Ordered on May 25th and received an order confirmation. Radio silence since then. Going on a month now.
I have always got my nails done, and when COVID-19 happened, I knew I would not be able to go into the salons and get them done. I then looked for a way of doing my nails here at home, and maybe an easy way for a first-timer. I came across Exclusive Nails, watched some YouTube videos regarding their product, and ignored the negative videos that kept showing up in the sidebar. I did my order on April 30th and got the response that it would take 18 business days. After the 18 days, I wrote an email, got back generalized response out how orders were being processed, and would have to wait. Again, I have not received my purchases, and now I am calling my bank to get my money back. I have learned my lesson from this and will be looking up reviews of a product before I do any buying. I encourage any future buyers to do the same as well.

Ordered over two months ago. Two months! No responses, ever. He claims it's bc of Covid but it's not. Anyways as I was digging info up for my FTC complaint for fraud, I realized he probably, allegedly, orders all his crap from China but lies saying it is all made in the USA. THAT is why it's taking so long! After Pay isn't verifying his company, they're not doing business with him due to the mass amount of complaints. I've moved on to purchasing from Valentino, JC Beauty and Not Polish. I don't need press on nails, I can do nails. For clients that only want them for a special occasion I've ordered the Kiara Sky Gelly Tips. Their acrylic and dip line is fantastic as well. AND I've received ALL my products from these companies in 7-10 days.
Stop giving this racist turd and his bad wigs any money. He's a fraud and will hopefully be investigated by the feds for fraud and lying about where his products is made. Tick tock, Max. Might want to start taking care of your customers like a real businessman does.
Order placed on May 26 2020 still no order it's now June 19 2020. There customer service is nonexistent. As of today order has not even been processed. If you are wondering there is nothing on backorder. This is the way they do business. Before you order read all the reviews. They practice making people wait weeks/months for there orders. They where doing this same thing before COVID. So they can not blame it on the virus.
Since I ordered from Max on May 11,2020 I've ordered from Kiara Sky, Not Polish, Nails by Annabel and Glitter Planet. Some of these businesses are in the UK and none took more than 10 days, not 10 business days, 10 days! Glitter Planet took less. Than a week as did Not Polish. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money. You'll. Get better products and GREAT service!
I placed my order April 8th, 2020... Still haven't received any updates or package. I requested a refund multiple times but still no response, sent multiple e-mails still no response. Scam site beware!

Honestly never had anything negative to say about a business till now... I had an order over 100$ and ordered in April, it's now middle June and I HAVE YET to STILL RECEIVE my package! Everytime I email Customer service they have an automatic email that is sent days later only extending the date than what was promised. It's gone from 14 business days, to 20, to 25, to 30 and now I'm way passed 30 days. You'd be more forgiving after the first couple times they changed the date. But I personally feel robbed of my money and have been demanding a refund since it still HAS YET TO PROCESS and except they send a bull$#*! message about how they are sorry for the inconvenience but appreciate my business... this was the worst FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE with this brand. Save your money it's not worth it and their "response team" is trash. I won't be returning.
I placed my order May 23. It's now June 14. I've contacted customer service. By email they never respond. When I called a rep said my order will ship out beginning of July. The status just says order placed. Just a heads up in case you needed a speedy order delivered.
Completely NOT HAPPY! It's been a month, no items. No updates about item. No tracking number. No order number. No refunds. No communication, just an abundance of emails to buy more stuff. I place an order on May 4th and May 7th. Order # 112 and 114. I understand that COVID has affected A LOT of companies. However, I have ordered from a few other sites and shipping didn't take this long. I have not sent an email following up because I don't like hassling anyone. But from the other reviews, maybe I should. I watch his lives on FB and when someone asks a question there is one lady who always gives a snarky remark. At this point, I'd really love to just cancel my order but I know I can't. How are we as customers suppose to support a business when customer service sucks and they show that they don't care. I probably will never order from the company again. I will do my research before I order from a business I have never ordered from before. IF I ever do receive my order it better be well worth the darn wait.
I ordered from this company on April 29. I never got an email confirmation of my order only a confirmation from PayPal I reached out to this company in the beginning of May actually the second week and they told me they were on orders 100 through 101 but that means nothing to me because I never got an order number it's now the middle of June I sent an email and got no response this is a total rip off I should believe the reviews when I seen them.

I ordered from here for the first time so happy to get my orders but didn't think it would take a whole month almost 2 for my stuff to get here. There products are great but the owner and costumer service sucks! They are so bad at replying to emails, and max never reply to comments that are bad stating how people sent many emails waiting for their items almost 3 months like wtf? For them to always say "we're the best in planet Hollywood" like no?! Lmao.
I have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive my order. I placed my order April 29th and it is now June 5th. Some people I have spoken too have been waiting for 8 weeks. There customer service sucks. They make sure you know that they are not responsible for anything ounce it leaves their facility and orders will not be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, no matter what. I have never had a company do that ever. Any other company would always make customer service and satisfaction a priority. They keep blaming shipping taking so long on the number of orders and COVID-19, but There are way bigger companies than them with way more orders, I'm sure, that have not taken 4- 8 weeks to ship. I've ordered from these companies have not encountered any shipping delays. They have AfterPay which I tried to use and it charged my card for the full amount anyway. They would not even attempt to help me fix the issue. Just said it wasn't their problem that I'd have to contact AfterPay. I still have not received my products so I can't speak for them just my experience with customer service and shipping.
I finally recieved my products after over 6 weeks. I was super excited to get them on my fingers! I had seen a few reviews that said the nails were flimsy, bit I thought it was just because they were using the stilettos and filing too much off the side witch will weekend the integrity of the nail. Anyway, I applied EXACTLY how Max does in videos. Step by step, prepped nails, prep, primer, base, etched the nails, used press on gel, cured. Used the the coffin, which have really nice C-curve so they should be stronger. Looked great! But not even a 24 hours later, I have already bent 3 nails. Not broke, but bent all the way. Just doing normal everyday stuff. 2 was just pulling up a pair of pants just drying off with a towel. These nails are very flexible. I'm am not empressed with them. The rest of the system seems good, but the nails need to be stronger. Kinda wish I could cancel my second order. But, hoping the ballerinas won't be so flimsy.

I didn't receive my package, they font respond back to ANY form of emails or messenger. They take no responsibility for their packages so I'm out money & items. They don't give you a tracking number with your order either I would not buy from this company.

All they do is sent automated emails or they don't respond at all! Max Estrada, the CEO, is a joke himself! A racist! I was so excited to try enailcouture because Max is so adorable and i wanted to support him and his business. It has been a month now and my two orders are no where to be seen. I contacted them to find out the status and this person named Danii just said this generic line and hung up on me! Max, this is truly appalling and no way to treat customers. If you are having issues keeping up... man up and take responsibility for yourself and your business. I think its time to hire some much needed help
I placed my order on April 25,2020. Today is May 31st and I still have no received any updates stating my order has been processed. I emailed customer service twice and received an auto response stating the order could take 20 business days to process which has past. I'm so annoyed and tired of waiting. I notice Max is currently posting nail videos on his IG page but has not addressed all the customers that paid for products and still have not received anything. Very unprofessional.

That being said over the last several months enailcouture is experiencing a massive delays so you should not be concerned unless it's been more than 3 months orders are massively massively behind about 30 business days before they ship out
Answer: The gel press on is a newer concept but there are a few other companies that have similar products that are comparable in price and quality that have received good reviews. I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.

Answer: It's very hard. The best bet is to going to their website and it tells you when support is available you have to constantly keep checking back and it'll say agents are available or agents are not available that's your best bet
