Time between 2 flight was only 1hour the first flight make a delay of 15 mins and we were left on the tarmac now in the airport has to go along 2 check point my initial terminal was 2 and 2 days before you changed it for terminal 3 so l miss the other flight from Cairo to Tunisia has to pay a hotel in Cairo for 1night then bought 2 tickets for 500 USD due to your incompetence hope that your good office will make the refund as l am your customer hoping to hear from you thanks

When I purchased an itinerary through eDreams, I didn't mind the fact that my itinerary couldn't be altered or refunded. But, when the airport passenger traffic denied me boarding, for some Corona Virus issue, I had to request a refund or a different route to travel. EDreams then play the none-reroutable card. Why? Because that is how eDreams make their money. The airline tells me: Go to the travel agency for your refund, and eDreams tell me: It's not our problem, it's the carriers. Who should I believe? They are partners in the stealing and robbing business, That is for sure
After i paid for flight tickets you have taken from me a sum 54 eurod without advising me!

It is not fair
Booking a flight with E-dreams might be cheaper than booking directly with the airline but if there is any problem with the flight (cancellation or changes made by the airline) you will not be able to get any refund from E-dreams. They do not accept any responsibility for your booking and their company policy leaves their customers in the cold. It's pointless to speak to customer service since they claim they can't really do anything about it... that they are waiting to hear from airlines is just a "standard lie" that they tell you. I waited 6 months and still not resolved! Surely it does not take 6 months for a refund from an airline!
Canceled flight mid April 2022 its now October 2022 and edreams has made little to no effort to get my refund. All Chats are electronic with same messages that's programed for auto reply. When sent to actual person was informed via computer they could not help.

1. What is the difference between eDream and edreams Preim?
2. I ordered and paid for 4 tickets
From Tel Aviv to Vienna on 6. 06. 23 and back on 20. 06. 23.
3. On 14. 10. 23 they charged me $55.99 for membership in eDdreams Preime.
And now questions:
A. What does it give to be a member of?
B. Is this a discount, so do I deserve a discount for the tickets I ordered?
I want to know if I received a discount as an edreams Preim member for my tickets to Vienna?
If you are ever thinking of using this company to book a trip, please don't. I booked a trip with my 2 sons to Cleveland in May of this year. Dublin to Chicago and then on to Cleveland. They informed me by email a day before travelling that they hadn't booked us on any of the flights to Cleveland or back to Dublin. I had to book new flights at a considerably higher cost. They told me hotel was still booked and paid for but when I arrived in Cleveland, this was not the case. No hotel rooms backed. I have had a partial refund for the flights and nothing for the hotel room. They are a disgrace of a company, buyer beware.

My husband did not ask to become e dream prime member but e dream add him and charged him € 63 euro, please be careful
EDreams was easy to deal with until we arrived at the check-in counter with a ticket that stated 2 baggages per passenger when the airline only had us down for carry-ons.
Yes we ordered a ticket for carry-ons only but the ticket clearly stated otherwise and so we packed one larger suitcase to check in; we were charged about $C175 total (return trip) and eDreams refused to acknowledge the ticket error and simply stating we only paid for carry-ons (yes) and not checked-in luggage (yes)... regardless our tickets clearly stated 2 baggages beside each passenger name (yes).
We chalked it up to experience and it's not such a biggie so we would use them again.

Terrible service left me and my mum stranded in a whole another island. The amount of stress, money and time these guys cost us is terrible. They just don't care about people I would definitely not recommend this service your better off somewhere else.
I booked a 2 way ticket. As I checked the confirmation email i saw that i got just a one way ticket. How is this possible. I paid 240 eur.?
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
