A good response to my booking after a cancellation that occurred before
We extra paid 40€ for seat reservation but didn't get our pre-booked seats.
Will tell after flight, bit hard to say just yet. But the booking seemed easy enough.
Quick and easy to use with no problems so far, would recommend!
Average need to make it more clear about check in luggage if is included or not

My time! I Booked the flight on 17th September 2019, and then When I arrived at the airport for checking in but there wasn't my name on the system, No ticket and No nothing. I try to contact to the call canter customers service. The guy name "AAMIR", He said my Booking was cancelled on the 19th Sep 2019, BUTmy flight was on the 17th Sep, and "eDearms" already charged my money from my Debit card, How is that possible? The call canter said they already sent a email about my ticket cancelletion on the 19th Sep 2019. I was asking an email flight cancelletion because it wasnt any email from them whatsoever. I need an email approving but they can't give it to me. He said the company has been not charged yet, but i have checked with the bank it has been charnged already! I have many Questions need to ask but he counld't give me a right answer me after that he hanged up my phone with out an solution or any email to improve the answer. The customers service NOT helpful ( my booking is *******061)
This is a fraud company! My flight was cancelled, they played for time and when the time for chargeback has passed they just stopped responding.
Everything went very smooth and I had no trouble get the time and the reservations
Very good and convenient. I was able to get a flight for great prices.

Confirnation mail goes info spam folder, so booking information is lost. Many questions in booking process. IT is bad experience.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
