If I could give eDreams zero stars I could. From the beginning of June when I booked and cancelled a flight, I was hoping that was the end of it but it wasn't. I was trying from the day after my wedding day in Italy June 8th until the day their prime subscription came out to cancel it. I spoke to customer service who said they would cancel it but this did not happen. I have now disputed this with my credit card where the amount of £59.99 is pending and has also been taken from my account. That is almost £120 I am waiting to get back when there was been no service provided and I was trying to cancel this for a whole month so I didn't have to pay for a subscription that I don't use. Give me back my money. STOP STEALING.

Don’t subscribe to their Prime subscription it is a scam.

I do not believe for 1 minute that anyone could have a positive experience with livelines. It's a nice idea for a hobby but the supervisors are extremely aggressive and obnoxious. Sometimes they ring you just to take their bad day out on you because I do not believe anyone could be so rude over such a low paying job. Definitely a scam, a client will call in and spend £30 in 30 minutes and you will get paid £3. The worst part is the shift patterns are at awkward times of the day any normal person will be asleep but that is what the supervisors will shout at you about at Christmas time, you don't get paid from start of logging in to end. Sometimes logging in 6hrs and getting paid for 1hr, below minimum wage. The rude supervisors leave a bitter taste in your mouth with their rudeness. They won't pay you want you earn, I did this job for 5 months and taking all the nice callers I made contact with to a much better company. Avoid.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to only work for less than 6 months.

If a customer doesn't want a service, they should be entitled to a refund. It is that simple and clear cut. You are a company that deal with people, like myself that are a single parent household with severely disabled children. If I request a subscription refund because I am not using your website then I should get it.
