I have had the Advantage Plus plan on my 2009 Corvette for two years now and only used it one time to have my car towed to the dealer because the shift cable broke. The call went into Endurance and 30 minutes later the flat bed came and took me and the car to the dealership. There was no charge for the flatbed and the service representative was pleasant and extremely helpful. I also got the use the maintenance included in the policy for my oil changes and once for a battery replacement. Every time they pay the shop direct which saves me time and money. They also gave me the Elite Membership Bundle which covered the complete cost of a FOB that was lost. The shop I take my car to said they have dealt with Endurance for years and found they are Number 1 to work with. The warranty I got was 5 years/100,000 miles and was very reasonable for all the coverage it came with. I would highly recommend Endurance to anyone who whats the extended warranty service on their vehicle.
I've only recently started my endurance warranty but I've spoken to multiple representatives and found all of them super knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I haven't had a claim to file but I feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is covered by their warranty and they make it easy to understand.
My initial call to Endurance made me feel as though I picked the wrong company for my extended warranty. It was not until I asked to speak with a manager that I realized that the policy was not the issue, it was the lack of good customer service; which I hope that my experience was a used as a teachable moment for the customer service representative who could have caused Endurance to lose a customer. The manager was able to look into my experience and provide an excellent solution to my circumstance. I want to thank the manager for listening and putting the customer first.
Darrell Davis my guy did a hell of a job supporting me and gave me the best help I can receive from anyone, I was a little heated at first but Darrell helped me out and made this transition moving forward a lot smoother for me, he knows very well about what he is doing and is smart at his job. Rodney in customer services was very helpful. The first rep. (Makai) that called me and left a message talked so fast that I had to listen to the message at least 6 times to get the call-back number. My vehicle was getting loud (exhaust leak) and I was told that NO company covers exhaust because it is a maintenance issue. How do you do maintenance on an exhaust system?

I called to cancel my policy as I recently was laid off. Chris (Agent/Manager) assisted me not only answering all of my questions but he was able to lower my payments with discounts so I didn't need to cancel the policy. Chris was extremely helpful and I appreciate him very much.

I have been a customer of Endurance for many, many years. This is my second vehicle covered under Endurance and I have never been let down. Whenever I have a problem with my vehicle they cover my vehicle and will check the car repair place if they are not following protocol when addressing my vehicle. I trust Endurance in having my back when handling my vehicle needs.

Our car was totaled so I cancelled on the day my payment went thru which it was pending when I called to get my payment stopped or refunded and since then I have been told it takes 5 to 6 weeks so I have waited. Called today and was told wasn't getting it. Dosent seem like people know what is going on up there
I'm paying close to $200 additional to what i already pay and my sensors are not covered. I am currently looking for another policy.

Please stay away from this company.They will always find loopholes to deny your claim.Things they know you can't get for receipts and they say you must obey the vehicle factory recommendations for everything.oil changes every 6 month need it or not 500 to 5000 miles on it and that don't matter.Be aware of this scam company😡😡😡

Endurance claims adjuster denied our claim after falsifying report made by independent inspector. He literally changed the report findings in order to deny the claim. That's fraud folks and you have no legal recourse.
I've had endurance warranty for years, fortunately I've never had to file a claim in all that time, well this month my engine light came on, I called endurance, they instructed me to take my car to any repair shop of my choice, after my car was diagnosed endurance states that repair shop must then call them with your car's diagnosis and to file a claim, endurance customer's are not allowed to do this, well my diagnosis was my car needed a catalytic converter with exhaust manifold both of which endurance refused to cover in any way whatsoever, that decision made made in minutes maximum, I of course then called endurance to inquire why isn't this covered as it is part of the engine, a major component, endurance representative stated well I don't know but engine parts are just not covered. I rate endurance a big fat zero. Save your time and money, find a different car warranty service

I was not told about how to do tow service and now they will not reimburse me for my bill. I am very disappointed in not being told this when I signed up. I am out $125 now. Also they took payment out a month early that left me in a financial bind. I was told it was all set up before I closed conversation with customer service. He said any problems call him and now I can't reach him or talk to him. I really liked working with him too!

They filter out the bad review and auto generate positive ones. Company is a scam just simply text in the google search "Endurance car warranty scams". The repair facility I used for my repair produced the proper documentation for my policy to be fully covered. Endurance denied it. The repair facility once again followed up with more documentation and endurance backtracked and was making up reasons to deny the claim. Put money back each month as a nest egg PLEASE do not allow endurance to steal from you like they did me.

Answer: I have had Endurance for over a year and have not had to use the service yet. I received my Contract, had expert assistance in opening the account, saving money on the Contract, receiving all my document, immediately both via electronic and in the mail at my request. My experience with Endurance has been, so far very favorable. Some phone service problem, but all resolved successfully, going on-line, to my account
Answer: Your salesman told me I was buying the best extended warrenty and I would be covered from bumper to bumper on car repairs. What a lie that was! Then your customer service said that was to bad and they would give me one month free monthly payment. Whoopy-do! I'm angry and fell for your scam!
