I needed to buy a good value, last minute ticket to Washington. My previous experience with third party agents was not very good, but eDreams was excellent. Easy to book process, the price was fair, the additional luggage costs were straightforward and there were no glitches or unpleasant surprises.
All went well.
They show you a low price and then bring it high right before you pay. Awful. I already entered my information so I don't even know if they save it or not. I've used so many sketchy flight sites but this is the worst.
It's really bad experience with edream. I attach picture as proof how they make you fool picture will explain how they Rob you.
I bought flexible ticket because not sure about date.
First change was fine.
Second change they asked me to pay 480 euro. So my question why you charge 160 euro extra for flexible ticket. I just be save this kind of company buy ticket directly from airline. Thanks

Customer service is horrible (my worst customer service experience so far).
They overcharged and were not able to provide a brake down receipt for their charge.
Payed for the seat selection, called airline to confirm, they said no seats were included.
Didn't get a refund for that. Also they messed up baggage selection.

I booked 4 flight tickets through edreams. I entered the site through my google account which has a different name to my passport. Trying to get the problem solved through edreams has been impossible. I have phoned & contacted them on their help page for 2 weeks. Every time I was greeted by a polite voice promising it would be corrected. I had 1 ticket with the problem. That was eventually corrected but then it appeared on another ticket which originally had been correct. Obviously something is wrong with their ticketing programme. But their inefficiency has been shocking and i will definitely NEVER book through EDREAMS again.
Anybody here to connect to make any changes, your chat room is not working and contact mo is just ringing nobody pick up. Been 3 emails, 3 weeks that I don't get any answer or anything. It's so frustrating.
I made a one-time flight purchase. All was fine until the bank gave me a warning of unusual activity. After investigation, it was discovered that I had been automatically put into a subscription system, which they immediately, in the next month, attempted to withdraw GBP69.99 three times. When confronted with this for cancellation and refund of the amount via phone, they only provided lip service of a discount and a GBP25.00 partial refund only. When confronted for a full refund, their customer service stated 'they do not have such a policy!' Currently, the bank is in a dispute over the abnormal amounts. My card was replaced, and the matter is in the middle of an investigation for the remaining dispute.
If you think the company is reasonable, it is your choice to use them.

The customer support even told me that I was supposed to remember the digital contract in each and every details for every contract and for the rest of my life. This is not refundable is all he can say. What a company. Never buy any tickets from online travel agency again!
The return flights were advertised as $135 dollars. I got an email confirming that & saying these flights are in my local currency. When I checked my bank account they had charged me $190 Turns out the website is American though there is nothing to indicate this And booking domestic flights in Australia I presumed it was in Australian dollars. The worst is when I cancelled my flights (which I paid extra to have the option) they refunded me less than the amount in American dollars! Total scam! Several phone calls & multiple emails later it still hasn't been resolved Never use this company.
Worst flight booking experience in years. No one had heard of the vendor. Then after an hour's search, we learned the flight had left at 0700 instead of 1145. Edreams needs to do a better job screening their vendors!
Not very good experience at all I had to pay for at least 3 international calls no toll free numbers agents not readily available or accessible terrible customer service is would not recommend using edreams based on my experience
I am in Australia, and traveling within Australian cities. As always, displayed quoted price should be in Australian $. After purchasing, I have been charged in US$. It means almost 70% higher price has been debited from my credit card without prior warning/ notice. I am a looser. In other websites, the price was much lower compared to the price I paid for the same flight on the same day. I sent an email complaint, but got no response yet.
After a horrible experience at Schiphol airport our Ryanair flight took off with 40 of us still waiting at the gate. In a frenzy I booked the next flight to Ireland I could from edreams. Overall, it was a good experience, however the "automatic check in" feature does not work, I had to manually do it on the airline's website. I would not have known this if I didn't chat to someone who had used the site before. This could cause some unnecessary hassle if you were not aware of this so I believe it should be advertised better.
This is the worst set of people/travelling Agents I've ever dealt with in my life. I booked and paid for a ticket after providing my information and details, no email was received to confirm the transaction I made. I tried reaching them through emails twice but I received this generic email as a response that didn't make sense to me and to any other person around me. Again, the Robot in question I chatted with could not help and the phone number provided online does not have a different opinion to speak to a real person. Finally, I had to call the flight company who came to my aid.
I would advise that you send all your personnel for proper training and revamp your services since you're serving different Countries. I would want anyone else to go through this.
Buy your ticket from the airlines directly and save yourself the hassles and grief that this company will bring you. I purchased my airline ticket and premium insurance. I had an emergency and tried to cancel 26 hours in advance and it was not honored. There cancellation policy is 24 hours. They ripped me off $750 USD.
The will lie to you just to get your money. Use a travel agent, another company not associated with them or book directly yourself and put them out of business.
Awful awful awful. Their online assistance is just a loop where you get no help. They do not answer their phone. The absolute worst company. They sent boarding passes the day after I reached my destination. Losers.
The worst booking company. I booked a flight and they didn't state online that is a charter flight. Then I was denied to get on board and once I contacted them, they asked me for a proof which what the hell? A proof of something you should have done it in advance before I book, their customer services sucks and no one helps at all. If you wanna lose your money, then use their servise
Booked flights for £29.
Then 24 hours later informed that the booking was cancelled- because of payment issue, but it is still on my bank statement?
Re exact same flights as I had informed someone I was visiting and paid fro airport parking and of course price had gone up.
I couldn't use voucher they supplied as a compensation because amount below £100...

You would get better odd at the casino or playing the lottery. I booked a rental car, went at the specified time and was advised that I couldn't take it out of town, which was of no use to me, unless I paid an additional fee through the third party, which was eDreams. I attempted to contact them on on both U.S. numbers and received not in service messages. I had to book with another company and never received my money back.
Your purchases are welcome. You get service. Don't expect service if you have a change. After over 9 months and empty promises to sort our my problem., my time expired and they said they could no longer help. I want to start a #me too movement to highlight how many times people have been scanned by this company.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
