The worst experience I have ever had with a flight. The Day before my flight I checked to see the flight time and I didn't find it. I called eDreams to check and they told me the flight was canceled. The didnt send me any message and the eDreams app on the iPhone still show me the flight. I asked them to find me another flight because I need to go to the passover with my family and they said they don't have any. After awhile they agree to check and find me a flight 2 times expensive. I gave the my master card to pay and they asked for 100$ Interest because of the card So I gave the my visa card they suddenly ask for the sane interest. So I hang up the phone after realizing I am dealing with layers. I did my best to find another flight. Don't get near this company or you can find yourself in the airport without a flight.
I thought that since i am only booking a return flight on set dates with one airline that i would be safe booking this with a third party like e dreams (or opodo as they are the same company!) -unfortunately, turkish airlines made an involuntary schedule change on my flight and changed one of the dates to 2 days later making me have to wait in an airport for 48 hours for my connection. They also gave me the option to change or refund the booking but i had to do it with the travel agent. After speaking with edreams/opodo they were unable to change the booking for me and I had to cancel and make another booking instead. I chose to cancel and make another booking with turkish airlines direct. Low and behold it has taken edreams/opodo now 62 days and my refund has still not arrived. The phone lines are always busy, i just managed to get through to a chat customer service agent who said that 'it always takes 90 days for involuntary schedule change refunds' which is just nonsense because turkish airlines told me they have refunded it to edreams months ago. I have attempted to negatively review Opodo on various sites which always get flagged by opodo and removed somehow. All i can say is to avoid these two companies at all cost. I'm still waiting for 1100 dollars and I'm wondering if i will ever see them again.
I do not appreciate being scammed into signing up to your prime service something I definitely did not agree to. It was only by chance i saw an email stating i had been signed up. Furthermore in order to unsubscribe and not be charged I had to spend an hour of my time working through a complex system which, when eventually found took me through 8 PAGES asking if I was sure I wished to insubscribe. I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating I am unsubscribed but have screen shotted a confirmation. Suffice to say I will not be using your service again.

This company is $#*! I booked a flight 5 days ago and still havnt recieved my fligh itinerary they took my money and now can't get hold off them I have no reference number or booking num as they havnt sent it. I have no idea if im booked on my flight or not.
I bought online tickets and was told a later the flight was full. I then rebooked tickets when I read the email of the canceled flight. I received another email that they could accommodate this either. I had to use another service. I called them and was told I would only get 80% back which is fine. They then billed me for $137 and I received an email that they couldn't refund the rest of the money due to a banking error, so I am out $315 for absolutely nothing. Two hours on the phone while being put on hold over and over. The worst experience I have ever had with any online booking service. Stay away
Intentionally delay tickets to increase price. Put ticket in pending fix from system and get double amonut in changing date even get around 400USD *******@1400$.

It took me a week of headaches to get a hold of customer service and they were still not able to simply change my flight time to layer in the day. Avoid at all costs
I booked with eDreams for my flight to Florida. I will NEVER use a travel agency again after using eDreams. They wrote that the carry on bags were INCLUDED in the price when in fact they WEREN'T. I found out after calling the airline when my confirmation code that was given to me by eDreams was wrong. Turns out they put in my email wrong and a lot of my other personal information which caused me to have to rebook with the airline. When I contacted eDreams to be reimbursed for the carry one bags that they said were included in the price, I was hung up on. I've emailed them pictures of my receipts and have tried getting in contact with them through email and I have yet to hear back a month later. I've been following up and crickets… I highly recommend that nobody book with this travel agency.

I bought a ticket through your site on the 14th of last May, and the amount was deducted from my bank card, and I was surprised on the 12th of June that another amount was deducted through you. Why was it approximately $65? Why was this amount deducted? Please return the amount to my account. This is inappropriate.
If I could give eDreams zero stars I could. From the beginning of June when I booked and cancelled a flight, I was hoping that was the end of it but it wasn't. I was trying from the day after my wedding day in Italy June 8th until the day their prime subscription came out to cancel it. I spoke to customer service who said they would cancel it but this did not happen. I have now disputed this with my credit card where the amount of £59.99 is pending and has also been taken from my account. That is almost £120 I am waiting to get back when there was been no service provided and I was trying to cancel this for a whole month so I didn't have to pay for a subscription that I don't use. Give me back my money. STOP STEALING.
I Had booked a specific itinerary. After the process I received an email with my booking details, which seemed to be correct, but afterwards, I received a confirmation email which was utterly changed itinerary. The same issue with the return ticket. That means that I decided to pay for a ticket, which I found a good deal in the first place and then with no reason they gave me something else. For the record... The deal was very ok with a very short connection only for 2 hrs and that was the reason that I found it attractive but instead they sold, what they wanted. I ended up having connection 13hrs. The agent I ve spoken with, for the issue, gave the solution to change with fee or cancel the ticket refunding only 45eur. Out of 495.The conclussion is that they lured me with a good deal, and aferwrds I received something else which was trush. I wasted my money and I paid a new ticket from the airline directly. I also, awaiting to get my money back through a transaction dispute.
This company is the biggest scam in the United States for online flight ticket booking. They deducted $70 from my account without my consent after months of purchasing a ticket. Later they canceled my flight ticket without even informing me and I had to purchase a very expensive ticket. They even didn't refund my ticket cancellation. EDREAMS IS the BIGGEST SCAM. Please never ever buy anything from eDreams.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
