Very convenient, best prices, valued for money. When I booked this ticket it was very straightforward service and things were very simple to understand and the website is very user friendly.
Flight booking: a return leg that had 2 changes. Got as far as putting in my credit card details in only to get a blue box pop up to say the airline has put the price up from what we had been offered (over £600!). Would I like to proceed at the new price? No option but to say yes. All the boxes were pre populated and I could see the flight time on the return left Sumatra at the same time as before & assumed everything else was the same, including the lay over in Dubai, which originally was just 4 hours. Booked the holiday at the new price. It was not until the confirmation email came through that we saw the flight out of Dubai, the final leg of the return flight, had been changed from a 4 hour lay over to a 16 hour lay over. Took 3 phones calls to customer service with them saying it's not a computer fault and change it at a further cost of nearly £700 as clearly it couldn't be a computer problem. While the lesson learnt is triple check everything you should not have to check pre populate boxes and if it does & makes changes then it should be flagged up. It wasn't and has cost us dearly with no remorse from edreams.
The app also is not working at finding our booking so everything has to be done through the website which is also not great.
All in all a shocking service and we won't be using Edreams again. In hindsight Opodo seemed a more user friendly site with the same prices.
Third ticket I bought for this trip segment - though I bought flexible tickets, neither HKE nor HKA gave their authorization to change the schedule after they cancelled the flight. Let's pray that this ticket will make it unto the boarding gate!

I was in a hurry and I booked my ticket last minute. I didn't get the ticket on time and I had to book another flight. If you use their platform, don't expect any assistance whatsoever.
AVOID AT ALL COST. Customer service ignored us and we ended on the streets with a child. We had to pay again for a service that we paid to them! Watch out! They are miserable rats!
I called the help desk to confirm the flight because I didn't receive confirmation email for my daughter and the person who answered the call said everything is online you can check it and hung up
I have a lot of touble booking up like computer not recognising my credit card?but after so many attempts it exeepted in the end after so many times refilling the information

The airline canceled the flights.
EDreams unable to get refund from the airline, despite eDreams claim to fight for refunds
They now are asking me to fight for a refund. This is as simple as it gets...yet eDeams have given up.
It seems the airlines that they deal with consider eDreams a loke

First time user, many flights to choose from and my flight booking went very well. Information was very clear and easy to understand. Will book again with eDreams for my next trip.

I am yet to experience the travelling experience, otherwise finding the ticket with e dreams was easy
I found my ideal flight schedule, the booking easy and the price is right.
Edreams left my son and his travelling companion stranded on the other side of the world! Having been told on numerous occasions that edreams would confirm their flight home, when they arrived to check in- they were told the seats had not been confirmed and they couldn't fly home. Edreams said they were sorry but they had been 'unable to contact the airline' but that it was 'no problem' because they would organise a refund once they returned home. We had to fly the kids home at our own expense- $4000 each! Three weeks later, edreams have been unable to contact the airline for a refund! What is most infuriating is that there is no direct way of speaking to edreams management because the reference number is now invalid for phone calls in Australia and ALL of their emails are from no reply addresses! They have been advised in writing of a new email address with which to correspond but they have ignored it and continue to use the original booking one. As a parent, representing my child- I can not urge readers strongly enough to avoid this company! A 1 star rating is too generous!

Absolutely horribly. My husband booked through edreams and his return flight was canceled three times. When he called to see what was going on to try to confirm another return flight he was put on hold for hours and hung up on three times. When he finally got ahold of someone they said his flight wasn't cancel and sent his flight information via email but even the email they sent while he was on the phone with them said that THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED! They obviously didn't read the email they had sent him! When the return flight was finally fixed after much finagling my husband went to the airport to check in for his flight three hours before scheduled take off to find they never actually made the connecting flight to his destination! He had to wait 19 hrs in Amsterdam because of their incompetence! I just hope my husband can get home! We will NEVER EVER book through edreams ever again. Absolutely appalled with their services and customer service. Shameless!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
