I have used FTD for floral deliveries many times over the years. I have yet to experience less than outstanding service. No compliants at all.

Since I ordered flowers one week ago, I have received 23 emails from FTD (only 3 or 4 of them were necessary to the transaction). I don't feel it is necessary to bombard clients, especially ones who hardly ever order, with excessive emails. The person we sent the flowers to really liked them.

The flowers were meant as an anniversary present. I was disappointed that did not arrive until the end of the day. There should be an option to ask delivery to be prioritized as early delivery (would have paid extra if I knew delivery was going to be so late)

I saw a photo of the arrangement that was delivered on time (that was good). Yes, it looked a little like what is online, but it came off as dreary … there were burgundy-colored "somethings" in the arrangement that just didn't work. This was disappointing.
