... needed to speak to a customer service representative for assistance with my order - surprise, there is no longer one. Wanted my order to be sent overnight - another surprise, they have no option for over night shipping. The voice response tool (aka VRU) that this company elected to use has been defined poorly, and lacks customer needs. Is this company really a business?

2007 Saab 9-5 window regulator

Driver side window glass won't stay up. I suspected the problem was just the plastic rollers in the channel on the glass, but I also ordered the window regulator just in case. Didn't want to take the door apart and end up waiting on parts. The parts arrived faster than I expected. Once apart, it was as expected; the regulator worked fine and I just needed to pull the window out and replace the rollers. The rollers are cheap, so order extra. I damaged two and was glad that I ordered four. The new window regulator is on the shelf in my garage with my collection of "just-in-case" Saab parts. EEuroparts has been my go-to for Saab parts, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The only difficulty has been finding a mechanic that will install customer-supplied parts for those times that I don't have the time or inclination to do it myself.

Saab 9-5 Aero CV axles
May 13, 2025

Fair to good, Vibration in front of car after other aftermarket CV axle replacements; replaced them and vibration persists when I accelerate at higher speeds. This did not occur before my original CV axles were replaced. They also replaced the crankshaft seal and mechanic says it looks fine. I may need to continue investigating to eliminate vibration. I recommend that if CV rubber boots open up and the car is running well, just clean things up and replace the boot only. And always keep old parts, which I failed to do. Don't listen to mechanics sometimes as aftermarket parts may not work out for you.

Hard to find vintage Jaguar parts

Part was correct, far lower than other companies pricing. Shipping took about 5 days but i ordered on a friday so thats not too bad. They will be my first go to when i will inevitably need parts for this beloved, but finicky Jaguar.

Rusted part

I ordered a flywheel and clutch kit for my Mini Cooper. Parts showed up in a timely fashion. The flywheel and clutch kit where in separate boxes but shipped in the the same box. Flywheel was in good shape but clutch kit box was damaged. This had to have been packed this way as the shipping box was in perfect condition as well as the Flywheel box. Opened the clutch kit and the clutch kit and parts where rusted because the compromised plastic in the box. I contacted customer service and they gave me 2 options. Buy the part again and get reimbursed or send the original part back and after inspection have a new part sent. Although I don't generally have an issue with either of these options I'm disappointed in this company because I asked in a subsequent email if they could send the part priority mail as I intended to install the part on a certain day and needed it asap. They didn't respond to my question and just asked me what option I wanted. This tells me they didn't actually read the email. I will not order from this company again because someone in there warehouse chose to pack a damaged box and possible damaged part and send it to me. This in and of itself dosent bother me but I would have expected the company to send me another part asap once I sent them pictures of the rusted parts. That coupled with lack of responding to my questions is why I will not be purchasing from this company again

Got What I needed

Ordered shocks and struts assembly kit for my Jetta. They were the right part for my vehicle thank god. It was my first time purchasing something like this online. Box was beat but the parts inside were fine. Delivery was quick.

THE BEST PARTS STORE FOR EURO CARS

I stumbled across this website years ago when Saab was still a car manufacturer and not just another one of GM's crushing accomplishments. They have a vast selection of products ranging in prices depending on the quality and your budget for your projects even the dirt cheap parts are better quality from Eeuro than what I can way over pay for locally sourced parts from the box parts stores. So I would strongly recommend this website for all your European vehicles needs. The ups truck is here dropping parts often before I'm even ready for them hats off to that fulfillment centers. Don't waste your money on the box stores overinflated junk parts. Eeuro will save you money, time, and a ton of frustrations often encountered when repairing European cars. At least in my experiences And I've never once had to return a single item because of poor quality, fitment or failure! Highly recommended from a lifelong backyard wrencher

Poor customer service

I've been buying from eeuroparts for my business for years. You stopped honoring tax exemption and push me off to shop stock. I have previously used shop stock. They do have some items but they have very limited inventory. The arbitrary nature of your rules has cost you a customer. Meanwhile, thankfully business as usual at FCP Euro, RMEuropean, and all of my local suppliers. Good luck guys.
