Company seemed too good to be true. Customer service was stellar super responsive, hold times were less than a minute in most cases. Bought a rack in pinion for my e63 BMW from them for $1200. The price included a $300 core charge, in other words I would be refunded $300 if I sent the old part back to them. When I inquired about sending the old rack and pinion back I was disappointed to find out I would be responsible for the cost of shipping. Normally I wouldnt care but it was $100 to ship it out. It is what it is I was still going to get $200 back. About a week after shipping it to them I received a email that they processed my refund for $319. The money never posted to my credit card statement however. I was patient and waited a few days and it was a holiday weekend as well so I figured that would cause a delay. Finally I call them up bc the money is MIA. They are very short w me and tell me to call credit card company bc they sent it. Fine, I call credit card company, they have no record or tracking of anything from e Europarts. I call eEuroparts back to investigate further. For the first time I can get ahold of no one, I get a voicemail, I leave a message. Later that day no return call, so I call again, voicemail again. Suddenly I can get ahold of no one, clearly avoiding my phone call. I email them next, respectfully there's been a disconnect and I need to get my refund. They email back very vague generic response, call your credit card company we sent the money. Im clearly getting nowhere so I opened a merchant dispute w the credit card company. I dont have endless time to wait on the phone for hours going back and forth. The fact that my phone calls went unanswered at the end shows me that this missing refund was premeditated. Maybe they were hoping I wouldnt check my statement and they could get away w it by sending a phony email stating that I was refunded. Either way I cannot recommend this company after this debacle. The worst place to buy parts, false advertising on stock availability, salesman is very rude and customer service almost no help when it comes to a refund thats another nightmare. Wouldnt let submit review without a star otherwise there wont be any
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am a first and last time customer. In short don't even think about ordering from this place! My experience, as follows: I place 3 orders for my Volvo that all showed IN STOCK. An Ignition Wiring Harness, Coil Packs and Spark Plug Wires. It is 7 days later and all I have received are the Spark Plug Wires. I have sent several emails and lucky to get an answer. So used the live chat messaging and the answer I received was the IN STOCK status is not updated sometimes... so the ignition wiring harness was actually not in stock and is on back order. It cost $168. Funds were pulled the day I placed my order and here I am a week later waiting to get credited.
The 2nd item (Coil Packs) are still not received. Status as of today ( 1 week later) is the shipping label was printed 5 days ago but still no tracking info. I asked to just cancel the order and give me my money back but I am being told it's with UPS and can take 5- 7 business days for tracking info to be available so I just have to wait. Tomorrow will be 8 days. FYI I ended up ordering the wiring harness from another company (hint: Lifetime Replacements on everything) and I got it in 2 days. Ordered Wednesday, received Friday.
Worst part is emails go unresponsive. Communication is horrible. And the ultimate is how can a company not have accurate stocking status! Charge customers for items they don't even have and then we have to wait who knows how long to get a credit. Oh and to add to it this is my only car and it was not operable due to the original wiring harness deteriorating so bad the wires started cracking. Luckily I had extra money to be able to order it from another company... and make it to visit my mom on Mothers day! Cant wait till this nightmare is over! One last thing... I received an email yesterday stating my order is complete and to Rate the service. So they think I received everything... Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
I ordered lower controls arms for my Volvo, as well as tie rod ends. I received the tie rod end in a small UPS box without any packing material. Luckily they were in separate boxes with no damage. My lower control arms which I ordered were 3 days prior to my tie rod order hadn't arrived and when they finally arrived the shipping box had No Packing Material and the box had a ripped open end and holes all over the box. When I opened the box each control arm looked used, meaning they had black marks all over them. When I contacted the company I spoke to Luke who I can honestly say is Rude and a word I can't write on here. They wanted me to either return them and wait till they have them back in order for me to get a replacement or pay for another set to have them sent out. This company is now on my Don't Buy List. Poor Customer Service as Well as The Worst Return Policy of Any Company. What shocked me and pissed me off more was they wanted to give me a $10.00 store credit for what I received. As I said earlier. They Looked Like Used Parts.
I purchase front mats they send the wrong mats I told them about they made it look like it was my fault which I dont under if you enter vehicle year make and model and its a perfect fit why is this my fault. Anyway I drive miles off to return this product the ups charging 29.99 to deliver on the cheapest delivery mine you my mat is 41 dollars. I went to usps they charging me 43 dollars way over what I'm trying to get back. I feel like I'm stuck with a purchase that not my fault. Before all this i am the seller do they have the right one they dont have my vehicle size mats. So please be aware of this company Eeuroparts when buying.
I have done business with eEuroparts for about 1 1/2 years now and have spent hundreds of dollars with them fixing up my Saab. A few weeks ago I purchased some emblems for my car. My order was split and I received the emblems for the wheels without problems. The front and rear emblems however did not show up at my house even though the Postal Service shows the package as delivered. I have no idea where it was delivered, but I sure did not get it. When I called their customer service department, some very rude guy told me to check with my neighbors - that was it! I then contacted them via email and got the same response. So they chose the carrier - they did not insure the package - and now they expect their customer to walk through the neighborhood checking with random strangers if they got my mail? That is simply an insane request! I was furious and let them know it. They came back advising me that they could not do anything until I trace the package with the Postal Service. I did that, thinking that eEuroparts would then do the right thing. USPS only advised that the package shows delivered and eEuropart now says they cannot do anything. Any reputable company would either issue a refund or re-send the lost items, not this outfit. I will certainly take them off my list of vendors to use and would not recommend them to anybody! Spend your money with a company that values their customers and provides true service rather than just taking your money and walking away as soon as a problem arises! EEuroparts? Never again!
Order floor mats for my BMW X3 they came in for a BMW 3 series. They will accept return but I am stuck with the shipping charges to send them back. Would not buy from eEuroparts. As I talk to the resolution team. Luke was very rude and smug.
I recently purchased 2 Rotors and 2 sets of very expensive brake pads for my 2015 Mercedes S550, all parts arrived last Wednesday. I went to have them installed on Friday 6/15/20. Here I was advised that I was sent 2 incorrect Rotors and the wrong Brake Pads. I reached out to eEuroparts on Friday afternoon. Today is Tuesday 6/9/20 and I have contacted this company 2x each day where I provided them with the required information to execute a return. I have yet to receive a call back from eEuroparts regarding this issue. On Friday 6/12/20 I will contact Paypal and launch an official complaint, I will further never buy another part from this company.
I ordered a part off their website. After almost three weeks I got an email from their customer service asking me to rate them. I let them know that I never received my order. They told me that the package was probably stolen off my porch. No solution, no investigating, and no apology. I wrote back and let them know that I have lived here for several years and have had hundreds of packages delivered with no problem. They responded that I needed to talk to the mailman about it. Terrible company that is only concerned about getting their money and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied.
Eeuroparts is run by a bunch of liars and thieves. They do not stand behind their products and drag their feet when you request a refund... no wonder they are having financial problems. Scumbags.
Placed an order for 2 parts.
Next day a part I ordered from another merchant was cancelled.
Went back to EEuro, enquired with their Amend Order option, asking if I could add a 3rd part to my order before it was shipped.
They answered no.
So I ordered at a 3rd merchant.
Was surprised when I got 2 of this same part.
Turns out EEuro had sent me the part.
EEuro had charged me without asking and without telling me.
Returned it to EEuro for a refund.
EEuro refunded part price, but said I had to bear cost of return postage.
First of all they have expensive and long shipping rates. My first order had happy ending, but the second one nullified any desire to deal with them again, mainly` i ordered 8 quarts of MB 5w40 Engine oil and received 8 quarts of ''Rowe'' transmission fluid!; from which 2 bottles had bad cap and some of the fluid spilled all over the box... guess i have to change a transmission oil ;)
I have been waiting for my package more than a month and I found out ups never even had it, so this people didn't even bother to send it to me. I am waiting for a refund now, let's see how long it bvb takes but I'll give them a bad review a day until I get my money back
Customer (NO) Service should be the name of this company. They advertise one thing, but when contacted, you are REQUIRED to jump through their hoops to conduct business with them. If you don't agree with their computer; get lost.

