Man, the support from Pavel has been so helpful. He really takes the time to understand what issues I'm having. Pavel does a great job finding solutions in a clear, simple way.

I appreciated that Pavel even made an explanatory video - that was really helpful. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers. Instead of just rushing to fix things, Pavel takes the time to fully understand the problem.

It's refreshing to work with a specialist like Pavel who truly puts the client first. Most companies don't put in that kind of effort nowadays. His dedication definitely ensures a good relationship going forward.

Hands down, Pavel provides the best support you can ask for. I'm really grateful for his assistance with these issues.

P.S Elegant Theme lifetime license was my best decision!

I build all of my client websites with Divi. Having Divi VIP support to fall back on when things don't quite go to plan has been invaluable. They have always helped me get to the bottom of any issues and provide quick and knowledgeable support. If you're creating many sites with Divi I highly recommend their support service. It will save you hours trying to sort issues yourself.

Overall: Clumsy, clunky, chunky, slow, laggy, under powered, incredibly limited over all simply a weak theme and builder.
Support: The AI support is completely useless - Live support -tell them the answer and they suggest what you tell them. Generally a waste of time
Integrations: Out the box limited, no support, or bug ridden with common setups like Woo - unless like everything else Elegant / Divi buy something else and hope it works

I am not really experienced in coding, have a good understanding of design apps, so Elegant Themes was the perfect choice for building my websites on my own. What makes it outstanding: Every time I have a question or need support with improving the design of my websites, I can ask for help and get the code plus an exact step-by-step tutorial on how to implement the code into the system - this comes unexpected and is highly appreciated. Big recommendation if you are in a similar situation.

I am a customer for over 5 years and never had a bad experience with DIVI sales or customer support teams. They are always there for me and goes extra mile everytime. Even when asking a lame questions they reply in a nice manner and not only answer the questions but add up additional details, links to resources etc. Strongly recommend.

Incompetent and can care less customer service. One person has no idea what another is saying or doing. They won't keep their promise. Wasted so much time trying to resolve a simple issue and got the run around for over a week. Horrible experience!

Apart from all the bugs, it's really their support system that's insanely frustrating. 50% chance you get someone competent, but these rest is beyond ridiculously incompetent.

You explain the issue, you record video evidence because they ask for it, they try a few things that don't help, move it forward to "support leads" (Doesn't exist imo, because they are even more incompetent).
Anyway, instead of simply reading the detailed history of what has been tried, they ask you the same Qs all over again.
And I get that it sometimes takes until they answer, but once they do answer, you expect and actually need them to stick to the conversation and not answer ever 20mins to 3hours or however they feel like - how else can you resolve a complex issue?
This again means the next time someone answers will be another person asking you everything again instead of fully reading and understanding the history of what has been done TWICE already.

I've had this multiple times now. I wish I had never bought this useless theme but a professional one instead. By now they have easily wasted 6 weeks of my life.

It's honestly the dumbest support I ever had anywhere!

I wanted to get a refund because Divi is slow to load compared to other providers. Page load time is one of the key factors for customer experience and google ranking.

I used Avada for my website as it made my load time 1.2 seconds and my customers had a great experience with it.

I asked for a refund because of that but was declined because i asked after the 30 day period. I didn't even download their assets but was still declined. Their customer service would not even reply back to my emails.

I was moving to another state which is why i asked for my refund late, but they were not considerate. Unprofessional support.

I have a simple problem with Divi Builder. I get on their chat and they tell me they can't help me until I login to prove I'm a paying member. So I login, then they tell me tech support help will take "an hour or so" and they quit responding to me. I need someone to see the issue on my screen, not have a confused conversation every two hours whenever they decide to help. Why can't your sales person help? They obviously have the capacity to answer immediately. It's really poor judgement to tell your customer to log in to get support, and then the second they log in, you quit responding and cease to help them. That's ridiculous. I don't see how you can expect customers NOT to leave bad reviews with a stunt like that. Because of the issue that still hasn't been resolved and especially because of the way I've been treated as a paying customer, I will be letting all my professional connections know not to waste their money on "Elegant" themes.

I had some issues getting my logo to appear the way I wanted it in the Divi Theme. Muhammad did an awesome job walking me through to a setting I hadn't found to fix my too small logo.
