Hello it's my first time that I use this application. I made a reservation for two tickets. I hope everything is gonna be ok and all goes well without any problem or pranks.
I read somewhere indicate that eDreams give me 30days free membership and they will still remove another money from my account for annual registration
Why must I register?
What if I decide not to use the service again because i need to use service for a while and enjoying the service before I can think of registration as a member
But now it's look compulsory and I'm asking Why?

Edreams is an awful travel provider. I booked travel on 29th January 2022 for flights due to travel on 14th April 2022, and returning on 18th April 2022. Even though they have taken the money from my account, they have provided me no confirmation email and keep saying my booking was never made, even though the money has been taken by E-dreams. This is fraudulent as they have delivered no service to me. I have tried to contact them via email and on their online chat service, but to no avail. It seems impossible to get through to them by phone. It is disgusting that Edreams are allowed operate to operate these illegal practices. They are obviously trying to get people to buy their Prime service, but I did not want that, I only wanted my booking details sent to me by email, so that I could travel. The way it's looking now, we will have to cancel the whole trip

I pre rent a car through Edreams in Mexico City for 400 dollars total, when we arrive to the rental car America they said that we had to pay 2000 for insurance other wise we cannot take the car, we couldn't accept to pay extra 5 times more what was the rent, we contacted right the way to Edreams to refund and they said that we didn't had enough in our credit cards and it is a lie we do have enough but we refuse to pay that crazy amount extra. So Edreams refuse to refund 400 dollars
I chose eDreams because I found that edreams offers the cheapest ticket prices compared to other agents. But it's very disappointing that when I finished making the reservation, the ticket price was charged in US dollars whereas when looking at the offer, the ticket price was in Malaysian Ringgit. The ticket price became more expensive than I expected when the fee was charged in US Dollars. I feel cheated.
If you want a flexible Ticket...Don't regret and use edreams. Sunday14th May a changed in a flight booking from the 16th to the 27th May was confirmed and paid for. Edreams phoned back for the payment deduction of changes. 16th May Swiss air sending notifications of delays. Edreams was contacted and upon recognizing phone number notified of changes can take up to 48 hrs to appear in inbox. On the 16th nothing in inbox after 45min on the phone with edreams...it boils down changes was not made. Now i have to buy a new ticket and edreams claim they did try to phone me thus they are not at fault. This took them 45min to realise no changes was made and as far as calling I have no miss calls. But strangely edreams did manage to get hold of me for money changes deduction! How how convenient.
Edreams:
We had the worst experience ever traveling with two airlines that we booked in Edreams. It was a self-transfer flight. The first flight charged us $40 euros because we didn't do the check-in online, even when we were three hours before in the airport. Nobody told us about that situation at all. Unbelievable that this kind of situation still happens in this time, with all the technology that we had. Then, the second flight didn't let us to get into our flight, even we are vaccinated and we have all our documents in law. They didn't know the rules to get into Egypt, even when the official website of the Egyptian government says clearly that people with the vaccine can go to Egypt for holiday. We were vaccinated in the United States but they didn't understand that our vaccine is the same as in Europe and they didn't let us to take the flight. We try to contact Edreams to get a type of compensation for all the problems that we passed through but guess what, impossible to reach this company. We sent emails but any agent reply, they have a Robot system super useless. How can we contact this company? Does anyone knows?
My worst experience flying and I've been in more than 60 countries. I hope this situation helps to save you a lot of problems with this company.

Ordering from abroad, all communication from airline was in Italian - quite unfamiliar to me and with limited internet connection/translate I almost missed the flight...

I booked a flight with Ryan Air - I was not made aware of the additional fees - (double the cost of flight). Ryanair cancelled the flight and sent me a refund BUT eDreams refused any refund even though the fee included a baggage charge!

Сюрприз обнаружил за пару часов до отлета, но ведь деньги заплачены, менеджеры свое отработали! На остальное им наплевать.

Just try cancelling a flight or even changing it - impossible to get in contact with anyone even after paying for the "no questions asked" expensive travel insurance policy
Got a ticket but never received a confirmation mail. I went back into eDreams and couldn't find my reservation either so I bought a second ticket in panic. I got a confirmation mail for the 2nd buy and then both tickets appeared on eDreams. Thankfully that was all in the span of the ame day so I could cancel one of them
So disappointed, promised us aces on the plane, confirmed it, took our money, after an hour told us there are no spaces available and we need to wait for a refund! So horrible. Do not use edreams!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
