If things go well it might be ok but as soon as you have to change your booking (due to strike), you will
1) NOT get someone on the phone - numbers provided (UK, Germany) are not responding
2) have to Open a facebook account to access a messenger system (30 min with a robot and than a customer service employee with no authority (waste of live time!)
3) GET asked to call again an US Number (high costs from EUROPE!)
My advise, stay away!
Easy booking process - having booked flights, I received confirmation from both eDreams and the carrier quickly and efficiently. Would use this company again!

Not happy that you make people automatically Premium member( free for a month and then need to pay if not cancelled) without their consent. To find the cancellation is very difficult.

All good with ticket purchase but eDreams is trying to charge me for Prime which I dont want. Am trying to cancel it and online customer service isn't helpful so far.
Booked a last minute flight from Italy to UK when our train was cancelled the night before. Booking and journey went very smoothly and we arrived home happy and on time.
There was a slow response in the issuance of ticket thus makes me wonder if indeed I was booked or not. Please issue ticket as soonest So o will have peace of mind with my flight.thank you

I booked a roundtrip non-,refundable ticket. I wanted to leave Manila for Puerto Princesa in the morning so that I will have a full day to enjoy Palawan since I will only be staying for 3 and 2 nights. I chose an afternoon flight from Puerto Princesa to Manila so that I can at least enjoy the pool in the morning of my 3rd day. Sadly though, a few hours after I paid for my tickets, I got an email from edreams saying that my flights were changed. I will now be leaving Manila late afternoon and will be arriving at Puerto Princesa in the evening of my 1st day. My returning flight to Manila is now in the morning which means I won't have the time to do anything on my 3rd day except eat breakfast and pack. So this means, I will only have 1 full day to spend vacationing. Such a waste of money for my hotel and flights.

Stay away from this company... they have kept my refund "under process" after 3 years... whenever I contact them they say the same thing over and over agaian...its under process...
Bought ticket from edreams and Turkish Airlines cancelled flight. I cant reach their support. Only idiotic ai chat responds. Looks like lost money. Never ever will buy from them ticket.
I quickly and easily booked my flight at a very competitive price
I Booked a trip to milan and a hotel. The flight to milan was never prossesed and their only response was to just buy another ticket which i did for twice the amount for the original ticket!
The hotel they Booked didnt have my reservation and because of that í was without a hotel at 2am in the Middle of the night.
This resulted in my trip costing twice the original amount and edreams refuse to refund me for the hotel saying the hotel does not do refunds but it is eDreams that should do the refunding!
Ive talked to them numerous times and they all tell you to just leave a complaint.
I will never use this company again and will suggest no one will on online traveling forums. It is a scam company do not use

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
