We accidentally cancelled a booking an a few minutes later we wanted to reverse it and there was no option to go back. We were never asked if we were ok with the refunded amount, which was wayyyyyyy lower than the money we paid. They steal when they get the chance and if you try to contact them no human will ever respond, only robots. Please help this world and end the future of companies like this one. Buy your ticket elsewhere, do it for the sake of the world! Please!
Price of a tickets was lowest although combination of two airlines, and one of them was WizzAir. Since WizzAir site was down, they eDreams didn't get confirmation of my tickets (declined was the status) and I had to book again on my own. Nevertheless, I wrote to eDreams and my money was returned for WizzAir tickets.
I cancelled my order and Edreams did not refund me, even I wrote them a few times. There is no one to speak with. No tel number. Juat automatic chat. Dont make any reservation by them! You risk your money
Flexible flights booked, and extra fees paid for the benefit. When applied to reschedule flight dates, advised that 1 sector of flights (the most expensive part) not possible to make ANY revisions.
Website does not maintain flight records, unless you can search to SPECIFIC reference #s. Then notification that flight revisions cannot be made online.
4.5 minutes to work through phone menus to finally talk to a person, who asks the same questions from the phone menus, who initiates flight rescheduling, who passes client on to another service agent, who asks the phone menu questions again. 2nd service agent then contradicts what the 1st service agent says - DO NOT accept what the service agent first tells you - keep asking the same question, and insist that they check again.
False advertising shysters!
Price is my priority whenever I travel.
Of course, service is also important to me.

I liked the premium but when I went back to check hotels, the premuim gave me a great deal more expensive offer for the same hotel I had already booked. That was fishy.

Your icons and explanations are missleading! While booking 4 roundtrip tickets Tel Aviv -London, I have picked up tickets whith a clear statement of "carry-on baggage included"and a picture with a trolly and carry on bag valid for a round trip. However, further to the email confirmation of my booking, I have found out that I have purchased 4 tickets with a trolly from Tel Aviv to London with ElAl and from London to Tel Aviv with Wizz Air, where small bag is considered "carry-on baggage". No warnings or suggestions to upgrade my ticket wasn't recieved during the booking process. Calling to your call center didn't help/ I was told that " it is an airline policy". In reality, in order to return home with my closes, I need to purchase 4 Priority Pathes upgrades for $83.5 each. I makes the trip more expensive by $332 and if I knew it in advance, I woudn't purchase these tickets at all.
I am in Australia, and traveling within Australian cities. As always, displayed quoted price should be in Australian $. After purchasing, I have been charged in US$. It means almost 70% higher price has been debited from my credit card without prior warning/ notice. I am a looser. In other websites, the price was much lower compared to the price I paid for the same flight on the same day. I sent an email complaint, but got no response yet.
Your agents hung up the phone on me 3 times. I cannot figure out how to cancel my trial membership.
Hope it will be awesome journey I really like to travel from edream family I hope it will be my best journey ever

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
