I find eDreams very useful and give very good service to customers
NEVER BUY TICKETS OR ANYTHING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. They never answer on the "24/7" phone,
If you write emails all you get is some automatic answers and they send you the "manage your booking" page where in fact you can not manage anything. You find yourself stuck, no one to talk to, your flights canceled and although you made a full reimbursement, you can not even get your money back. My booking to Milos Greece ***********
It was easy to book the flight, especially with the new insurance in case you can't fly for some reason, i think that's it's a perfect way to attract the costumer.
As the reservation is in progress the price keeps on changing and even at the last minute when I confirm I get an announcement that the price is higher and a question if I wish to proceed
This happens only with eDreams and not with any of the other agencies for booking flights. By the time I'm finished with making the reservation if the price suddenly rises in 10$, after all the time I put in making the reservation I press that I agree and not search in a different agency.

I can't set password on my eDreamsPrime account.
I clicked on the password setup link from email and went step by step: Welcome to Prime, How it works, Password setup and when I enter the password and the green confirmation lights up and I press Add account password nothing happens and the password is not created. I tried repeatedly but it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, I would like to cancel the Prime 30-day free trial account.

I just booked a flight today through eDreams and hr later I called them to cancel it and want refund. On their website, you can cancel with a full refund within 24hrs of booking. I called them 3x, saying that, they can't cancel my flight and advice me that I have to cancel directly through the airline where I'm going to fly with. I bought the ticket through your website and why do I have to call the airline and have them do your job? It's bullcrap! I highly NOT recommend this eDream.net.

I am very disappointed with the dishonesty of Edreams. Last year - by mistake - I clicked and signed up for Prime for a one-off trip abroad to Italy to visit friends. I tried to undo my mistake and still get the flights I had wanted to book, but found it almost impossible to get the same flight even paying the full price. So, having urgency to settle my arrangements, I continued with Prime. On my return home, to be honest with Edream, I paid the £59.99 years subscription and then, so as not to have to pay automatically the following year, cancelled the Prime subscription online. I was sent an email accepting my withdrawal from their membership with a reminder that I would consequently lose any accrued discounts or vouchers. That was the last I heard from them. Now, a year on, I discovered yesterday that they have taken £59.99 automatically out of my bank account. I spent all yesterday afternoon contacting the bank and complaining to Edreams, who offered me a £40 refund and some vouchers! I remonstrated with this suggestion, but they refused a full refund, saying I should not have cancelled the subscription online! Needless to say I refused their offer.

Please imagine that the defect was from the company, and I contacted them more than once and the trip was not corrected, and when the trip was canceled from 20/2/2023 to 02/10/2023, I was still waiting refund my money disappointed.
This is ridiculous - everything else was okay.
Work on not cornering guests to just go with the new price.

They are appalling to deal with.
We are still awaiting a refund after 11 moths for cancelled flights.
They have been a nightmare to deal with.
I booked a flight from Pangkalanbuun to Surabaya months ago for June. A few days ago, the airline sent me an email saying the flight had been canceled and rescheduled for the next day, and then they disappeared.
I write to eDreams via chat, and they tell me they're not responsible and that I need to talk to the airline. I tried to get in touch with the airline multiple time but nobody replies.
I wrote a bad review on the Play Store to eDreams, and they told me to contact them through the chat. So I write to them again, but nothing, no response.
So I wrote a bad review on TrustPilot and the reply to me that they are reviewing my case and soon it will be processed. BUT IT WAS A LIE! BECAUSE THEY ANSWERED ME FEW MINUTES EARLIER TELLING ME THAT THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY SUPPORT AS THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE.
I MEAN, THEY WROTE FAKE ANSWER TO REVIEWS TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD.

Better use service from anyone else, you will pay for no service, refund is not paid full. Cheaper flight with them means you paid and not travel. Not recommended!

When I got the confirmation for the reservation, I saw the return flight was wrong.
It said Athenes-Chania and at the same time Brussels-Athenes
How is it possible that I can take a flight in Athenes and at the same moment take a flight in Brussels to Athenes?
I have printscreen that I didn't do anything wrong but still they will not refund me?
I paid extra in case I wanted to change the dates so this is pure theft!

I used eDreams a couple of times. Each time I was able to secure the most suitable flight that I needed at a good cost.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
