I have no idea how anyone can give them 5 stars and state that the service was great. I purchased international tickets because i was routed via Trip Advisor but I have to tell you guys. It's been 5 days since my purchase and even though the credit card was charged with a minute, I never ever actually got a email confirmation from Edreams, never got a reply to my numerous email, their phone numbers just does not connect or drops the calls. Eventually, I called the airline directly and got my confirmation. What kinda online travel agency does not react or reply to customer concerns via online. Worst service ever. Will never recommend them. Mind boggling!
Three days spent to change my reservation that I made online, was insured by flexibility. System gave me options, after choosing my favorite one. Informed that I need to check for any call from e-dream. First call was at 4 am in local time that I obviously did not pick up. Then my request expired. I requested change again. The difference was 130$. And I agreed with terms. Long story short, after many chasings,(chats and calls) Eventually I received a call and I was told that difference is 633 $. They are really scam and I never dal with them and I highly recommend to avoid this platform.
Very easy and get everything I need simple and easy and they send a follow up email love that!

EDreams are nothing but your worst nightmares! Avoid them like the plague if you don't want them to ruin your holidays and lose your hard-earned money!
I paid 73 Euros for them to book my flights on EasyJet but because of Corona I was unable to fly to England with my three granddaughters and use the tickets. I spoke to at least four different Customer Service representatives who all promised me that they would either change the flights until when I can fly to England or refund my money. They did neither. I am now left 250 Euros out-of-pocket.
Don't be fooled by their sweet-talk. They are nothing but scam artists!

Beware of this company! I booked a flight specifically with them because it said free cancellation guaranteed. Our travel plans changed and when I contacted them to cancel they said I had to contact the airline. The airline says no cancellations. So I contacted eDreams via chat (because you can't reach a person on the phone) multiple times and after pushing the issue each customer service agent basically lies; they say they are taking care of it and don't worry, then nothing happens. I'll be contacting the travel agency consumer affairs department and filing a complaint with eDreams. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else.
E Dreams charged an unauthorized annual premium subscription from my bank account. When I wrote a complaint, they admit it and said they will refund it. However, after 5 weeks still nothing happened. I have taken legal measures and filed a lawsuit. Recommend the same thing for people with the same issue. This company is a fraud.
My experience was mostly good.The only exception was trying to book an internal flight in Tanzania which was advertised as a certain price but jumped just before final payment. Very frustrating. Also having to sign into Premium is just a way of adding extra charges
Each time I follow up my valid refund for almost two years now, the answer I get is "your refund is in process and will be deposited into your bank account within 7 to 10 days". They lie constantly and shove you around from department to department. I have now had to resort to pointing an attorney to obtain a court order to force them to honour their refund arrangement. Be very careful of this dishonest, dodgy company.
I have waited 11 months for a refund of my fare which I cancelled well within the deadline for full refund. EDreams fully acknowledges this is a fully refundable fare. I have contacted the company 6 times by phone and chat and have been told each time "we're working on it" "I'll escalate to a supervisor" "We'll get back to you in 10 days" etc. Not once has eDreams reached out to me for a status update with the exception of an email on Feb 11 that said the refund would be processed (this was 8 months after the cancellation). It is now May 1 and I have yet to receive any refund.
I was on mobile and found the process to be quite smooth.
I would've liked the option to add more than one additional carry-on, however. If I want to travel with a larger suitcase plus my golf clubs, for example, I'm unable to sort that out ahead of time. Perhaps this is an airline specification and not that of eDreams.

After waiting almost 10months I am still without a refund for tickets worth $1000+. Their chat system is an endless loop that will not let you talk to an agent about refunds (just a default message about refunds taking 3 - 6 months), and their phone numbers are just dead. I cannot reach them to get help on something they supposedly are going to follow up on... An absolute joke of a company.
I am very new to flying and have never booked my own before. Lynx was straight forward and provided a good rate for me. I was only confused about weight restrictions for personal item luggage, but hoping for the best at the terminal tonight would absolutely use Lynx again if all goes well!

They owe me a refund for a flight that I bought on fully flexible basis. I was promised my refund over 2 months ago but I am still waiting. I have called them every week and they keep saying we are escalating it and you will get your refund in 10 days - 80 days and still no refund! I will take them to court to get my money back! Bad customer services do not use! I will use every platform to warn people from using them
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. Not only did they cancel my ticket reservation without any prior consultation, but they also refunded me a mere $28 out of the $400 I paid. To make matters worse, they are completely unreachable, making it impossible to address the issue. I strongly advise avoiding this agency.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
