It was not good as instead of saving 5 $ on one of the flight compared to other websites, i paid more because of the subscription fee for prime membership
So I booked a flight that the company cancelled due beyond regular maintenance. Edreams marked me as a no show and refused to give a refund. They said I would get a call back but never did it was 1 year and they still haven't refunded me. I even sent them the email that the airline company sent me saying they cancelled the flight and there reasoning. But still say I was a no show. Don't book through them, they have the worst customer service! If I could give a negative stars I would!

Full of extra hidden fees, prices really not divulged until the last steps of your possible registration, while registering the website did not provide full information regarding the reservation process, alerting me after the payment, furthermore, the website does not, to the best of my knowledge provide a phone number for you to contact an actual human, making it so that you must engage in a super annoying chat with some really awful A. I.
The opportunity to get a one-month free trial on prime membership was great, for I discovered that prices are comparably lower than on other platforms and the membership fee is amortised after just a few bookings. So I would recommend prime membership to frequent travellers.
The booking platform works very well. Its main fault to me is that the only possible method of payment is by credit card.

Nothing special. It was adequate and OK, but not an exhilarating experience...
Booked a flight with them because it was a few dollars cheaper then other sites. They emailed me after I bought it that the flight had gone up by a few dollars. I call them and fell asleep waiting on hold for hours, then called again and talked to them. I said I would pay the extra and they said ok sounds good. Next day they email me and say that they were unable to get my ticket. By this time the price had doubled. Hours of my life and hundreds of dollars wasted.
Reported eDreams for fraudulent activity with my bank today after booking a roundtrip flight to Vegas. I noticed that the return date was wrong from my original plan (likely from me clicking around to test costs). When I tried to change it, their website told me to contact the airlines directly so I did. The airlines had my name for the flight but didn't have card information, my address, nor any way to verify me as the purchaser (meaning that even if I went to the airport, I couldn't board the flight or even pick up my ticket since they didn't even have my birthday). Tried to contact support at eDreams.net for 30 minutes before calling my bank to report fraud.
Their no confirmation number either for the flights--just a booking number that means NOTHING to the airlines.
Which I recommend everyone does if they have any hope of getting their money back from this company.
I tried for 2 weeks to book tickets for our family of 6 to go from Bogota to Cartagena, Colombia. Their online system could not confirm the purchase. So I tried a back door and somehow ended up on eDreams' site. They immediately accepted and confirmed my reservation. I'm still not sure of the exact cost, however, as the amount on the confirmed ticket is less than what showed on the invoice when I made the reservation.
Warning traveller! Please think twice before booking a flight using eDreams. Yes, they are cheaper, but you pay the price in bad customer service quality. I booked a flight in March 2021. The value of the flight was almost $300.00 The flight got cancelled. Their customer support is unreachable (mail, phone, Twitter,...). You will be left out in the cold if anything happens. I am still fighting with edreams. Never ever will I use them. Think twice before ordering.
I check email to know your system automatically generated two reservation number, (*******818 and *******797) when I was scheduled for the first time show me your information is not successful, this let me enter again the second time, but there is something wrong with the two shows deductions is successful, I had to cancel one of them, because the system error of you please for free cancel my booking number *******818 and refund my charge, I've always been a regular customer of your company. Please give me the right treatment.

Wery bad customer service, they dont care and dont whant to help the customer. If you have to use eDreams dont buy anything extra. Flexible tickets dont work at all, you pay for the service and when you whant to use it you have to pay again.

Flights On time, never had a problem. Just that seats a expensive
I'm finding that eDreams is a part of my mix of services I use to get the best pricing/value for my money.
They trick you into buying a membership and then when you question it. Yes we will refund but didn't. Then customer service is non existent. I tried to book with Web-jet Aust and was sent to them. They are frauds and take your money without consent. Bank wont do anything as you booked through them but knew what they do
Signed for the silver package offered by your site while making the reservation due to the fact that it stated check in would have been done automatically and boarding passes sent to my mobile phone; however this option doesn't apply to this booking therefore I wish to apply for the additional £7,99 paid for a service that is not available

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
