MALINDO AIRLINES is BS! FALSE INFO!
This app is a SCAM. We were sold ticket with false info. It says malindo air. Auckland to KL with 1hr lay over going Singapore. There was NO MALINDO air on the board!, we try to cancel thru hotline, but no one's answering but an dead end call machine.
We needed to go back to Singapore desperately, for an important matter. But there was no one helping us in th NZ Auckland airport, counters were selling ticks as well, they couldn't extend help since it's not they're prob.
We went to batik to check in since its the malaysian airline they say. The woman on the check in said we need Visa even KL lay over is only 1hr. But the ticket shows Auckland-layover KL 1hr- to singapore. They said its lay over to PERTH!Australia! And we needed Visa. What a Scam!
We did not have a choice but book for singapore airlines direct flight.
Book, pay fly, worked out fine when booking ruyal Dutch KLM. All kinds of drinks, juice wine, beer coffee and tea, healthy and good sandwiches, really nice, all together

Edreams' online chat service helped me. I needed to enter my passport information to get my booking confirmed and they did that for me after asking a few questions.

Edreams are scammers. They took my money, Air france cancelled the flight and I never saw my money again. I called both a hundred times... nothing happened.

Airline cancelled the return flight, edreams couldn't rebook and when we tried to cancel the outward flight on their site it didn't cancel so we had to do it ourselves through the airline who gave us a refund number to give to edreams but they are uncontactable...there are no phone numbers and chat option does not get a response. The app update says it takes 3 months to get a refund from the airline which is a lie! We already have the number. They are either the most inefficient company every or total scammers and right now I believe they are scammers and we are about to upgrade our complaint to the consumer affairs department. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

Very bad for the travel and airline industry
I booked a flight in April2020 which was cancelled due to covid and I still waiting for my refund. They send me an in a month for last two months to send my bank details so that they can refund, I sent via email, waited on chat for more than hour and gave my details again and they still sent me a form to fill my bank details which needs IBAN number that my bank does not use. They charged my card but do not want to return to my card and wants details that my bank does not use. I gave them SWIFT number and all other details but nothing. Seriously never use them they are the worst.
I wanted a reasonably priced flight from Santiago to London and that's what I got. I would have preferred to get my boarding pass at the same time but I have to wait until 8 hours before the flight.
I bought several times through this page and it had all worked out. The last booking I made with them I almost paid twice and couldn't do anything about it. When my payment was being processed, a flight of 300 euros went to cost 500 at the time the money was being charged to my card. I contacted Edreams over the phone and none of your operators helped me... they didn´t know what to do. I was told to contact via email, which is supposed to be a different department... That's what I did, and after 3 days I got answered by saying it was probably my fault because it would be an offer for the PROMOTION CARD. I sent them an answer with photos of the prices and offer of the flight to justify the refund and prove that it was not a promotion. They never answered me again. I tried to contact them several more times and would not reply.
It probably works well if you booking goes through without a problem, but don't expect to get your money back or some kind of help if something happens with your booking.
Bad customer service, there are better companies to book with and with better services.

It's easy to make the reservation with best price thank you for sending the details
I bought 2 flight tickets from Da Nang to Hanoi form eDream at amount $141. However, they inserted a $50 return anytime at the last minutes when I hit purchase, and bump up the price to $191, I called them right after I realised that they deducted $191 from my bank account, within 5 minutes when I placed the order. Said only will return me 80% of the ticket fare, which is $80, can't take out the $50 extra, won't let me talk to the manager, later hanged up my call. NEVER AGAIN! EDREAM SCAM!
My partners card was charged 511 euro for flights that were never confirmed he rang Sunday night they said the money would be back in his account Monday NO SUCH THING! He then rang to be told they never took the money after been in contact with his bank who clarified that E DREAMS had taken the money! We are taking legal action against this scamming company absolutely shocking they could rob you for a purchase you never made

They collected my prime payment early without giving me any warning of renewal and wouldnt cancel it - after the worst experience on the phone, they then tried to sell me another year... NOT happy.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
