Don't book with eDreams. I booked a flight with Spirit Airlines on 8/5 online thru eDreams. Realized minutes after I had booked wrong flight and tried to reach eDreams but no luck. Called Spirit who sent me email confirm they had cancelled the flight and subsequently confirmed that on 8/16 they issued credit back to eDreams. Ref # Spirit provided me for that credit to eDreams was #*******646 (same as the eDreams reference #). EDreams remains impossible to reach (no phone number that I can find) and over two months after they got their credit for the cancelled flight from Spirit has never credited my credit card for the $617.44
The website was a little busy, and there were potential upcharges left and right… but the basic flight booking was the cheapest, cheaper than the airline website even.

On 30th September, I booked and confirmed air ticket for two person for Dhaka, Bangladesh to Bengaluru, India for 16th October, 2022. PNR of tthe ticket was SJPQRL for which I paid US$ 336.33 using eDreams though the price eDreams took was much more than what my travel agent asked. But, as I proceeded with the buying of the air ticket, I did not stop. The matter was finished on that day. I reached Bengaluru on 16th October, 2022. We returned back to Bangladesh on 24th October and booked the ticket from travel agent with much lesser amount though I bought ticket on 22nd October. On 26th October I got an e-mail from eDreams e-mail that my ticket from Dhaka-Bangalore is confirmed. The booking reference as per their e-mail was *******8627. I disregarded that e-mail as I did not booked any ticket from eDreams and already reached Bangladesh before that day. There was no reason to give importance of such spam e-mail. But, mysteriously I noticed that eDreams took US$ 59.99 from my account on 30th October, 2022. I don't think eDreams is a cheating organization and hoping they will return my money back at my account. I already sent e-mail to them by requesting to return my money back.
Last update: eDreams sent an e-mail today (1st Nov, 2022) by giving assurance that they will refund my money back within 15days. Lets see.
Update: e-dreams returned back my money. But my bank in Bangladesh named 'Brac Bank' took 3months to deposit that money at my account. What a banking!
One year after purchasing a ticket for twice the price they just tried to charge my card for no reason. How can you save my card details and try to debit me when I didn't initiate any flight booking recently? Thank God my card wasn't funded.
The overall process is rather disjointed, im still experiencing ths now linking my hotel to the flights

I've been trying to obtain a refund since May 26th, there is no customer service contact only a chatbot that now does not connect to a human agent, yet it's 5 months and no response. Initially, I was told 3 months, and I waited, then on the 8th Oct I was told 72 hours by a human agent, and I waited. Now it is the 30th Oct and nothing still, chatbot tells me 30 days and cannot connect me to a human agent.
Also interestingly eDreams replies to all good reviews on here but none of the issues. Coincidence or fake review writing for their rating?

Flight cancelled and there is no update from edreams. They claimed they have not received any cancellation notice. And as expected the refund took forever and cant even reach out to a real agent for help as the stupid chatbot kept sending the same autoreply.
Was quite easy to book a flight ticket. Used them before so was an easy choice.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
