I booked a flight Brussels-Chania and retoyr Chania via Athenes-Brussels
When I got the confirmation for the reservation, I saw the return flight was wrong.
It said Athenes-Chania and at the same time Brussels-Athenes
How is it possible that I can take a flight in Athenes and at the same moment take a flight in Brussels to Athenes?
I have printscreen that I didn't do anything wrong but still they will not refund me?
I paid extra in case I wanted to change the dates so this is pure theft!
The customer service (indian guys) are losers. They cannot do anything.

I used eDreams a couple of times. Each time I was able to secure the most suitable flight that I needed at a good cost.
It was a very easy to book as I am not very good at booking things
I was charged $71 each way for a checked bag and when the airline sent me confirmation they showed my flight $40 less round trip, their bag fee was $51 each way. That was disappointing.
When his connection was cancelled, my son was stranded in a foreign country, with no help whatsoever by the airline or the travel agent, eDreams. We had to pay out-of pocket for an expensive hotel room and spend hours on the phone to get him on a new flight the next day.
While abroad, my son got Covid and it became clear that he would not be able to return on the original flight. My wife and I spent many hours on the phone with edreams support once again to get him rebooked on a later flight. Edreams made promises, but they all evaporated when the original flight date came and went and my son was not rebooked. We ended up buying a new one-way ticket out of pocket to get my son back into the US.
Subsequently, my wife and I filed reimbursement claims, called customer support numbers, and wrote emails for many months. The airlines pointed the finger at edreams, edreams pointed the finger at the airlines, and I never saw a penny. The worst experience during this time was talking to eDreams customer support, who would make false promises, put us on hold for hours, and in the end just hung up on us.
Do yourself a favor a book your trip with a real travel site. It will pay off in the end.
This is my second time booking with eDreams. I'm on a tight budget, but I love to travel. I am trusting eDreams more and more to find the most economical flights available. Thank you eDreams.

I have received my travel booking but it was a mistake in the reservation code, that I am waiting for a response. A part from that everything was all right and client attention very kind

When I bought the flights seemed fine, after 5 days I checked my bank account and they charged twice, I called costumer service and the guy said that it was a preauthorisation and the charged... I told him to released my preauthorisation as I was missing double money in my account and he said that it wasn't his problem that I need to call my bank... It was so annoying because of edreams take my money twice they need to sort it out... Costumer services were helpless.
I requested my boarding pass two days before and it was 12 hours before my flight and i still not have them, I need to send an email and they sent me the boarding pass but when I arrived to the airport it weren't valid so I needed to go to Iberia to get them on paper.
Honestly it was my first time and last with eDreams such a horrible company which they don't care about costumers at all.
The worst experience of buying flight tickets. EVER. I almost couldn't make it to my sister's wedding because of eDreams. I bought flight tickets through eDreams 3 months before. They wouldn't contact you for any changes to the flight. When you find out the flight has been changed and you are not on the manifest AND can finally reach their customer service (if you are lucky after making tons of calls), they will tell you to contact the airline by yourself. Funny thing is, they will still send you boarding passes and reminder emails/texts of the WRONG date and time of the flight. In this case, you can't even make insurance claims. Seriously, why on earth should I buy tickets through eDreams if nobody follows up on my flight updates and when I need to make international calls to the headquarter of Swiss Airline by myself? I was lucky there were still seats left, but I had to take another flight of Lufthansa (arranged by Swiss Airline) and spent 30 hours instead of 15 originally for my trip. Thanks to eDreams, I finally understand what people say 'Can't feel your butt' feels like after the long-haul flight.

Your offer said the HAND luggage IS INCLUDED! But now I need to pay extra 60$ for 1 item! Coz it's 1 PERSONAL ITEM is included, which is a huge difference, if you wanna know! And nobody from the representatives of your company is gonna contact me and except your mistake and help me.

Denied Boarding Due to Fake Transit Flight
I contact Edreams before booking to confirm booking a specific flight from Bangkok to Manila with Cebu Pacific
airline is a Transit flight, I was guaranteed the flight/ticket in question is 100% an approved Transit flight, and so I booked it. Sadly this was not the case and I was NOT allowed to board, I've been tirelessly with no success, contacting eDreams and the airline online options, customer care and whatever email addresses I can find online related to eDreams and Cebu Pacific, as I need a refund asap to book a flight and fix this mess. Im very sad and disappointed

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