I ordered some parts from them. All parts were listed as in stock or available. They sent me half of my order and the other half they said was back-ordered. I was tricked into buying something they didn't even have in stock.
3 weeks later I receive another package from them, thinking its the other part that was back-ordered. Well, it wasn't. They sent me a box filled with the wrong parts.
I called their incompetent customer service department who said they don't have my part in stock so they will back order it (Again). When i expressed my frustration, they gladly wanted to refund me. Hey! I ordered because I need that part! Do you not understand?!
Now I am waiting again for them to back order the same part again and begged them to try and not make the same mistake again.

This site is amazing they have everything you need for Saabs! I have owned two saabs and ordered parts for both without ever getting the wrong part. Shipping is kind of pricey but the part always arrives on time i usually two day or overnight my items and they are always on time. They also pay return shipping as long as the part hasn't been installed, which worked out great when i ended up not needing the part.
I have to say that eEuroparts just blew me out of the water... JUST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... any time you have such personal attention that the CEO gets involved, that is just outstanding... and nothing less.
CEO Matt Moran, personally communicated with me to resolve a misscommunication, and followed it completely until it was resolved... which took only hours.
MY THANKS TO eEuroparts, their staff and especially Mr. Matt Moran...

Even though I have a SAAB dealer near by, I find that I get my parts a lot quicker from eEuroparts and a lot cheaper.
To those of you that you are trying to find fault with eEuroparts, first, I would strongly suggest that you provide accurate information, call and verify information, their staff is always willing to help and guide you.
Search the web and you will find that they have very reasonable pricing and good inventory
I have placed numerous orders with eEuroparts and have received exactly what I have requested.
