Man, the support from Pavel has been so helpful. He really takes the time to understand what issues I'm having. Pavel does a great job finding solutions in a clear, simple way.

I appreciated that Pavel even made an explanatory video - that was really helpful. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers. Instead of just rushing to fix things, Pavel takes the time to fully understand the problem.

I build all of my client websites with Divi. Having Divi VIP support to fall back on when things don't quite go to plan has been invaluable. They have always helped me get to the bottom of any issues and provide quick and knowledgeable support. If you're creating many sites with Divi I highly recommend their support service. It will save you hours trying to sort issues yourself.

I am not really experienced in coding, have a good understanding of design apps, so Elegant Themes was the perfect choice for building my websites on my own. What makes it outstanding: Every time I have a question or need support with improving the design of my websites, I can ask for help and get the code plus an exact step-by-step tutorial on how to implement the code into the system - this comes unexpected and is highly appreciated. Big recommendation if you are in a similar situation.

I am a customer for over 5 years and never had a bad experience with DIVI sales or customer support teams. They are always there for me and goes extra mile everytime. Even when asking a lame questions they reply in a nice manner and not only answer the questions but add up additional details, links to resources etc. Strongly recommend.

Incompetent and can care less customer service. One person has no idea what another is saying or doing. They won't keep their promise. Wasted so much time trying to resolve a simple issue and got the run around for over a week. Horrible experience!

I've been enjoying Divi the Wordpress builder for about 3 or 4 years now. I'm a digital marketer and wanted to build webpages on my own. I chose Divi then and it was the best choice. Their customer support is still strong. Thank you always!

I wanted to get a refund because Divi is slow to load compared to other providers. Page load time is one of the key factors for customer experience and google ranking.

I used Avada for my website as it made my load time 1.2 seconds and my customers had a great experience with it.

I asked for a refund because of that but was declined because i asked after the 30 day period. I didn't even download their assets but was still declined. Their customer service would not even reply back to my emails.

I was moving to another state which is why i asked for my refund late, but they were not considerate. Unprofessional support.

I have a simple problem with Divi Builder. I get on their chat and they tell me they can't help me until I login to prove I'm a paying member. So I login, then they tell me tech support help will take "an hour or so" and they quit responding to me. I need someone to see the issue on my screen, not have a confused conversation every two hours whenever they decide to help. Why can't your sales person help? They obviously have the capacity to answer immediately. It's really poor judgement to tell your customer to log in to get support, and then the second they log in, you quit responding and cease to help them. That's ridiculous. I don't see how you can expect customers NOT to leave bad reviews with a stunt like that. Because of the issue that still hasn't been resolved and especially because of the way I've been treated as a paying customer, I will be letting all my professional connections know not to waste their money on "Elegant" themes.

I have been using Divi for several years for myself and my clients, and I am delighted. I have recently started using their VIP customer service, and I am thrilled with their responsiveness, efficiency, and advice. I love it and highly recommend Divi and their team.

I was searching for a way to force the social links displayed by the Divi Person module to open in a new window. After submitting this question in the support chat, I received a perfect solution in chat and by e-mail on the next day. The best support ever!

I have been using ElegantThemes services and software since 2010. There is absolutely no comparison out there to the level of service and support this company and their staff provides. For so many years, they have been there for me, upgraded their code every month, and helped me solve the online issues and goals I wanted to accomplish. I can not say enough about how great this team and their code is and I encourage everyone to give them a try.

I've been a Elegant Themes subscriber for a while now - and find the support provided to be excellent.

Of course many times it's just me being stupid or having some kind of mental block.

I know that just recently ET with their new release, Black Friday etc - the load on support must have gone through the roof - I remain amazed at how well they are coping.

The time for support to get back to me has varied - mostly it's been less than an hour - but occasionally it has been half a day.

I am so pleased with ElegantThemes. Their theme, Divi, is one of the most powerful and simple to use page builders on the market. Hands down. I've worked with them all. Been doing WordPress sites for about 10 years now and I've never been this impressed with support of a theme or plugin. Sure, you have to pay for the theme, but the support alone is worth it. I had an issue with some WordPress core files and they even helped me there. Bottom line, do business with these guys. They won't do you wrong!

After much deliberation, I decided on Divi as the route to building my site.
I did have some concerns as my web building skills are quite limited and I was keen to be able to draw on quality support.
What I have found is that support is speedy with questions answered very promptly. Staff provide clarity and where necessary, links for further information.
I feel that the decision to adopt Divi has been justified and I am looking forward to exploring many more of the inbuilt features, with the knowledge that should I need the support will be available to help me overcome any challenges.
