The booking experience was OK, not bad, not great. The confirmation email would be better if it collected all needed information at one place. Now you need to scroll down to see when, where and who.
I purchased a flight which amounted to $1,101.94 I recognized it was the wrong dates 1 hour after the purchase. Immediately called to cancel. I called on the 20th of August, after 14 days I realized I had not been refunded. I called back on the 14th of September. No one had actually cancelled my flight, and I was told it would receive my refund between 5 and 10 days.
I re-cancelled my flight on the 14th of September when I realized no one had submitted the correct paperwork. I've called 5 times now, and they can not provide the ARN# to show the transaction being sent back to my account. This has been the worst experience through a booking site, and recommend everyone shy away from using eDreams in the future.
I booked a flight in jun2022, my connections flight was cancelled by the airline in april i contacted EDreams the day after I noticed it and they were first lying saying that my flight was confirmed
So I asked for a refund, they said. They can reimburse me only if the flight was canceled Not for the rest of my 2 tikets (2800). To process refund take 3 months. The refund is still under airline approval, which is also a lie, be. Cause the airline confirmed that EDreams doesn't need their approval to send my money back. Still waiting to hear from them.
Don't buy tickets through them, let everyone know about the company. There policy take money for any problem happening in your booking.
I wouldn't even give them a star
I booked a ticked on edreams, i've mistaken the return dates, they charge me for the change but they didin; t change my return date. Long waiting on the phone. All the agent from the call center, they lied that they didin; t charge my debit card. On the bank statement appers that they charge the account. I don t know what to do! Please stay away from this Nightmare Tiefs Company!

I was quoted less then $120.00 for a round trip from FL to VA. When I gave all my cc info the price rose to over $ 180.00. Due to an airline increase. Don't they call this a bait and switch.

Booking the holiday was fine, however I have now had 4 emails sent 17th June
1. Confirmed booking and payment taken from credit card
2. Conformation of Prime trial
3. Partial booking now not complete from return flight
4. Refund being sent for £ 383.22

5. Nowi only have one way flight, spoke to Edream operative last Tuesday 20th June, our only option now is to cancel outbound flight. And receive refund. Since that conversation and sevetal emIls requesting contact,. I am still waiting for a refund for the outbound flights to Alicante.
They withdrew money TWICE on the same from my PayPal account (€130) without me taking any trips. Last year, they tricked me into signing something, which then resulted in them withdrawing money from my PayPal a
Charged $155 for my flight, but received an invoice from Spirit Airlines for $134. When i complained, i was told I had "agreed" to the higher price. Well i agreed, because i believed E-Dreams lowest price guarantee. Follow up E-mail IGNORED. PLEASE REFUND THE $20 DIFFERENCE, to avoid further action and maintain any reputation you may have.

Their platform is so buggy and their customer support is terrible! I simply needed to change the last name on my ticket and the airline said they would do it but eDreams needs tot contact them. It's been weeks now and they haven't contacted the airline. They keep saying I need to upload the documents through the portal, but their portal doesn't even work! No matter how small I make the file size to upload my documents, it says the file exceeds the upload limit but it doesn't say what the upload limit is. It doesn't even accept a 3 MB file. Last time I tried to use it the selection field wasn't even clickable. Did a child develop this platform? It's absolutely horrendous!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
