I was interested in purchasing warranty for my car. I got a call from one of the reps. It started well, he explained the options and I thought it was bit expensive but I was seriously considering it. I just told him that I could not do it at this moment for three reasons: I was waiting for one more quote, I wanted to run this by my wife and the biggest reason was that I was at the gym and I did not have my credit card with me ( I don't have a locker so I don't take my wallet to the gym). After I told this to the rep, he become very condescending and called me a liar ( not using this word but I got the meaning). I have been a sales manager for 20 yr and I understand how it is, and the urgency of closing the deal "now" but I find this behavior unacceptable. This is not a small purchase and some of us need to process the information. I was basically ready to take the deal but if this was the the representation of your company I may have to try to work with another company
This morning I called and was connected to Max as I was planning to cancel my policy. He was very calm and understanding, despite the fact that I was about to cancel my policy. However, he decided to advise me to check with my dealer to see if they accepted the new insurance before canceling. I did, and discovered that my dealer did not have a good relationship with the other insurance company. I am so happy that he saved me from future problems. Good customer service Max!
I called Endurance, got a warranty for my truck, then after a week they called me left a voicemail for me to call to verify some information. So I called back and had to talk to 3 people before I finally found someone that could help me. They told me they were canceling my warranty because of my tire size being too big (35"). After they told me when I first called them that the tire size was fine no problem. Apparently they are extremely picky and don't really want to protect anyone except themselves. I would recommend Ally. I called them chose a plan and had coverage within 5 minutes with no mileage requirement. Way way better. Endurance is a joke!
They said the part is under warranty; however, the pump failure is not covered when it is part of the suspension system. We were advised that the shocks took out the pump. It seems that everything that is wrong with my car for some reason is not covered. What is the point if they find excuses for not covering parts? Customer service is horrible-- I asked to speak with a supervisor, and Andy refused to transfer me to one. This is terrible customer service. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back a day later. I have two cars and will definitely cancel the other one. Endurance car warranty is just a big scam! President Paul Chernawski should be ashamed of himself.
These people are scammers. I feld for the scammers lines and found out, after over $400.00 later. I was lied to about these people. I give them a 0 rating. Even the rating system is faulty. I am made to give them a one star just to post my experience with them.
I am Gwendolyn L, I gave a 5 star to Tabitha for helping me, but Endurance is not a good company, I was told that because I didn't ask to have the axle included in my service contract, that they would not cover my repairs. On their ad on tv it says the axle is included. So I will never use their service again.
We’re sorry to hear your claim didn’t go as expected, Gwendolyn. Our goal is to provide the best protection for your vehicle, and we understand this situation may have caused some stress. If you're willing, please contact us at feedback@endurancedirect. Com so we can help answer any questions about your coverage and see what we can do to make things right.

The 5 star rating is because of your associate, Tabitha, she sent me my correct contract, which is the contract I agreed to. She was able to calm me down and help me understand my correct contract.
Thank you so much
On 3/1/2024 I took my 2016 Lexus NX 200T in for routine service and was advised by the Lexus service technician that my water pump was leaking. When he called for prior authorization for payment he was told it was denied because the contract is too new and that the issue was notated prior to the policy being activated. I called Endurance and explained I didn't know it was leaking until today, I have never been told that and the representative said it was denied because it must have already been bad for it to leak 172 miles past the 1000 required to make a claim. I was told to have the service manager call back and provide more details. The service manager called Endurance multiple times and even spoke with a manager telling them there was no way for the service tech to tell when the pump started leaking but it is leaking now and the claim should be paid, and still they denied my claim. The vehicle has less than 55k miles on it.

Endurance voided my warranty claiming my tires were oversized by 4%. Than they stuck me with a diagnosis bill. And no this didn't cause my 2016 f150s torque converter to FAIL. I feel scammed by this. If you love being stuck with a diagnosis or repair bill... you would love endurance. Shame on this company. Be warned
I fell the salesman misrepresented the price over the phone when I purchased the warranty. Once I received the paperwork and realized the problem, I immediately called and canceled the transaction. The I spoke with then was very polite and professional and handle the cancellation well.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Allen. We apologize for any confusion regarding pricing. We strive to provide clear information at all times, and we regret that this was not your experience.
We are pleased to hear that your cancellation was handled professionally and promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, should you need coverage in the future, Endurance is just a call away!

