So I booked a flight that the company cancelled due beyond regular maintenance. Edreams marked me as a no show and refused to give a refund. They said I would get a call back but never did it was 1 year and they still haven't refunded me. I even sent them the email that the airline company sent me saying they cancelled the flight and there reasoning. But still say I was a no show. Don't book through them, they have the worst customer service! If I could give a negative stars I would!

Tip for consumers:
Just book through the actual company. Don't go through a third party like them

I could recieve a full refund due to the airline canceling but continue to say I got marked as a no show
