I booked two tickets for my friends to spend the New Year's Eve together but I had a bad accident at the 10 December 24 and I tried to change their booking which I had a assurance to change the tickets and they were not allowed to change and I lost all the money
It was easy to book with you, there isn't too much to answer, though I think you can put the choice of seats section I only realized after that's I didn't do that part.

While it is encouraging that the eDreams service finds and offers optimal travel planning options according to convenience and price, the possibility for the customer to participate more interactively in the formulation of the offers is lacking. It would be great if the destination and return packages could be made available for the user to create more suitable options. The possibility to schedule a longer stopover at a connecting airport is also lacking.
It was also frustrating to have a rather large number of steps to get to the final payment, which was also a very significant increase compared to the price shown at the beginning.
Even after receiving an e-mail confirmation of booking and payment of the price, it is still unclear whether and how additional check-in for the scheduled flight will be required.

I had two queries with Edream.
The first was a cancelled flight; no money back after 4 months of cooperating with the airline. I was paid by the airline.
Second: charging subscription, to which I do not subscribe; no communication referred from them email, phone, etc. Finally, I reported them to my bank as a scam that they really are.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. SCAMERS
I want to cancel my Prime account but I have no way to contact you except by phone and calls cost a lot of money.

Satisfied with the service and speed of the process getting my reservation

Helpful, though offering some extra charges if you want a priority, refund etc services
Friendly user experience easy to follow plus the prime discount was a good advantage
I booked with Edreams, they clearly said that the ticket was fully refundable if canceled within 24 hrs. They then came up with excuses of no refundable fees. They even charged me for luggage, when the airline includes luggage in ticket price, which is lower than one charged by Edreams. Customer service, even if you call a number in Florida, is outsourced to India, with representatives quarreling about you legit requests. Worst experience ever! I never had these issues by cancelling a reservation within 24hrs of booking. I spent 1hr 15mins on the phone for nothing.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
