The prices displayed on the results of my search engine for your site were a fraction of the actual pruce with reasonable, modest accommodations included. These necessities were piled on after choosing the flight with the added pressure of pop-ups that were trying to hurry my purchase. This was an aggressive and dishonest experience. Very stressful and suspicious.
I don't understand that today I got a
Credit card receipt from e-dreams, because I didn't intend to pay anything today.
It was 89.99 euros.
Why I should pay it?
Refund my payment on my credit card with 89.99 euros please.

I mistakenly entered a wrong date on my return ticket vie with edreams and later decided to correct or change the date again. I was charged and pay the amount for the change but I later received a call from one of the team that my changes will not be possible but I was asked to pay from one of your worker so they will do the changes for me.
And before I choose you I read all what you can offer to customers and it spell out there that customers can request for a date change with a tag fee and which I have seen that it will not work but you are using it as a business strategy just to get more customers.
I tried to figure out the baggage allowance for my flights but the help desk could not help me due to high traffic volume and technical issues. It has been already 12 hours and I tried multiple times Prime Help Desk over many hours but in vain.
Even checking in with you on line when we arrived at the airport for online check in they said we have not checked in on line so a 10 euro charge as it did not show on their computer not a happy chap to say the least
On Nov. 14th I booked and paid for 2 tickets on Pegasus Air from Istanbul to Antalya and never got a confirmation email or flight voucher My money flew but I didn't. Document all the details before you book. Better don't book.
Flying to Bali for hubbys birthday. Should have been excited about making the booking though we are a party of 8 and i made a couple of errors in the booking. I called edreams to rectify this on several occassions. Apparently on my last call i was told to hurry up with my ref number as others were waiting! Never would i ever book with this company again. Our flight is in 6 weeks though i dont actually want to go now, looks like edreams dont care less once they have your money:-(

I was new to using low cost airlines in Europe. Flybe directed me to eDreams and shame on them. This site is a total and complete rip-off. In March of 2019 I ordered two tickets that totaled about $300. They don't tell you they will charge $100 "mediation" fee. You can sort of find it in their T&C's but they are not specific what they will charge. They claim to be Europe's largest site. I find that very hard to believe. My next email will be to the consumer affairs within the E.U. - You have been warned. Stay away from these crooks.
Way too many follow-up email messages. I don't like having to download apps to get messages about my flight and having to pay extra too! Overall I got my tickets OK but I'm not so sure that I would use eDreams again.
My holiday was easy to book and the website simple to navigate. However, I selected the wrong month for my flights and I can't reach anyone to help me amend my booking! I've tried changing the dates on the app and the website but at the end of the changes it tries to charge me for the new flights

I was looking for flights and accommodation for the Rugby in Rome and found eDreams to be the most competitive. Booking though them was straightforward and I got confirmation within the 24hr window they stated. All in all, a good experience so far and if the trip goes to plan and accom is as promised on their site, I will definitely use them again.

My flight from Oslo to Helsinki was cancelled on 3. 08. 2018. It was booked with edreams. I applied for compensation and they sent me a message on 10.08.2018 that it will take 10 days. I called them on the 10th day as there was no payment made and they said it will take 3 months. It takes hours to reach to their call centre.

When I booked my ticket with edreams, there was no mention of the baggage allowance until after I had paid for my ticket ( I had assumed that it would be the allowance of Qatar Airways)
Speaking to you agents even after fill claim form no one has properly explained why when booking with your company. The baggage allowance should be much less than the airlines!
As a result I will not use edream again and will pass my experience on to others.

I found a competitive price for a weekend trip to Rome. While I was considering booking the price increased by about €30 so I quickly reserved and while the reservation was pending it went up again but this time of €200. Yes I could have flown to NY for the same price! I phoned as soon as I saw the actual "revised" price but they stood very firm on their no cancellation rules. I will NEVER book through them again and am telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. They advertise false prices, then start hiking them up to put the pressure on then move in for the kill on the final click
Booked flight took out extra insurance using cancel for any reason guarantee... I need to cancel. Won't allow me do it on line. On hold on the phone for hours...chat line is robotic and keeps sending me back to the app. Impossible to contact

Please dont book any ticket from e dreams as they are fraud and they are not refunding the amount to there customer. I book a flight and cancle the same 3 days before but still my refund is pening from last 2 years and i am suffering in same situation from. Day 1.
Found this website by chance and then did a search on it. Good reviews so I decided to book. Immediate confirmation of booking with themselves and the airline that the flight it booked with. So far so good

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
