I booked with Edreams, they clearly said that the ticket was fully refundable if canceled within 24 hrs. They then came up with excuses of no refundable fees. They even charged me for luggage, when the airline includes luggage in ticket price, which is lower than one charged by Edreams. Customer service, even if you call a number in Florida, is outsourced to India, with representatives quarreling about you legit requests. Worst experience ever! I never had these issues by cancelling a reservation within 24hrs of booking. I spent 1hr 15mins on the phone for nothing.
It was easy to navigate the flight reservations and was very thorough in explaining things.

Comfortable and great stewardesses great leg room booking my next flight
I called to cancel a free trial and was told their 'system was broken' and to call back in two days. This seemed like a deliberate tactic to make me forget, leading to being charged the annual fee. When I called back two days later, they made the process nearly impossible. I explained I had only 10 minutes to sort it out, but the representative insisted it couldn't be done in that time and suggested I call back later. When I said I'd wait as long as necessary, she still urged me to call back, claiming it would take ages. I held firm, and, surprisingly, the cancellation process was completed in just two minutes. This made it clear she was intentionally lying, likely counting on customers forgetting to follow up and getting charged instead. Criminal behaviour.

It's quite a new experience for me but,I am very satisfied with edreams so far.
As a prime member making reservations is as easy as it gets. I really recommend it to everyone.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
