This company is the biggest scam in the United States for online flight ticket booking. They deducted $70 from my account without my consent after months of purchasing a ticket. Later they canceled my flight ticket without even informing me and I had to purchase a very expensive ticket. They even didn't refund my ticket cancellation. EDREAMS IS the BIGGEST SCAM. Please never ever buy anything from eDreams.
I tried to change my flight from Brazil Edrems did not answer the calls I was left alone without to know what to do and I have to pay to come back to London again. I contact them in london to ask for a refund they left me waiting over 30minutes to get support. AVOID travel with dreams.
I reserved a flight ticket via the e-dreams website from Beirut to Munich with a stop in Bucharest. I wanted to change the final destination to Bucharest instead of the stop in Bucharest. I didn't want to change the dates, i just want to have Bucharest as the final destination. So, actually this not gonna be a change.
I contact the airlines Tarom, they told me that they have no problem with that, it is the same flight to Bucharest, I won't continue to Munich for personnal reasons... eDreams need me to pay 100$ to make this change which is not a real change in the flight.
They want me to pay as I make a modification to my flight which it is not my case.:/

Worst experience ever. After I booked a flight ticket through them, even if the flight company cancelled/changed the flight, they are refusing to refund me. After I called 3 times, they are still verifing it. I have the impression they are wainting for the date to pass in order to say: Bye bye to your money.

Cheaper flights occasionally demand longer stop duration periods. Like waiting in Kuwait airport for 8-13 relentless hours. Which could restrict your movement through Visa regulated ports of entry. Or Staying at a hotel somewhere in super strict Middle East. Transit flights that stay within the premises boundaries and are under two hours between change of flights, planes or terminals - does, at times, make you feel rushed and worried. However, nae stresses; here is your solution: Buy direct flights wherever available, fully refundable, free cancellation and non computerized seat allocation. Problem is, check in and boarding passes. Depending on edreams to reliably send boarding passes (not itinerary, booking references, aircraft size, capacity, FP's or weather conditions) to your email, on-time and at least 24 hours before departure, can cause an alarming sense of anticipation. I would prefer 100% instant digital confirmation boarding passes, over, check in desk airport printed versions from whatever Airport. Especially whilst in transit.
Hotels are boring

Or need tourist attractions advice
Language barriers are annoying

I travelled to Conakry for the first time on business and booked for 4 nights for a hotel with eDreams. I arrived at the residence quite late at night and was told they had no confirmation of this booking. The manager took me personally to his office to show me all the bookings for the week and also made me aware that they had never heard of received any bookings from eDreams. They only took booking from Expedia and booking.com. I had to pay over the odds to convince the taxi driver to drive me around the city past midnight to look for somewhere decent to lodge. The following day I asked my brother to contact eDreams to refund my money asap but to my amazement they kept him over the phone for more than 2hrs without any resolve. I returned after my trip to give it ago to get my refunds and it's been close to 7 days without this issue be finally being resolved. The customer service team are rude and will not pass you on to the floor manager and the outsourcing team in India frankly have shown nothing but a lack of respect. I'm making this a legal matter but i would urge anyone considering using this company to try other reputable organizations that offer similar services even if it costs more money.

I thought I was booking directly with the airline, only to realize after booking that I had booked through eDreams which I had never heard of, only to find after booking that this travel agency has a horrible reputation. Added a day later: After frantic checking, I now believe that I was successful in booking the tickets I wanted. I still object to having been routed to eDreams, but it seems as though they legitimately did what I asked of them--and paid for.
Not always easy to order a runway flight from BRU to MIA when you live in the USA, because most of the time your American credit card is not accepted. But here, it was very easy. And eDreams contacted me to make sure I had received the details of my flight.
This was our second experience. We appreciate the booking facilitated in two hours

Booking reference: *******885. We booked Ryanair flight for all of the family in eDreams. Ryanair canceled the flght because of Covid19 and returned our money to eDreams, but eDreams took our money for itself. In response to all our demands to return the money to us eDreams wrote that we can demand refund on our booking in eDreams only direct from Ryanair.
For several years now I have been using eDrems only to find out which companies fly the flights I need, but I order tickets only directly from the websites of these companies. It is both cheaper and more reliable.
On eDreams I found the best price and the application is very easy to be followed.
Booking was easy, my trip is not till Monday so I will review on my return

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
