I submitted my first review of Endurance on April 25 describing my problem with trying to get my truck repaired. It is now 2 weeks and still no decision. Please look it up and see what I said. After I posted it I received a reply from Endurance customer service saying basically that they would help me anyway they can. Unfortunately their help is referring me to the claims department which keeps telling me that the claim is "under review". If there was a rating less than poor or one star they would get it from me. Ive received this same response from their customer service several times now: "Hello,
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your claim. In order to best assist you and verify claim details, please contact us by calling *******443.". This is really GREAT HELP as it is a generated message that they send when they get a request. My advice is to stay away from Endurance!
