Had to change the flight date and took me more than 5 phone calls and lots of waiting time on each call... a bit desperating. Should be more agile and easy.

I booked an expensive single ticket for my brother flying from Heathrow to Belfast yesterday-approx £450 with additional insurance cover etc. we have recently lost our father who passed away and my brother was unable to fly yesterday. I tried to amend the booking until today but was told I couldn't do that and would have to call in person at Belfast terminal with BA. I did this but was given a customer service number which was useless. I made an email complaint but only received the response this evening. In.the meantime I had to book my brother an alternative flight which flew from Heathrow today at 11.40 costing an additional £170 for a single ticket. This made for a very poor experience. We won't use BA again.

I was charged €69 for an automatic renewal of eDreams Prime without receiving any reminder or prior notice. I cancelled the subscription immediately (within minutes) but was denied a refund. This practice is misleading and customer-unfriendly. I will not use eDreams again and will discourage friends and family from doing so. Transparency and fair treatment should be a priority — sadly, this experience proved the opposite.

I noticed a charge of $10 for an eDreams Prime subscription which I did not knowingly subscribe to. I believe this was added without clear consent during my flight booking.

When I tried to book 2 ecconomy seats on a flight from DPS to Komodo, I was told none available at the time and date required.
When I went to the airline site, I found only business class seats available. However when my husband tried on his computer, ecconomy seats were definitely available, but stil not showing up on my desktop. At this stage, I had already booked a business class seat. I was trying to book him one too, but the computer kept recognising only me. So I asked him to book his own. This was how we found out the ecconomy seat were definitely available.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