I had a claim recently. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Once repairs were completed, I was out of pocket the deductible, but then I had to pay done of the labor and done of the part cost. I tried to get my tow bill reimbursed. That didn't happen. I am canceling my plan immediately.
I called to get a quote and the guy was insisting on getting me to sign up. While i was explainig to him that i called for a quote for now,he hung up on me bc he got frustrated. Shady indeed. Get new sales people
Don't waste ur money. I purchased this warranty for my truck. It has only 63k miles. I went to get an oil change and was advised that the rack and pinion needs to be replaced. The policy states that the rack and pinion is covered. I called and spoke to a rep before taking to the shop. The shop called and advised that the ac needed repair and the rack and pinion needed repaired. As well as the power steering had a leak. All stated on the policy and the rep confirmed. I took to the shop they called endurance and was told that they won't cover any repairs. What the hell am I paying for when there's repairs that need to be done and they denied all of the repairs stating not covered. This is useless and out 165 dollars for the $diagnostics. Now I have pay 2200 for the rack and pinion 500; for the AC and 500 for the power steering plus labor costs. This warranty is useless and don't cover $#*!.
I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to dealership for issues I was having with it, I was advised I needed a radiator, they got Endurance on the line, dealership was advised radiator not covered due to rust/ corrosion, the life of a radiator is 8-10 years…… doesn't matter that the part was 8-10 old, they will not cover repair! That's sad!

Just to speak with an agent is difficult to get to and once you do the agents act like they could care less about helping you. Not pleasant in anyway..

Not real! Do not buy this warranty I bought a warranty for my mustang 2015 thinking and wanting to have peace of mind that when I was to need it I was going to get the care needed
Took my car to get a diagnosis and they told me that the AC system needed to be repaired. Endurand denied my case right away without even taking a look at it. After calling them they sent an inspector and the inspector told me that he will recomend the repairs. This morning they called me to tell me that the case was denied. They are not real they do not keep their word. I would never do business with them ever again and I am going to try to get my money back from all the monthly payments I've made to them for this false service of protection for my car. Please do your research befor buying from them I wish I did!
On two occasions I was lied to. Telling me they were the only one that would cover my 2003 WV jetta. Not true! I am fully covered under Car Shield the last rep that was not true. They a lying sales tactic to get me to sign up with them Peter was the first one to tell me this. The second was a female. I called Car Shield and they cover as fat back as 1998
If will lie about this and use this kinds of sales tactics what all will lie about. Beware of Peter and the rest of their team. Call Car Shield they are an honest company. I had them some years ago on another car. Never had a problem and never lied about anything.
A bate and switch type company! I am surprised they are in business. BEWARE! RUN. They will pay $1000 0n a $4000 job. They will ask you to tear down motor and then won't pay for it. I will definitely report them to BBB
This is the best company to deal with when you purchase the extended warranty. Very friendly. Then when you try to make a claim, good luck. They will do anything in their power and from what I experienced fraud in order to get out of paying the claim. The same person that was so friendly when I bought the policy was terrible and rude when I tried to make a claim. One of the people who I dealt with that was terrible was Johnny M. He wouldn't give me his last name. I could write pages of details of my problems. They will refund you minus prorated days of how long you had the coverage. Here also they did not refund me the correct amount that I was owed less the prorated amount. I brought it up to them and they went silent, would not return emails or phone calls. It was not worth taking them to court.
Great Company and I Pass it on To other people
I May Need you Service and You Are The Best in Your Business Thanks Again John ‼👍🍀👍🏼👏
Answer: I have had Endurance for over a year and have not had to use the service yet. I received my Contract, had expert assistance in opening the account, saving money on the Contract, receiving all my document, immediately both via electronic and in the mail at my request. My experience with Endurance has been, so far very favorable. Some phone service problem, but all resolved successfully, going on-line, to my account
Answer: Your salesman told me I was buying the best extended warrenty and I would be covered from bumper to bumper on car repairs. What a lie that was! Then your customer service said that was to bad and they would give me one month free monthly payment. Whoopy-do! I'm angry and fell for your scam!
