This company is the biggest scam. You won't be able to talk to a live agent and the computer agents are less than helpful. Book through a reputable company! If I could give zero stars I would.
We found the site easy to use all layed out from the cheapest to the more best deals.

Then last year I cancelled the subscription but last week I booked a ticket to Mykonos and resubscribed with free trial
It was to my shock that u withdraw the subscription fees although as courtesy for me paying the membership for several years but never using them u could have simply allowed me the free trial
I was charged a lot more than what was displayed to me in the tickets payment page which CLEARLY STATES it's the FINAL PRICE ( ticket + services) as stated on the website. They use shady tactics to get away with this with the dynamic prices and tries to blame the airlines when they actually increase theyr service fees AFTER you give the consent for the stated amount.
First time using really, satisfied with the service very easy to book and we get the best results.
EDreams does not actually guarantee your ticket. They cancelled my booking with zero notice. I made a booking about a week out, they sent me confirmation emails and everything. One day before my flight I noticed that it said "Processing" on the app. Went to customer service to check what that meant- they said that actually the payment had been returned and my booking was cancelled. No notice, no nothing, no email, and in fact they gave me a boarding pass. If I hadn't randomly decided to check in I would have shown up at the airport to no flight. I don't understand how it can be the way their system works that they don't notify you if your booking doesn't process and just send you a (fake?) boarding pass anyway. I also received very poor customer service from the agents who offered no help, not even a coupon, and no sympathy- I was just told to book another flight (one day out!) without any offer of help or even acknowledgement that their system had put me in a bad situation.
Zero stars, terrible experience. I would not recommend using this service, as they do not guarantee your ticket. I now have to go spend hundreds more dollars on another flight on extremely short notice. Absolutely hellish, awful service.

Bought 2 tickets from them from NY to Paris. They added some "mediation" fee for 47 euros! I called them and spoke to 3 different agents and supervisor. Nobody could explain what these fees are. Every person gave their own interpretation of what it is - from "Administration fee" to some mysterious "Sipping fee" (shipping of what? E-tickets?). So, to be short, I never get a refund for this hidden thing!
Even more - they system shows the price for the tickets, but if you click on "Price Breakdown" they were showing the numbers that do not sum up together and show different price comparing the original screen. In my case they were showing 490 euro in the total, but 512 euros in the price breakdown. I sent them a screenshot and immediately call them. While I was talking to the agent they fixed the bug on website and were telling me that their system works correctly ignoring the screenshots that I sent them! So, they eventually charged me that 512 + 47 euros!
Also after the purchase I found that I could buy tickets much cheaper then they sold. After contacting them again and complaining I received this email from them: "... the best price is available when you are paying with Viabuy prepaid MasterCard. However, you have paid the amount for this reservation with visa debit card." Really?

Please please do not use crooks acting on behalf of eDreams, they are charlatans. In terms of due diligence and before anyone criticising me, I have used their service before in 2010, 2014 and 2016, without any problems or concerns. Therefore, I had their number in my phone and I communicated with them and thought I had negotiated a good price to go to the Gambia. Soon after money was exchanged and I was promised receipt and the tickets will follow soon after. To my surprise, no receipt and no ticket followed after 72 hours.
Naturally I became concerned, they were prompt to answer the phone initially, stating "don't worry, the tickets and receipt will follow". I phoned up every day for about four days and on the fourth day it appears they blocked my number. Therefore i used another number belonging to my wife, they answered the phone. My wife spoke to them in an amicable way – then they became unprofessional raising their voice, stating "why don't you believe us". Soon after they also blocked my wife. I recommend that nobody uses this service and stamp them out. They are charlatans and scammers. Once again, do not use or attempt to use their service.

The amount of extras we are pushed to buy in order to have a decent amount of "normal rights" is an absurd. From a 140€ flight ticket per person, ended up spending 700€.

This is the first time I ever (in my very long experience with internet services) publish a negative review but my experience with eDreams really ground my gears.
I decided to book through eDreams because it was a bit cheaper than booking directly through the airline. I completed the process, and got an email saying that the request had been sent, and that I would receive confirmation briefly.
I wake up the next morning with an email saying that the price had gone up by almost 40 euros, that if I would like to still confirm. I had to call three times to get a hold of someone. When I did, it turns out the price increase was not including hand luggage (which I did have included in the previous purchase), I had to ask to get this information, if I had confirmed without asking I would have had to pay an extra 50 euros at the airport. With hand luggage, the new price was a 70 euro increase, or a total of 50% more expensive over the initial claimed price.
Everything about the process was completely unacceptable. Go straight through the airline if you want to save time, worries and potential mistakes.
Have used this sight to book a car rental which turned out to be the right agency. Now we have booked our flight from Paris to Las Vegas for a very reasonable price.

It is convenient and easy to book your flights with edreams. My son lives far from me, so i have to fly frequently. Best way with edreams
Bought a ticket from E-Dreams in November last year. I wasn't contacted by them to let me knowm my ticket was canceled by the airline. I had to purchase a ticket four times more expensive to carry on with travel plans. E-Dreams never refunded me my ticket and I could never get hold of them other than two times where they gave an excise that their system wasn't working. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are groups on Facebook of people that have been scammed by them. Stay away from this "company". They awill take your money.
Edreams has just provided the worst service I have ever received. They have same day cancelation but if one purchases at 10:57pm (like I did) even though it was after midnight in my country, they don't allow you a decent cooling off period/cancelation. To add to it, the confirmation which I have (time stamp on my email) is after midnight. I have spent hours on their call centre line and then they ended up putting the phone down on me. Super disgusting! My ticket was purchased after midnight in my country, the confirmation from them is after midnight, their cancelation policy is pathetic (and should be like other agencies and airlines, of 24hrs) and their service was horrendous. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Not all airlines allow you 24 hours to change your mind. As per common agency practice, to qualify for a free cancellation for selected regular airline bookings made through our site, the cancellation must be made within the same natural day. Unfortunately it seems you contacted us the following morning.

We booked two tickets with dreams. The first, they changed the date of our flight to 3 days later and when we sent them a screenshot to prove the original date, flat out denied the validity of the evidence. Then when we tried to change a ticket — FOR WHICH WE HAD PAID MORE MONEY SO THATG IT WAS FLEXIBLE — they referred us to yet another third party booking system they had claimed to go through. That company denied dealing with edreams. Do not purchase through edeeams — it is a complete and total scam. Awful.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
