I booked my ticket from eDreams. They are so clever that they create virtual travel plan which will change after you buy ticket from them. Firstly you will get message that flight was cancelled by airline without providing any alternative.
Secondly they will never accept their fault.
It's run by most of the Indian people. You call them everytime it's a different guy you speak with. I was kicked out of the line to grab my boarding pass as the itinerary they provided was not legit. I requested refunds and cane with reply that airline declined my request. Lastly the email I used to contact them now say is no longer monitored and I am not even able to contact them anymore.

Awful service
We have encountered an issue with the card and instead of presenting a solution, the taunted us. We ended up losing our money, and renting a car from another company. Flexibility does not exist, despite the fact that they mention it in their site, as a competitive advantage.
Never again!

Avoid like the plague

I tried to book on E Dreams for first time as they showed a very attractive price for the itinerary i wanted. I went through the whole process of inputting information and when i get to the final screen and input my credit card data, the price suddenly went up by 15% (100 usd for this ticket). They add admin fees but only at the end to try to fool you. Ii almost hit the purchase button (which i imagine others do who dont see the price has changed) but luckily saw it and cancelled. Then i just booked on Orbitz who are totally transparent. Shame on E Dreams. Never again

In the last two months I could not find 1 positive service review. Shareholders must be informed of valid reviews outcomes that will indicate they are far from being rated as the leading best performing online travel agency. They have been rated as the worst service provider against their top 10 competitors. Call center service worst performing. I would advise any potential service user to run as fast as you can. Terms and conditions oppose what they promise.

No hassle and best price available for my flights, even had I booked direct with relevant airlines
Bookings received from both airlines and confirmation everything was correct and confirmed- so check in should be easy too

Not a great first impression

The navigation on your app is terrible. It kept putting me back to start again, however did remember my travel dates and location, but not the airports selected. I ended up booking a flight from an airport far from me when I had selected one just a 5 minute drive away. This has now added significant cost to my trip, rendering the prime discount useless. I won't be using your service again.

eDreams attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

After making a booking with this company, the airliner cancelled the flight one week later. They (airline company) gave me the option to reschedule my flight or have it refunded. As there were no flights around the period, I opted for the later. The airliner reimbursed my money to eDreams four days later, but informed me that the agency placed it into an account whose last four digits did not match the account number of the card I used to make the booking. Adding to this I could no longer access my refund details on the eDreams app. It suddenly claimed I had an incorrect Password. Stranger still, when I was finally sent an email to reset a new password, it continued to disallow the process. To this day I still have not been reimbursed my $489.53, or even been contacted by this dream-destroying agency.

After you finalize your trip, the site gives you THE FINAL PRICE with "taxes and service charges included"... but when you click on make a payment button, there is a new final price, much higher than the original one... but it's too late to change your mind and cancel... what a scam?
Than you file a complain with Customer Care team and they do assign your case number but that's where it ends... no follow up and no resolution. Oh they also say in their response "Thank you for trusting us"... what a joke! DO NOT trust them... there are so many good travel websites that have the same deals but without scam.

Quick and convenient.

It was very quick and convenient. Very painless, no issues. Got my booking confirmation very quickly. Could not complain at all about any thing. At this point I'm just trying to hit the minimum word count.

Don't trust this website

This is my booking number.eDreams booking reference: *******5398
Pray nothing happens on your trip otherwise you doomed.
I am having family emergency needs to change my travel date. They said you can change your travel plans through their APP but the price shown on their site is a fake price when the customer service guy call you with a scam number tell you that the price is tripled you have nothing to do with them but to try on app change again. Then they will block you forever nobody will call u or help find a flight.
Thank you so much for giving me such expensive lesson. Why this kind of website still exists on kayak?
Whoever see my review please consider more trust website.
At this moment my dad is very sick I am already so tired and sad. I don't even bother to argue with you guys EDREAM.

Better than Booking.com

I had a unacceptable and disappointing experience on Booking.com so I decided to give my money to another app, that's where eDreams came in. I tried 14 distinct times on different dates to purchase flight tickets to Toronto, Canada, but they never confirmed my family's tickets. This is where eDreams did an excellent job of coming through and providing what the customer purchased instantaneously on the first try. It was like magic to say the least.

Thank you eDreams for having our backs and delivering as expected to make our trip a reality!

Don't purchase tickets with edreams. They steal. I booked a flight with them. During booking had an option to pay $2 for online checking. I selected that one, it was just $2. Apparently edreams registered me for prime with that purchase and after 1 month charged my credit card over $80!. No company should be allowed to put a charge on my account that I haven't provided my info for. I found their emails at junkies after I got the charge. I thought they were simply advertisements. There is not even any membership number or anything else to reach them and cancel. I have to cancel my bank card. I know for sure that I will never book anything with edreams.

After testing positive for COVID, I was told by the airline I would receive full refund, but I had to go through eDreams. Contacted eDreams. Online service is a joke and non-existent. Called them after searching for a phone number. On hold for 2 hours, and then told I'd probably not get a refund. EDreams messed up my ticket from the beginning, then changed my flight, and now are saying no refund, even though the airline guaranteed it! I'm out of $1000. Customer service terrible. I'd never fly with eDreams again! Book direct with airline in the future. Don't waste your time with eDreams. Worse experience I have ever had, and I fly all over the world. Never again with these guys!

The worst experience of my life! There is no way to get their phone number online. When I finally did I was on hold for 2 hours! My problem was so simple I just needed to combine two bookings into one ( which initially was their mistake) nobody helped me, told me that I have no option but cancel my reservation for 80% refund and that's after I paid cancelation and return fee when purchasing the ticket. It's the WORST booking service! Save your nerves never book with them!

Wow... I can't even describe the experience... Bought an Emirates ticket from South Africa to Fiji, got the e-ticket, went to Emirates website and selected seats - all good. She's arriving to the airport - "the agent has voided the ticket for some reason". That's it. No flight for her. Couldn't even call them - there's no phone number on the website! There's no email from them, their website still shows the ticket as valid... Wow, just wow... Never using them again, ever! If you wanna risk your ticket cancelled last minute - book with Edreams.

P.S. Got an email from them AFTER DEPARTURE TIME that "Due to technical reasons, we have been unable to finalise your booking request" - see the screenshot. Yes, it's great to find out about that when you're at the airport ready to check in.

Never again

Booked 3 round trip tickets tickets price went down with refundable frame called customer service was placed on hold for over 45 minutes only to be cut off tried for several days to get through eventually to be told that it was now out of the time. Even with emails and documentation. I was even told I only had 24 hours as I looked at the 48 hour policy while on the phone. This is absolutely the worst customer service and experience

Hopefully anyone thinking of booking will book directly with airline or more reputable company.

Our flight to NYC (Air France) was cancelled in April 2020. They haven't refund a cent yet. A month ago, they asked for our bank details so as to refund us but nothing happened. This is really a horrible company with no customer service to speak of. They really don't want to talk to their customers because they are so lousy. I think I will have to sue them using the Small Claims European Procedure. I have a hard time believing I will have to do that but you need to go all the way when necessary. Of course, they will reply that it is not their fault but my father-in-law got a refund two months after his claim. He got lucky and used another travel agent.

Worst site ever
October 29, 2021

This site has the worst experience, the screen told me one price during booking and my credit card got charged almost twice the amount. This site is completely fraud don't ever book with them. How is it even legal to charge more money than what you show customers? Thankfully I took a video and I will be publishing it all over the place.

If you don't want a fraudulent transaction on your account don't book from here!
