This company ignore 5 emails to customer services and I called them over 6 times every time waiting between half an hour and more than one hour to be answered in India with the same reply, they promised to deal with my issue and never heard back on each occasion. I will never use this company again.
We booked tickets through these criminal and they didn't book with airline but took our money. Impossible to contact and multiple layer of hiding behind emails that bounce.
DO NOT book a thing through these people.
I requested my refund for cancelled air tickets and get nothing. Every time I call them, I get the same bull$#*! 'your booking reference number is not recognised'. I don't recommend this Travel agent to anyone.
A few instructions/prompts were a bit confusing. As I result, I missed selecting seats for my departure. However, I selected the seats for my return flight. When I received my flight schedule, I realized this error, but your web site would not permit me to return and make the selection, but only advised that seat selection can be done at the airport, something I wished to avoid. Also, the choice of getting two seats together was poor for reservations in 9/16 for 10/25 & 11/8 flights; the few were center seats staring at row 32. I expected more options than just center seats. I'll probably be forced to upgrade with additional costs. Not what I dreamed.
This is not a legitimate company. They are fraudsters and should be investigated by the fraud police for criminal behaviour. They take money for flights yet provide no service after you have given them your money. Nothing. Their call centre staff are rude, useless and obstructive. Edreams should be struck off the company register.
This is a terrible company to use! Avoid at all costs. They booked the wrong dates for my flight and blamed me. I know this to be the case because after I made the booking they sent me an email for a car rental for my time away they used the correct dates on that email. So somewhere in their booking process they have made a mistake and refuse to take accountability or change it. Now I have to pay the same prices of the entire flights to change it. Their customer service is useless, just a copy and paste answer even after I send the the proof.
Dont trust this shady company. Had a very unfortunate experience with edreams and we are still sending emails to and for without any luck. Had booked a flight. However the booking reference given by them was not being accepted at all on the airlines website. Had pretty long calls with the customer support guys who i believe had no clue whatsoever about the airlines or locations. Never where able to understand our predicament. Once we where in the city of departure, we came to know from the airlines that the booking never existed and unfortunately we had to rely on email communication with edreams with no proper response. Finally we had to book a new ticket and fly out. Now they are demanding proof that we show them the new ticket we purchased to proceed further. This company is a joke.
Good service and fast response with the booking number and easy to understand the web site
I just came to know that the amount has been deducted from my account due to the subscription of EDreams. I haven't subscribe yet but I don't know how it happens. And the next thing is the amount has been deducted twice. Literally 190$ has been deducted. I haven't subscribe it knowingly. I tried to contact them but they didn't respond. No online calls no emails. I hate their service. I am not using any services from them now. My 190$ has gone badly.
Worst experience ever, did called for the past 2 days to no avail. Managed to speak to an agent and now I have to pay a difference with my old booking to a new booking which basically a full one way return. I was so concerned about my travel insurance end date and they told don't worry they can assist me reschedule my return journey. If only they answered my call and reply to my email before my travel insurance run out it would be help. As they stated it's 24/7 service I was on hold most of my calls trying to speak to an agent.
I had to change my flight, what a muck around, hours on the phone, a $700 "mediation" fee. I tried to then upgrade my seat, bounced between edreams and the airline. Just save yourself time and money and book direct, it's cheaper.
Their prices require you to pay an extra membership, which they claim you can cancel but then it's very difficult to contact them. If you do not succeed in canceling within 2 weeks, their "policy" does not allow them to issue a refund so you pay for a full year's membership and the price for the flights ends up being more expensive. I had to write a bad review here in order to get a reply and refund from them. I will not be booking with them again.
Do not use these cowboys! In the day of our flight, we just got an email that our booking has been "unconfirmed". Now trying to book the same flight is 3x the price. I cannot understand how Skyscanner suggests them in the redirection partners.
Unreliable and poor customer service, spoke to three of their customer services representatives spending 55 minutes on the phone asking them to amend/cancel my ticket due to no show. In the end they just hung up on me, which demonstrates what sort of customer service you guys might expect from them.
Not only they were unable to help, but each one of their representatives has provided me with different details - some of them indicated I can get a small proportion of the ticket price back (tax refund), while others have indicated I would have to pay a cancellation fee and a service charge fee.
While their plane tickets might seem cheap, please keep in mind if you wish to change anything it will come at a cost (service charge fee, cancellation fee etc). Additionally, airlines you are flying with will not be able to amend/refund your tickets if you buy with Edreams as they are a third-party provider.
It's just not worth it!
Absolutely do not use this company! They are thieves and you have to read every little dot in their contract. I bought tickets from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Bangkok. When I arrived at the counter I was charged $100 above the price they quoted. Calling their customer service is an impossible task. No one answers and no one wants to help. They are the biggest thieves out there. You are forewarned: Do not buy tickets from them! In the way they are operating sooner or later they will get caught...
The free trial period, I did not see any cancellation information or if I will be notified when the $59.00 will be charged to my account. Once agreeing to the trial period, the savings for a rental car was only about 5%. Being two of us are traveling, we are about 78 bucks on the price of the airfare so if I do not cancel, then it will about break even. A little better for me, but I did almost decline as I didn't see a way to cancel easily.
Im a prime member though not by choice but i accepted it. I was promised vouchers as a result, which was nice, but never received them. I have been trying to contact edreams through live chat, phone, and e-mail. First time i got the promise of vouchers was over the phone. I requested the promised vouchers to be sent after almost a month from the call. They said they can only do that on phone for some reason. I have been calling abroad which is more costly than almost the vouchers themselves in order to simply receive what I need!
Edreams is treating my request as if they are my bank account that need a lot of personal details before they approve anything, yet with a more expensive tax on calls internationally as opposed to my bank that i can call for FREE

They do scam of my debit card after 2 months they cut money from an account. Actually, the ticket price shows 222$ but they take money 244$ next day 35$ next month same date 83$. Very very worst experience in my life. I lost my money after I had blocked my card $#*!! People, pls Don't prefer this company to book anything.
1) They fleece the customer of money. Even customer service by phone requires extra payment of $25, not to speak of booking seats and other regular extras.
2) They charged me a foreign transaction fee of 3%, even though I paid in dollars, just because the Airline is booked in is an Indian airline.
3) The only free customer service is through chat. Twice, I met an unfriendly agent, who asks oblique questions and hardly solves the issue.
Edreams is fraud. They don't have an official email id for refunds, responses. They have a chat bot which will take 1 hour to connect to agent and it will connect only when you will not be online. They will never refund your money in case of cancellation. They looted my money 2000 USD ! And now not refunding me. Their helpline won't connect to the agent for talking. All emails will give auto reply to you that this email has been closed for responses
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
