Just try cancelling a flight or even changing it - impossible to get in contact with anyone even after paying for the "no questions asked" expensive travel insurance policy
Got a ticket but never received a confirmation mail. I went back into eDreams and couldn't find my reservation either so I bought a second ticket in panic. I got a confirmation mail for the 2nd buy and then both tickets appeared on eDreams. Thankfully that was all in the span of the ame day so I could cancel one of them
So disappointed, promised us aces on the plane, confirmed it, took our money, after an hour told us there are no spaces available and we need to wait for a refund! So horrible. Do not use edreams!
They force customers into subscribing for a really unnecessary service. Quite pricey too. They won't respond to calls or complains, so I don't know who legitimates these people.
SELL DODGY FLIGHTS, DONT COMMUNICATE OR CARE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BLAME THE AIRLINE THEY BOOKED YOU ON SAYING IT IS THEIR FAULT A REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED.
TIME THESE THIEVES GET WAT THEY DESERVE, HOPEFULLY JAIL TIME AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN FINES
Everything went so smooth, only thing that could be better if edreams could send printable e-tickets instead I had to search for it. App and support works well.

Everything has gone well so far, I expect this continues in the same way till completed my round trip, only issue is that app didn't update booking status until I made a change with my membership.
Made booking only to find out a week later took more money from my card no invoice after five phone calls now can't talk to anyone at eDreams please don't use this company one big rip off

. edreams showed me a fare of. 75 inr and did an unauthorised transaction of 85.99 euros from my bank account. They are not taking the blame and clearly saying we cannot help you..
So far, booking was easy and found a good connection at an affordable price that included one piece of check in luggage. Just need to wait for check in, ticket issue & seat assignment.

I booked a simple roundtrip flight to/from Montreal and the only confirmation I got was a confusing email which had the WRONG return flight info and no valid confirmation # with the airline. I have downloaded the app and have tried calling... I cannot CHANGE, CANCEL the booking (I just get forwarded in circles in the app). I cannot speak to anyone on the phone provide by the chatbot. This is a useless, no value-add service and I will be complaining to the better business bureau and VISA. The other review I left they asked me to "check my email" for a follow up to my review... There is NO follow up or email. This service is horrendous.
When booking a flight, they will automatically sign you up for their annual membership without notification. I called to cancel and they said they would not refund my money. Agent Francis Paul was very unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
