an update on your claim. You have to reach out to them. Ridiculous! I have learned my lesson, and will not give my money to these Warranty companies anymore. They are only out to steal your money! Stay away!

My initial call to Endurance made me feel as though I picked the wrong company for my extended warranty. It was not until I asked to speak with a manager that I realized that the policy was not the issue, it was the lack of good customer service; which I hope that my experience was a used as a teachable moment for the customer service representative who could have caused Endurance to lose a customer. The manager was able to look into my experience and provide an excellent solution to my circumstance. I want to thank the manager for listening and putting the customer first.

Had endurance for 10 months. Engine blew, they refused to pay, said they'd do me a favor and refund my premiums. The form to request the refund was a release that promised not to speak badly of them and have them the rights to my vehicle.

Thieves.!

I started my policy 10/07/22 (after 30 day, 1000 mile) grace period. I drove 1606 miles when I had a transmission problem. Cost for repairs was $1624.67. I made a claim to Endurance, who said that they will not pay for the repair do to a discrepancy with the mileage. Do to a clerical error, I had to pay for the repair. From the beginning of this policy I was never going to be able to make a claim from day one. I cancelled my policy 01/12 /23 and asked for a full refund. I paid $599. As of 04/05/23 I have not received the refund. I've called multiple times, they said it is in the mail. To top it off, they prorated the funds I paid in. So the check is for $275. They stole $324 and they said there is nothing I can do. That was their words. Let's see if I get a check at all. Don't trust them!

I didn't hear about the 1000 miles until I went to get my vehicle fix. Which was not valid because I haven't drove 1000 miles. I understand the rules just don't remember that in the pitch I received. End up paying for my repair which I got Endurance for!
