Every time I need some help with Divi the chat is the most easy and fast way to do it. My experience is that they are always fast and helpful, super happy with that.

Apart from all the bugs, it's really their support system that's insanely frustrating. 50% chance you get someone competent, but these rest is beyond ridiculously incompetent.

You explain the issue, you record video evidence because they ask for it, they try a few things that don't help, move it forward to "support leads" (Doesn't exist imo, because they are even more incompetent).
Anyway, instead of simply reading the detailed history of what has been tried, they ask you the same Qs all over again.
And I get that it sometimes takes until they answer, but once they do answer, you expect and actually need them to stick to the conversation and not answer ever 20mins to 3hours or however they feel like - how else can you resolve a complex issue?
This again means the next time someone answers will be another person asking you everything again instead of fully reading and understanding the history of what has been done TWICE already.

I've had this multiple times now. I wish I had never bought this useless theme but a professional one instead. By now they have easily wasted 6 weeks of my life.

It's honestly the dumbest support I ever had anywhere!

Sites built with Divi are gorgeous and i wanted mine to look like that too. I am not an engineer, I couldn't be farther from it actually, but I love building sites and blogging... so I gave it a try and am loving it. There is a learning curve but it's not that bad AND if there's anything you don't know or need help with, Divi engineers are so great. The live chat feature is absolutely the best. They are quick, kind and super helpful. If you have been wondering whether or not to start using Divi, go for it. I am newbie and am doing just fine.

These guys are really patient, helpful and willing to share your problem. Although sometimes they are not able to help with beyond-the-support demands, they share information how to get to your goal. I have to thank to Goran for saving my day!

Farhad at Elegant Themes patiently guided me to the discovery and resolution of a problem with a third-party plugin causing the Divi Accordion Module to fail.

Great Support for an incredible theme.

I checked my affiliate account with Elegant themes on the 1st of the month as the cutoff for monthly commission payments ends at the end of the month.

I check again on the 2nd of the month and discovered they had removed $100 from the previous months commissions.

This is theft as there's no write back after the month has ended.

I guess any merchant can get away with stealing affiliate commissions from overseas affiliates and there's nothing you can do about it.

I had to reach out to the Elegant Themes Support for an issue with my Extra theme. Their support team was great, have had responses to fairly quickly and they escalated the issue and Goran from the Support Leads was able to find the culprit and fixed the issue for me. More success to ElegantThemes, I am really amazed by how easy you are making it for us not so techy guys to customize WordPress and manage our blog. Tied with a great support team, I'm positive are off to more success. Cheers!

I have used Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. Maybe if Divi wasn't so easy to use, powerful, and backed by the best support in the world, another "builder" CMS would work. But since Divi turns WordPress into a 110% customizable beautiful interface, I can't imagine ever using Wix or Squarespace ever again. Squarespace has nice templates but the ability to work with them is absolutely terrible. Wix does better than Squarespace for functionality, but using Divi has been an absolute dream. I run a copywriting and website design business. Could not do it without Divi + Divi support. 6 stars out of 5. Love.

I started out building websites a few months ago and I have no complaints about Divi, they have people ready to help out at any time.

Very fair price, easy to use and awesome customer service. The Divi builder is very impressive and made my life alot easier. Also their themes are just amazing. This is the best investment that I made this year and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had some issues getting my logo to appear the way I wanted it in the Divi Theme. Muhammad did an awesome job walking me through to a setting I hadn't found to fix my too small logo.
