On 12.06.2024, I booked tickets from Bucharest to Bologna and back on 20.08.2024 and 26.08.2024 respectively, booking *******0070. My tickets have standard flexibility, so I only requested to shift my flight dates forward by one month and change the departure and return dates to 24.09.2024 and 01.10.2024 respectively, booking *******4491. As I understand the company's policy, the ticket price should not exceed the amount that was initially paid for the tickets.
However, on 27.06.2024, I received invoices totaling 195.54 euros, which need to be paid. Furthermore, on 27.06.2024, 89.9 euros were withdrawn from my card without my knowledge. Please explain why and how much I have to pay just for requesting to postpone the flight date by a month.

I wanted to make a booking for a flight from Johannesburg to Durban. When Googling "FlySafair" - the eDreams website come up first. The words: "FlySafair" is typed far larger than their own name, which should be the first red flag. They pretend to be the FlySafair website...
The price quoted for the flight was R 3012 a ticket or R 6024 for two. Eventually they took R 8 831 off my credit card. When I eventually got past their bot, and spoke to a human, they told me I did not choose "the prime option" and asked for extra services - which I did not!
They scammed me out of R2800.
The person communicating with me just said "sorry" all the time - even when I said they are insulting me with the "sorry" they kept going with it - no effort to address the issue, just "sorry" - just to rile me more, adding insult to injury.
Avoid at all cost, they are crooks and will take your money.
I booked a ticket that offered a discount if I did a 30 day RISK FREE Prime Trial. NO SURPRISES. I entered all my previous and present account info into THEIR SYSTEM. They specifically stated no charge until 9/27 unless I canceled. They also did not charge when I paid the ticket. In addition they also sent an email stating the memebership would start 9/27 unless I canceled.
Upon checking my account they DID charge $69.99 that day. When I called they said I had used a Prime 2 years ago but their system does not recognize the info until we PAY. At NO TIME was there an indication when I made the purchase and signed in and verified all my customer information ON THEIR SITE IN MY ACCT did they indicate I did not qualify. They sent ME the pop up offering the trial.
After many many round abouts they now will refund $16 since I got a ticket "discount". I asked for an invoice that shows they paid the carrier $127 for a $79 ticket but they cannot. It is now a $53 "service fee" to purchase the $79 ticket and return to me only $16. I would NEVER have done that had they simply said, shown, informed that I did not qualify. They did the exact opposite and AFTER said Oops.

Ashamed. I have dealt with a lot of companies and this one by far is the absolute worst. All their customer service is in India and they could care less that they are wrong and read from a script. Once they steal your money they will give you every excuse to keep it and laugh about it. Blatant fraud.

Please do not use them, scammers. Do your research before falling in their trap offering cheap vacations. Whoever posted a 5 star review is very likely fake, for more realistic picture please check out some independent sites, like Reddit or Quora

I had booked specific dates for the change of flight. When my flight change was approved, I saw completely different dates. It was an issue on the company's side. I had to make several phone calls and wait over 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. I had a mixed bag of great call representatives and rude representatives. You get your problem solved but you have to keep calling them.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
