I had a round trip for 5 days from Los Angeles to Paris and I had to stop in Montreal (it's a transit ticket). When I booked the ticket nothing was mentioned that I need a canadian Visa to stop at the airport and wait for my next flight, although I was not going to go out the airport in Canada. When I was about to take my boarding pass in LA, they stopped me at the airport asking for an ETA, and the manager said we have to cancel your flight sine the site was not working to get the canadian visa application online, and you'll get a full refund 1320 $, also the ETA application site was down for several days. Until now they didn't send me any refund and I called them multiple times and every time they give excuses and say sorry we will send the refund, and now they close their line, under which I can't call them any more or even send emails.
HORRIBLE experience with eDreams. I input 4 passengers departing August 1st into their site, they booked me for August 13th and then "were not able" to amend their error or refund my money despite hours on the phone with customer service!

My husband bought tickets from NRB to FRA and FRA to ORD. Paid $566.11. Went to the airport, waited for an email confirming the transaction. It never came. He received an email saying "Booking request in process." A booking confirmation never came through, so he had to buy tickets directly from the airline at the airport for the flights that ENIGHTMARE had sold him. Enightmare is impossible to get a direct refund from. They give an infinite roundaround. We had to file a dispute with out credit card company. But in fact, EDREAMS is a fraud, it's not a legitimate company. It gets interest free loans of the consumers money while the consumer spends hours trying to get it back. They do not have an email address, suggest that one use their APP to request a refund. We didn't need the app to get the ticket, there's no reason to need it to get money back. And the app wouldn't download anyway.
You NEVER buy for them, THEY ARE TYPICAL FRAUDULENTS with incapable agents, This is a despicable company(bunch of scammers) and would never recommend to anyone!I have lost my money, I tried to buy tickets with no success and they got my money without any notification even though their site had shown me that purchase did not take place. Afterwards, I found out that I have been charged and they contact them and ask why they never contact me to let me know that I have been charge but there are not tickets, they apologized and ever since they always tell me that I will get money within 3 days. Guess what, I did not receive anything and every agent says the same to me, '' DO NOT WORRY YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND WITHIN 5 DAYS''

The price of airline ticket was listed at $97 on Skyscanner, but my credit card was charged $219 as "eDream Prime special" WTF? These guys are real digital CON ARTISTS, now I am dealing with pile of sh$#% trying to get my money back. I am retired now, so I have a lot of free time to spread word about lack of integrity and honesty in this eDREAMS, com outfit,
It was so smooth and efficient. Also offers were very competitive.
Only problem that i have is that i should not be compelled to take other services like the packages recommened

Very easy to book flights and you can find economical options
I wish I had researched/reviewed about them before booking my tickets. They weren't the cheapest but they were amongst the few websites who carried flights to Galapagos.
Like other reviewers have said, you cannot get them through online chat. I've waited for upto 7 hours straight. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, you can get them online on the phone. Even then, they will transfer your call, put you 'on hold' and ultimately very useless or unhelpful! My trip is in 48 hours and I've been reaching them for the past 5 days. Though the airline website clearly says that all national and international flights are suspended (covering the duration of my travel), they don't want to take any action. The airline does not want to take an action, since I booked through eDreams. EDreams won't take an action, because, the airline hasn't told them specifically to refund my tickets!
How are they rated #1 for anything? May be #1 worst customer service ever!? At this point, I am willing to lose my money.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
