Refuse to pay for axle
January 14, 2024

My truck has been in the shop since before Christmas because my rear wheel bearings went out which, according to the shop, did some damage to my left axle, but because it didn't actually fail the wheel bearings did Endurance is only going to pay for the wheel bearings. The mechanic told me it needed an axle replaced so between waiting on parts and back-and-forth with the insurance company they still refuse to pay, and I have not had a vehicle since December 21,2023 and today is January 14,2024 I bought the insurance because I am on Social Security and I cannot afford to pay over $700 out of my pocket for an axle. I really wish I would have went with a different warranty company, so beware

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST

So I purchased a policy thru Endurance for my Jeep and about two months ago my truck ended up breaking down having to be towed to the mechanic upon the mechanic inspecting my vehicle it was determined that my truck needed a new oil pan and oil pan housing as well as a new thermostat. My mechanic informed me it would be my best option to put a claim into the warranty company so I agreed and my mechanic called in a claim my behalf upon putting the call in we were in for that an adjuster needed to come out and personally see the view and the parts we were claiming were faulting. When the adjuster arrived not once did he ever ask my mechanic for
My truck to be put on a lift or for an explanation of the fault it's parts. Not was the advisor who looked my vehicle over asked to be spoken with. But upon the adjusters findings he claimed that he asked for my truck to be put on a lift also claimed he asked for the advisor but no one ever came to speak with him. False information was provided back to Endurance which resulted in the claim being denied on my vehicle. After several attempts going back and forth with Endurance I chose to cancel my policy.

My monthly payment is $174.00. So far I have paid 4 months of payments $696.00. I was very disappointed in what was paid for, especially after I had first called to ask if a rack n pinion was covered? The reply was that rack n pinions are covered. Well hearing that I was kinda relieved but then the mechanic informed me that Endurance only paid for the battery and part of the replacement of an alternator. Now this worries me cause what if the engine needs replaced and my bill is for example $5,685.00 and then is Endurance gonna just pay for a third or half of that instead of what they say on their advertisement. My car was bought used with over 200,000 miles is the reason I purchased this in the first place. I'm not one who goes off first opinions etc., but I shall see as my car creeps toward that 300,000.

I purchased their superior coverage. I was told that they were a serious company unlike the rest of the other companies in the market. This package would cover pretty much "everything". I paid my $137 a month and felt secure that I would not be facing a huge unexpected car repair bill again.

About 6 months later my car needed repairs. I was told that there were three issues. A broken ball bearing, a malfunctioning brake caliper and a belt that needed to be replaced. Well, I told them that there is a $100 deductible but that I have "coverage". They should contact Endurance.

It turned out that the only thing they covered was the ball bearing. The rest was not covered because it was "normal wear and tear"?!. Everything that breaks down in a car can be caused by normal wear and tear. What is the point of selling a coverage if nothing is in fact covered?

I ended up with an $837 bill. They covered about $300 ($400 minus the $100) deductible.

I found Endurance to be completely useless. A waste of money.

I've cancelled this policy 3 months ago and still haven't gotten my refund. When you call they put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. The absolute worst customer service.

THIS IS THE WORST WARRANTY COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH.THEY CLAIM I HAD THE TOP NOTCH PLAN. I WAS PAYING $177.00 A MONTH. WELL I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND WE HAVE ALOT OF CONTRUCTION GOING ON DOWN HERE. LONG STORY SHORT TWO NAILS GOT IN MY RUN FLAT TIRES ON MY SUV. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY ALMOST 2 YEARS. THEY WERE ONLY GOING TO GIVE ME $150.00 PER TIRE KEEP IN MIND THESE TIRES RUN $400 OR HIGHER. PEOPLE JUST PUT EXTRA MONEY IN YOUR SAVINGS PER MONTH. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY IN THE END!

Endurance isn't worth the money I am paying. In 2022 The salesperson told me I would have the best 5-year extended Elite warranty BUT it turned out to be only for ONE year. I needed a key and remote replacement in 2024 but they denied me stating it was NOT COVERED after the first year. I am only writing because they DID NOT say anything about losing coverage in year.

Beware if you're thinking about paying Endurance because they are not as reliable as THEY claim to be.

My car has been in the shop over a year now made every payment on time yet when my repair shop filed a claim to get my car a replacement engine it was denied even though the cause of failure was a covered part so if you want a warranty that will say they have your back but really just want your money and. Will not approve a valid claim and will let your car sit over a year at a repair shop then for sure go with endurance but I would personally go elsewhere because this company doesn't give a f#^* about covering your repairs I don't know how much they paid Danica Patrick to lie for them but BEWARE OF. THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER COVERED REPAIRS!

Just say "NO"

I bought a policy from them in March 2021. I figured I followed my manufacturers service log, so everything should be covered no problem. HA! Big problem. I used their recommended mechanic, as I figured it would be a faster fix. They sent out their agent to see what was wrong with car (my tranny went) he stated that my transmission has never been flushed, nor have they ever changed the filter and denied claim. I sent in 3 yes 3 receipts that it had been done. They still told me no, the mechanic never changed the filter so we are not covering it. Granted this went on for well over a month. I had to rent a car, cause I started a new job (and it was in the warranty to be covered). Couldn't afford that after a week, lost the job. Argued with Endurance for months. They said they would refund all monies I gave them, if I signed a statement never to say anything bad or sue. They sent me a check for over $500. Didn't cash it or sign. They called said they would cover everything, to send in receipts when all said and done. Did that, they denied again, said they never said that. Then they called and said they would give me a check for $2500. 00, I turned them down. I am really hard up for money, I am a single mom with twins going into college at end of month. Probably should have taken it, however, I did EVERYTHING right and by the book, they are the ones that are not keeping up with their end of the deal. I just wonder how many other people they are doing this too? Heading to court to file today!

I chose Endurance Extended Auto Warranty because they were rated number one for extended warranties but What they DON'T tell you is that when you enter into coverage with them, if your mileage is not EXACT they will not cover a thing. Paid monthly for six months and when I needed to use my extended warranty coverage, (TODAY) they would not cover a thing because there was a mileage discrepancy. I was told that I have 30 days to give the correct mileage but was NEVER told that upon inquiring about coverage. Not to mention, I never recieved an email with my actual policy information until a month and a half later...I would have thought mileage would have been verified like all other companies do with the VIN but they said it is up to me to provide the EXACT mileage. The individuals I spoke with did not care and had no compassion; Just no! We wont cover ANYTHING! Horrible Customer service at that So I wasted my money and time. Learned Lesson!

Mr. James Thomas was what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is he went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I understood EVERY aspect of my plan, he even asked me to ask questions if I wasn't sure about ANYTHING. He took his time and was very courteous, kind and very patient with me. He didn't try to rush me through or force anything on me he let me weigh all my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. You should have Mr. JAMES THOMAS should be a leader to new employees so they can learn what customer service really means and some of the old ones also. On a scale from 1-10. I give him a 15+

Ms Joshlyn Francis-Wright has the most superior customer service skills. She was so helpful when I was getting my plan. She went up and beyond making sure I understood everything she answered all my questions and concerns. Then before I finalized everything she went back over everything to be sure I understood and had the best plan for me. There need to be more people like her in customer service. I called up endurance to find out where my information about my policy was and they told me that it would be emailed because there are a green company at which point last because I must've gotten 50 or so advertisements in the mail then I asked about rental service and they told me that they cover $30 for a rental car and I laugh because I live in the city of Orlando and $30 is not gonna cover a Rent-A-Car
